Our dog is not the best at getting along with other dogs. Cascade always does a great job to cater to our dogs needs. They have many nice add-ons to increase the luxury of the dog's stay. But they do a good job with the basics, feeding our dogs and making sure they get bathroom breaks.

Cascade Kennels provides excellent service in a great location. Our groomer, Helen, consistently delivers amazing cuts for our Havapoo, whose hair often gets tangled. Helen is able to skillfully remove the tangles while keeping her hair long. She's not only professional but also incredibly friendly. I would highly recommend her services to anyone, and I often tell many people about the positive experiences we've had there.

We took our corgi pup in fir a wash and floof....they sent him home with a glowing coat and a darling bandana!MacKenzie did the groom and we couldn't be happier!We will be back.

Amazing kennel, I can trust them completely with my two doggos. They offer great activities, my dogs are actually excited to go with the staff when I drop them off, and the price for value is fantastic. They handle the fresh food with no issues and very responsive to calls/emails for questions. They definitely are a true professional kennel.

I wish I could give them a million stars. I took my 6 month old puppy to Lizzi and Qwynn for boarding/training and they exceeded my expectations. They’re so knowledgeable and caring and my dog, Duck, loved being there. He was so excited to train and still enjoys it at home. He’s the same happy dog, but BETTER! Their program sets you up for success whether you have a young puppy or an older one with learned behaviors that you want to fix. I cannot say enough positive words for Cascade. I recommend them to everyone who asks and I can’t thank them enough! So so grateful. 10/10!!!!

5 stars all the way and if I could give them 10 I would. The love and care Lizzi and Qwynn have along with the knowledge they have about all breeds of dogs is astounding. Taking our Frankie to the 15 day program was the best decision we ever made for her and for us as a family.

I chose Cascade Kennels for boarding my dogs after a hiking buddy described it as an adventure filled paradise for her pup.I loved how easily I could customize my dogs' stay with all sorts of different activities to fit their needs and personalities. They even have an a la carte menu if you want to spoil them even further!I emailed them twice during their stay. First, to hear of how they were adapting. And the second time to inform them of a change in the pick up schedule. Both times I heard back within an hour.Last but what sealed the deal as Cascade Kennels being a truly special place, my grumpy dog didn't want to leave!15/10 we'll be coming back here again.

We play a dog sport called flyball here every week, and we love the property. It is so beautiful with a large pond and fountain. They have daycare, boarding, classes and grooming!Doggie Haven!

Took my puppy (6 months) for boarding for the first time. I was nervous but had to start getting an overnight stay or two under his belt (I mean… collar!) Cascade Kennels was recommended by some close friends whose Pomskies love their stays there. I picked my boy up today and he got a good report card! When they retrieved him from the back he looked great and super-happy - totally unfazed! I think he really loved the stay and will have no hesitations the next time I’m headed out of town to drop him off with these lovely people. I get a very strong feeling that the staff here genuinely cares about the wellbeing and happiness of your pets. Don’t think twice about leaving your pet in these folk's very kind and able hands. Thanks for taking care of my boy Cascade Kennels!!

We love Cascade Kennels! You want to feel like you are leaving your fur baby with friends, and that’s exactly how you are going to feel about Cascade Kennels. They greet you the moment you walk in. Your pooch is going to get a warm welcome while you go through a quick check in process. They offer a ton of great services like cuddles and special meals or potty walks. The location is convenient and easy to park. The online app and reservation process is a tad clunky but not hard.

My dog has several behavioral issues and is very nervous with strangers, but she made friends quickly and was happy to come back for her 2nd stay. The team at Cascade are friendly, professional, and pay attention to detail. Their app makes reservations easy and allows you to select lots of special services to spoil your pet. My dog stayed a week here, and came home healthy and happy. Had no issues at all. Price for boarding, in comparison to others, is very affordable. The reason this isn't a 5 star review is due to receiving no pictures or updates on how she was doing through the process. Aside from that everything else was absolutely 5 star worthy. Thank you for taking care of our princess.

We enrolled our pup into the basic obedience class and it was beyond our expectations. Lizzy nailed all major points to train your dog to life things. We are gonna start intermediate class soon!We also started a first day boarding, after touring the facility — very well staffed, well organized and super clean —, it went smoothly! There are many options available when you book with the app, which is a huge time saver for us!Highly recommended.

They expect the dogs to go to the bathroom in the crate on cement. They charge you extra to take your dog out to eliminate. My dog came back with a rash and yeast infection on her paws.

I brought my nervous pup here for grooming and she came back looking incredible! This is the first time I’ve taken her here since we’re new in town, but everyone was very nice! From the front desk staff to the grooming staff, I felt safe leaving my dog here. Since this was her first time here I was worried that her hair might not be cut properly but this was the best hair cut she’s ever received.Edit: I’ve also brought my dog her for boarding and there’s no one else I would trust with her. She’s very scared and nervous of others but she tends to do well at Cascade Kennels! The staff truly care about your pets here and I’m grateful for each of them.

I've been bringing my puppy here for daycare for a month now and he LOVES it. Whines in the car when he realizes where we are and I don't open the door fast enough lol. Staff are all great! My pup is always very excited to see them, so I take that as a testament to how well he is treated there. When he lost some puppy teeth, they even put them in a little baggy for me! I love that they have an outdoor area as well as indoor, and that the dogs can go outside as they please.I have also used their grooming services once and I plan to continue using them! Fair prices and my puppy looked AMAZING

I wish to formally express dissatisfaction with a recent grooming experience at Cascade. While our first visit was positive, the second was not. Our 14yr old dog has a large, visible growth on her head, which the groomer "nicked." Upon further examination, we found that nearly two-thirds of the growth had been completely cut off, causing our dog evident discomfort.While I acknowledge that I did not specifically caution the groomer about the growth, its prominent size should have been an obvious cue for caution. This incident raises questions about the attentiveness the staff and I'll no longer be taking my dog here.

Very disappointing and useless waste of money. We had high hopes considering how good the reviews are and had our dog do the 1 month board and train program. We discussed with them how we wanted him to work on recall especially from far away with the goal of eventually doing off-leash camping/hiking with him. They only worked with him on a pronged collar and didn't work on far away recall at all. If your dog is even somewhat trained, they don't do anything to train them further. Our dog can listen only on the pronged collar they put him in....over the 30 days he was there they didn't work on getting him off the pronged collar, didn't work on any skills we asked them to work on, kept saying how good he's doing on sitting, staying, etc, all things we taught him through other training before this program. Would not recommend.

We brought our German Shepherd here for the first time ever boarding him and we loved the experience we had! The property and facilities are clean and well organized. The employees were incredibly helpful and kind to us as first time boarders. Our pup came home very happy and clean after his exit grooming! We’ll definitely come back the next time we need to board our buddy.

The staff at Cascade Kennels are world class. I have never once worried about my dog when she has stayed at the Kennel. All the workers clearly love and care for animals deeply, and familiarize themselves with all customers and their pet family!

Nice place. I took my pups there for grooming. They were happy when I picked them up, Lots of land and traiks for them to walk the dogs. You could say it's out in the country. At least that how it feels, I will take my pups back there again

My recently rescued nuclear powered husky seems to have had a great time here. I was really worried that by putting her in a kennel she might feel like she was back in the shelter again. However, when we picked her up she appeared to be well cared for and was happy as a clam. In comparison, we tried another dog boarding facility a few months ago and at pick-up my dog seemed like she couldn't wait to get the heck out of there. I can also tell my dog had her share of exercise and socializing here and the staff observation notes on her were 10/10 on point. It seems like they really paid attention to her and her needs and I'm very grateful for that. I think we have found our regular kennel going forwards.
