This place was recommended to us by a friend living in Queen Anne, shows how great they are! They're pricey but worth it. Their website makes it easy to request boarding. Only downside is sometimes the summer slots fill up quickly. Our 2 dogs love this place. I never hear any distressed barking whenever I drop them off or pick them up. Our puppy loves group play and our older dog loves his individual snuggle time. The report cards are great. If your pet needs medicine during their stay, they can administer it and they've never missed a dose in the 10+ times we've used them. Even during a family emergency, they called us concerned about not having enough pills and we were able to get them more and extend the stay with no problems.

First time vistor, dropped my two cats off for the weekend while we arrange our moving out. Will follow up once I pick them up. So far everyone was very nice and the "catios" seemed very well established and comfortable.

We bring our puppy here sporadically for day care and he seems to love it. We choose three different activities for him for the day and most times he comes back home happy and exhausted. The staff are friendly and accommodating.

Wouldn’t trust anyone else in WA to look after Belle! The staff are amazing and the activities, grounds and suites are great! We trust this team with the care of our fur baby! We love the report card after each stay to know what she’s been up too! Very cute… Highly recommended

We have used Paradise Pet Lodge for 10 years. In my trip planning phase, they always get checked with first to ensure dates are available and if not I will readjust my vacation. My furkid usually has more of a vacation than I do to be honestly. They also know how hard it is to leave him and do a great job providing me comfort while I am away, which let's me relax and enjoy my Vacation more. We scheduled our 2 dogs in separate enclosures, however Paradise placed them in the same enclosure without our approval. They did not accept responsibility for the resulting dog fight, which ended up costing us over $500 in transportation and vet fees.

My dog is always excited to go there. The staff is very friendly and they seem to take good care of the boarders.We would call everyday to check in and they would always give us updates on how he's doing and if any concerns etc.

Took our Aussie for a swim at Paradise today and it did not disappoint! The staff was phenomenal as always and I walked away with a confident, blissfully tired and bathed (!!) pup! I would highly recommend this facility for all they have to offer! Thank you Paradise staff! See you again soon!

Was very nervous about leaving my Astrid while we were on vacation for a week. Was so pleased to get pictures of her while I was gone and a full report of how she did while she was there. Everyone was so great from beginning to end. Had her bathed and her nails trimmed while she was staying there as well and they did a great job at that! I will never go anywhere else to have her boarded or groomed. Thank you for making this nervous momma happy!!!

Paradise Pet Lodge is still the best place to have your pets stay and groomed. We've been going there for about 19 years now. Currently we're living an hour away and we still drive over there to have our 4 chow chows groomed. We've been doing this for almost 17 years. This is one of my babies 😍 She hates her pic taken 🤣

I've been boarding my dogs here for over 15 years. My dogs seem to have a positive attitude about heading in when I drop them off and seem none the worse for wear when i pick them up. I like that they offer different activity plans based on the dog's personality and stage of life. When my dogs were young, they did daily group play time during their stays. Now in their elder years, they do short walks with cuddle time.Usually, they can finish their stay with a bath at the salon. I particularly like that this kennel is opened for pickup and dropoff on both Saturday and Sunday.

My dogs adore paradise pet lodge. We have rescues who can be picky eaters and get anxious in new situations, but paradise has been a safe haven for our pups when we travel. I always know they are well taken care of, and they are even excited to be dropped off. The staff are friendly and communicative, and are super understanding when you have too many questions.

My dog was hospitalized after staying at the Paradise Pet Lodge. He was at this place for 9 days. When he was leaving, as soon as he entered the reception he was coughing already.We didn’t know what it was and nobody said anything. But in the car and at home he kept coughing. He got kennel cough while at the Paradise Pet Lodge. After three days he was very lethargic, could not stand up without coughing and vomiting, and could not eat.Their argument was that nobody saw anything and he must have started coughing only at the reception so they had nothing to do with this. In the beginning of the conversations they didn’t know he was coughing, nobody heard anything, he must have started coughing the first time when I saw him. They said “oh, he was coughing here?”. My answer, “yes, and he was spreading kennel cough to all dogs being checked in the reception at that moment, at least 3. After collecting more information over the phone, they changed their argument saying the first time their employee heard him coughing was in the reception, and still had nothing to say about it.When my vet checked him he said the pneumonia was too advanced, x-rays looked pretty bad and he would need to be hospitalized immediately and needed oxygen, antibiotics and fluids. The whole lung in the x-ray was full of fluids and he could not even see the shape of his heart.He also said, quote: “the dog hotel should have told you about his condition”.We checked on him through emails while on vacation and asked about his health. The answer was that he was ok but clearly he was not. He was there for 9 days, and they try to convince me he only had signs the moment I picked him up.At the hospital I had to sign authorization for them do to CPR and about risk of death overnight.You don’t want to go through this, like I did.What was more upsetting is that while I was worrying sick about my dog, the hotel called twice with the pretense of checking how he was doing, but in fact they were taking notes only to send me an e-mail saying why they would not be responsible for what happened. They also said over the phone and in an e-mail that they knew he got sick there and other owners were calling saying their dogs went home sick too.How is this a justification?They make you sign a contract saying that your dog may get kennel cough but they won’t be responsible for medical expenses. The worst part is that while this was going on, they knew about other dogs going home sick, and they kept admitting new dogs at the hotel, making the owners sign the contract of liability and omitting the fact their environment was contaminated already. And this is about something highly contagious and spread by air.In these cases the correct thing to do is close the place to stop the cycle of contamination.Some dogs may be lucky of not contracting the disease, but many did.My dog is still in treatment and we already spent $2,000. And my dog was very healthy during 8 years of his life.Don’t believe anything this place says.

Great place to take your dog (Or cat) if you need a place to stash the fur babies. Pleasant staff and many options you can choose for your dog depending of course how much you want to pay. I've let my dog stay there twice and definitely will return. They even gave me a report card of her behavior so that was good also

This place is amazing! My cat had a stress-induced ulcer that lasted so long we were scheduled for an abrasion procedure after I returned from a trip. Apparently he had such a calm, relaxing time while staying here for two weeks that his body was finally able to heal itself and he no longer needed the procedure!! So, clearly the staff here did a wonderful job of caring for him along with my other cats who also stayed there separately. I can't express how grateful I am for their excellent care of my babies!

We had a great experience boarding our dogs Rocky and Ryder here! We are new to the area and needed to find a new sitter for the holidays. I’m always so nervous leaving our dogs with someone new, but this place was so great and truly took care of our dogs like they would their own. Our dogs had so much fun doing group play time and swimming. We will definitely be back and will be recommending this place to anyone that needs a new dog sitter.

I started boarding my senior dog here (he is 15 now) just a few years ago, and he had only stayed with friends and family prior. Paradise Pet Lodge came highly recommended by a friend and I'm glad I took their advice. I love that they have suites (though getting one available is challenging) and the Snack & Snuggle package with a morning smoothie is a cool way to spoil my dog while I am away. My dog has health complications and PPL takes good care of him and hes always in good spirits when I pick him up. When there is availability this is always the place I will bring my dog first when I need to board him!

This is the BEST place to board your pet! Just stop looking, seriously. This is the place! We have tried several other boarders in the area through the years, and PPL is the most attentive and safest for our fur baby.The office staff are professional and organized. The kennel staff go the extra mile to keep a clean, safe, happy environment for each kennel guest. They even play soothing music daily, but especially on holidays with fireworks. And the dog walkers LOVE on all the animals. They don't just walk them and put them back in their kennel; they talk to them, snuggle with them, and are gentle with the older ones. It's great that their services are a la carte, so you can pay for a 30 min play or 15 minute walk or just snuggle time.Their prices are low considering what you get...peace of mind that your furry family member will be loved on and probably not even miss you while you're away!PPL also has day boarding, an indoor therapy pool & grooming...and a coffee stand with treats for you & Fido. 😊 We like to get our dog groomed on the day we pick her up from being boarded.I just can't sing their praises enough! Thank you, thank you, PPL, for helping our family relax on vacation by knowing our dog is in good hands! ❤️👍🐶

Our pups love it here! We got our 14 year old the calming comfort package this past stay. They wrote us a letter explaining what they worked on with him. He has sever arthritis in his hips and they focused on that area. He came home a different dog. He doesn’t stiffen anymore when you pick him up the way he did. Whatever they did I’d like that for myself lol

I had a 8:am appt for my 2 Sheppards. Never got a phone call. After 5 hours I called and was told 2.5 more hours. Still never received a call. It should not take more than 3hrs for wash and brush. Never has. My dogs had to sit in their kennel for excessive hours. Almost 8 hr appt...NEVER AGAIN..TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I almost hate giving this place a stellar review because they are already so busy that it's very difficult to get a reservation so I don't want to share! LolI've had 5 kitties stay with them, some on more than one occasion, one time for 5 days. My kitties are elderly and on lots of medications a few times a day and the staff at this place took care of them wonderfully!

Our dog just loves Pet Paradise! She is always so anxious to go inside when we arrive. When I picked her up last time, I took her for a tinkle to the grassy area near the parking lot. When we headed back to the car, she thought we were going to go back inside Pet Paradise and started pulling that way! 😂 That tells me a LOT about how she was treated there.
