I used to take my dogs here, but last summer I decided no more. I asked if there was any availability, and it was a bit of a last minute ask, day before. They squeezed my dog in, but they should have just said no. They clearly overbooked based on our experience. My fiancé picked up our dog and he said when he showed up they were screaming at her and our dog was visibly upset. They didn’t know he was there for her as I had dropped her off, and had always dropped her off and picked her up in the past. Needless to say we were very upset at how our dog was treated as she is a very obedient dog and no dog should be screamed at and man handled. Just be aware they may not be treating your dog as well as you think when you walk out that door.

I love this place. They are so sweet to my boy and he can have an attitude. They have always been reliable and reasonably priced. They go the extra mile. When I've been in a pinch they have adjusted their schedule to accommodate me and for that I am so grateful. As long as Barks N Bubbles is open, they have me as a loyal customer.

I had a appointment today at this wonderful place. It was a first time for my 4 month old puppy and a first for me to use a groomer!We will definitely be regular customers! My puppy had a great time and she looks fantastic!Thank you Barks and Bubbles Woodland WA for making our experience so wonderful!PS - Yes the family laughed that Snowy came home with a bow but they all said they loved it!

I cannot recommend this dog groomer enough! Billie is the most compassionate and gentle handed groomer! The people who she employs, she trains to ensure that same quality is consistent no matter who works on your dog! I love that she will always put your dog before herself (like if the dog has bad Mobility she will be in an awkward position rather than them)and she is completely honest no matter what, on principle! It might not always be the easiest Salon to get an appointment in, but that's because they are so careful to make sure that their quality is consistent! Groomers and dogs have amazing relationships and these ladies work tirelessly to create an experience your dog will love! I highly recommend you look at their booking for the year options and enjoy the rich rewards that follow!

Billie and her very qualified staff have been grooming my two fur babies since they were months old..that’s has been almost 13 years now. I have always been treated with respect and the professionalism you’d expect for a business in the service industry. With Covid virus shutdown I understood that my babes couldn’t be groomed but as soon as she could she got us right in. Her and her staff’s love of animals shows by the care and attention to details they show. Big Big plus to me is how excited my babies are to see them. As my boys have gotten older their grooming requirements have changed along with their attitudes and dispositions and I’ve noticed they take that into account and make them as comfortable as possible in their old age. I’d give this grooming shop ten stars if I could!!

The owner is just amazing. My doggo is still an absolute spaz of a shelter dog weighing about 60 lbs. She seemed happy to have him visit and he was certainly a happy guy when I picked him up. Also, they carry hypoallergenic products so let them know if you or doggo have any allergies.

We had to cancel an appointment after receiving a text reminder 2 weeks before the planned grooming. In response to the timely cancellation, they said “F you!” This is not okay for any business, we will not use a company that treats people this way. Makes me wonder how they treat the dogs.

Billie and her staff take very good care of our little Havanese, Annie. They listen to what I ask for and they provide helpful information. She has been going there for 4 months and is more comfortable every time we go. She always acts like it's terrible when I drop her off but the last time I left her I looked in the window and she was having a great time! Too funny!

They do an amazing job with our 14 year old Springer/lab mix. They take several hours and allow him to take breaks and naps so his hips and joints don't hurt him.He is a medium dog with pretty fluffy hair and they charge $65 for it. Perfect.Thanks girls for an amazing job.

This is a great place for grooming your dog. Billie LOVES dogs and goes over and beyond. For instance our little Pomeranian had lost a lot of his hair because a former groomer cut his undercoat and literally nothing grew for a couple years. When he got a little growth we started taking him to barks and bubbles. Billie felt bad for him and hunted around and found a treatment to restore hair on dogs. Six months later he is a furball again! She is very reasonable and her methods are careful to be safe and loving to the animals. We drive about a half hour each way every 4 weeks happily for great care.

Absolutely the best groomers we have ever had the pleasure of experiencing! Our Brittany Spaniel was calm and comfortable from the time we dropped her off until we picked her up. They did a superb job of washing and grooming her!

Not only was I comfortable with leaving my sweet four legged friend for a spa/play date, but he was totally comfortable too! Sweet ladies who care for our pets like they were their own. The dogs have their own fenced off area, so they can chill by themselves or be social. My sweet boy came out looking, feeling and smelling great. Definitely our ONLY place to go.

We LOVE Billie and Kendra! Our four fur babies love to go to the Puppy Parlor, which is not typical. We have been having our babies groomed here for about a year and we have been nothing but happy. Even when Billie went on vacation, Kendra held down the fort like a pro! We are so happy with our Puppy Parlor!

Billie and Kindra are GREAT people and love dogs in all their forms. My dog, Newton, loves going there for his monthly bath and grooming...he doesn't have a chance to socialize a lot with other dogs because he's in the house with me a great deal of the time, so he LOVES going to meet other "buddies" at Barks N' Bubbles! Give them a try--you'll love Barks N' Bubbles at least as much as me and Newton!!!

Our Miniature Pincher is a very particular and scetchy pup who does NOT like her feet being touched at all and this place treated her like the puppy princess she is and got her nails done! Would recommend this place in a heartbeat!
