Fantastic customer service. Took care of a family dog that needed a flea bath in my mind ASAP. Very kind very understanding and got us in the same day the call was made. Good quality of glooming service. I took my two huskies to the pet wash shop for the first time. The facility was clean, and my pet looked and smelled clean afterward. However, there was one issue with undisclosed pricing, as I ended up paying a significant difference from the quote I got from the phone call to the final price that was asked for at the end

I've been taking my pitbull mix here for nail trims since I rescued her over 5 years ago, if anyone knows the breed you know what big babies they are about getting their nails trimmed. The Pet Wash has always been accommodating with allowing me to hold her down on the floor, and not turning her away just because she flinches and yanks away every other nail. They take their time and are very thoughtful. My best experience was with Jennifer today. She is awesome!(Also best prices in the area. Leaves more room for a tip!)

Took my 11mo puppy there today after I was unhappy with the previous groomer taking more than 5 hours with her, and OMG I’m beyond thrilled that I went here! My puppy looks so good, I don’t believe she’s ever gotten a cut like this. Not just that, even the women there seemed kind and personable. Not only were they super fast (2hours event though they said 3), my usually anxious puppy came back super happy from them! I love this place already yay

The picture is self explanatoryWe took him there HEALTHY, and he was given back to us looking like this.So we were worriedTook him inside and they said there might be hair in his hair.Believable right?Took him home, washed his face, cleaned his eye, and even put eye drops in there. Just to look closely and find out his eyes is SWOLLEN.I trusted them with my dog.I TRUSTED THEM BY GIVING THEM MY HEALTHY DOG.Avoid going there. Please don’t take your healthy dog there.My dog is in PAIN.Taking him to the hospital now

I only use the self wash station and get my dogs nails trimmed but the experience of those two things are great! Always get taken care of right away and make sure I have everything I need. Pricing is fair as well. I can’t say that Penny (my dog) likes it though (she hates baths) haha

Do yourself a favor and never get your dog groomed anywhere else! They are 100% worth the drive from my house now that we live farther away. They take such great care when grooming my pup. He has sensitive ears and they are so gentle with them! Gus loves going there, he always looks and smells amazing when he does, and he stays looking amazing for a long time afterwards. It doesn’t wear off fast. Other grooming places don’t take as much care in the little details like they do. All the techs are so patient and kind, and clearly love animals as well. I 100% recommend!

Didn’t know what to expect when we dropped off Bella for her first real haircut. Usually we just trim her at home. Alexandro (Alex) took excellent care of her and returned a totally different dog. BLOWN AWAY- she looks amazing - so cute.

Just went for the first time. Did the self wash and Sydney clipped her nails. She was very patient and gentle with my dog and very quick as to lessen the anxiety for my dog. The self wash is awesome. The shampoo smells so nice and the water pressure was fantastic for my double coated dog. The bath station is at a comfortable height and the dryer did a great job. Will be returning often. Such a great experience and great employees there. Everyone was so kind and helpful.

They always take great care of my pup!Sometimes it's a little hard to get a hold of someone on the phone, but besides that they have been amazing.We've been to many many groomers, and they are BY FAR the best. Pay by weight; my dog is 23 pounds and cost $15 for self-service bath.A little bit of a messy place, but not a bad deal for a self-wash. The attendants there are very nice and helpful.

I have been taking my maltese to Sonya for the past 5 years and I would never go anywhere else the staff is always been polite and respectful and takes extremely good care of my dog For a certain period of time I was making at hour and a 1/2 commute just to make sure that my dog was taken care of by her he always left happy

I have been to a retailer dog groomer and had a bad experience, as most refuse to use a harness while working which freaks my dog out to use a collar. The pet wash was super accommodating and allowed my dog to keep his harness on while they cut around it which is super nice! They also have a great mood everytime I show up, seeing my cute dog always seems to brighten their day! Love this place and will keep coming back for the best customer service around.

This place like many other places on the east are scamming dog owners. If it is a self-service, why are you asking me how much my dog weighs? What are you worried about my dog's weight for if you're not doing the grooming? Why are you charging based off of weight and breed? If you don't have anything to do with me grooming and washing my dog. GO Elsewhere, rather drive all the way to Seattle and deal with traffic than to deal with these East Side scamming businesses.

Very friendly staff & nice set up to wash my Heeler: he does NOT like baths; so, it is usually a wrestling match that leaves me soaked.There was an ear washing set up: cotton circles with ear cleaner; I learned one of his ears was filthy, how does that happen in only one...After the blow-dry and paying I realized that he could use a nail clipping too: staff then put him on a table & did his nails so quickly that he did not have time to act a fool. The vet wasn't able to: but offered to send medication home to chill him out for nail trim another day.Highly recommend visiting this place with your pet for grooming!
