Lauren did a FABULOUS job on my boy Nelson. She is very good with dogs and works really well with them. My boy is pretty wiggly sometimes and she did a great job working with him when he was not always cooperating. Lauren is a great groomer you can leave your dog with and know they are in great care and not to worry. She will treat them like her own. Thanks again Lauren

I just finished puppy class with my golden retriever. As a 4-H leader and amateur dog trainer I was impressed with the structure of the class, the value and the quality of the training. Rachel did a great job! She was very knowledgeable and was able to provide multiple options to training challenges. She was very encouraging and positive with everyone no matter how challenging their puppy was.

I went here a couple months ago. Maybe dating back in October 2023. Let me tell you guys that the scheduling process is far out which I had no issue with. The issue was when the front desk lady said that if my dog overreacts in the bath tub when I bath him, then that technically means he is an,"aggressive dog". My dog is not an aggressive dog. He is a scared dog that I recently adopted. They took my dog in for the first hour and called me saying that he was not cooperating. They probably put the plastic barrier on him so he doesn't bite anyone and ended up scaring him and traumatizing him more than he was. I gave him anxiety meds before the appointment too. These people surely need to go to school to understand canine behavior. I took him to pup scrub and they gave him great service. He seems to be doing better ever since I changed him to a different groomer. My dog is not aggressive he is just scared of life.

recently I bought a fish at a different pet store with my five year old son. A few days later while my son was gone the fish died. I searched everywhere for a replacement fish with no luck.out of time I decide I will just buy the same fish but a different color. I asked the girl in the fish department for one five dollar fish. she ask me different questions about the fish so I tell her what happened, she then ask how big my tank is. I wasn't sure the exact size so I show her in comparison to the tanks in front of us....I then ask her for the fish I requested and was told no... in disbelief I ask if she is serious. she then looks me dead in the eye with a smile on her face and explains to me that she will not sell me a fish due to the fact that it was not really a replacement fish due to the new color and that my "tank was to small".the fish in the store were in a smaller tank then what I had and probably had 10 or more fish. I had already been told that my tank was fine for a year before I would need to move to a bigger tank.I was forced to go home with no fish for my son. I was completely blown away at how heartless and rude she was.

This review is for Amin, who complained about an associate at this location standing their ground on the illegal release of non native fish species into our native waters. Goldfish and every other cold water non native fish that is illegally introduced into our water ways completely decimate and decline the numbers of our natural species. It's incredibly responsible of this location to advocate the responsibility on keeping non native species. And to Amin, if you are going to get a fish because it's disposable/replaceable; don't get a fish. Demonstrate responsible fish keeping, and maybe you will get what you want.

Petsmart has our cats favorite can food brands. We love the variety but I wish they offered pricing by the case. We usually buy on Amazon and in a pinch come here, but if they offered competitive prices by the case we’d consider buying locally.

I am utterly dismayed by the woeful incompetence displayed by PetSmart's grooming salon.My recent encounter with their so-called "express treatment" for my dog was a harrowing ordeal that left me seething with anger.Despite booking an appointment for a simple haircut and nail clipping, I was subjected to an excruciating hour and a half of sheer incompetence.the pinnacle of their ineptitude came when they had the audacity to call me, claiming that they couldn't finish the grooming because my dog was supposedly too tense. This excuse is nothing short of laughable, considering that my dog is a regular at their establishment, and they should be well aware of his temperament.To add insult to injury, they had the nerve to return my dog to me with only half of the haircut done. This level of negligence and disregard for the well-being of animals is utterly appalling and utterly unforgivable. PetSmart's grooming salon has proven itself to be a disgrace to the pet care industry. Their blatant incompetence and lack of compassion for animals are nothing short of despicable. I implore anyone considering their services to think twice and look elsewhere for grooming services. PetSmart's grooming salon is a disgrace.

It's clean, the staff are always friendly and helpful, and they pretty much always have what I'm looking for.-1 star though because the store just stinks so bad most of the time and honestly, if it wasn't so convenient to buy my prescription food here the smell would absolutely drive me to just shop on Amazon or Chewy.

I was returning a purchase today and the store manager was at the register. I have never mer someone so negative and annoyed by their job. While I was looking for a specific email she wanted to see for the purchase another customer asked if the manager was around and this woman said Yes, but only after further questions from the customer did she tell him she was in fact the manager. She rudely answered the question and finished my return making sure I knew what how annoyed she was having to enter things into the register. This was the most unexpected and unpleasant experience that I have had in a Petsmart and I will never go to the one in Woodinville again.

The Woodinville PetSmart is Oscar’s happy place. He loves everyone in the Dog Spa! They are sweet and gentle and give the best pawdicures! After his treatment he likes to visit the goldfish. All around good day. Additionally, Oscar attended puppy school here and it was a great experience. Highly recommended for all your pet’s needs.

Crazy people run this place. I spend $500 on a fish tank and accessories. Went through the nitrogen cycle. Came back to test the water and buy some fish and they wont sell me the fish unless I shows them proof I own a tank???? Are you kidding? super rude woman glares at me and asks if she looks like shes kidding. These people are deranged. Returning everything tomorrow.

The staff here is AMAZING and so nice!! I went today and had the most pleasant and friendly employee help me out. She went out of her way to show me carriers and helped me buy the best one for my pup to travel with me. Awesome experience shopping there every time!

I was in PetSmart today at about 3:15 and stepped in a pool of urine that a previous owner didn't think they needed to clean up. I told the staff about the long puddle and they said they would take care of it. I went back to see the kitties for awhile and when I went to leave the puddle was still there. I told the staff again about it and they said again they would take care of it. I went to the grocery store and on leaving I saw the staff member I told about the puddle leaving the store. I decided to take a look to see if the puddle was cleaned up and no it was not. I proceeded to tell another employee about it but she was pretty busy so I went to the kennel to advise them. The guy behind that counter told me he worked in the back. What? No one can take a mop out and clean the floor? That's probably why this PetSmart smells like urine all the time. I would never leave my dog or cat there. Anyway, just a heads up to watch where you're walking.

We love the grooming salon here. Excellent job every time and our long haired dachshund appreciates their patience and kindness. Their selection of dog food, treats and harnesses and leashes is the best in our area. We highly recommend their services and merchandise.

Store was clean and stocked pretty well. I haven't been in a PetSmart in almost 20 years, so walking into one now was like being on an alien planet. I don't really like the design or layout that PetSmart is using, but it seems to work well with most customers. The customer service was friendly and helpful, was going to rate the store a 3 Star but the customer service deserves better than that.

The employees at PetSmart are very helpful and knowledgeable. I had a large order and signed up for their Petco app with the help of an employee and saved over $90.I frequently use their online ordering and pickup, and the store always has my order ready and waiting and are always willing to help me load my car.Absolutely love these guys!
