A wonderful shop that is near our home. Super convenient, full of great items for all sorts of pets, the owner (and her cute Corgi) are SO friendly and helpful. We took our Boston Terrier here for a little "spa day" and couldn't be happier. They did such a fantastic job, even using an allergy-shampoo (since she has lots of enviromental allergies). They also trimmed her nails and brushed her teeth. We'll definitely be bringing her back for regular grooming.Support local and give this great little pet store your business.

Super friendly and community minded owner. When my cat was losing weight due to a thyroid issue she was incredibly helpful and caring. We tried a bunch of different foods and she ordered a bunch of the things my cat would actually eat. I highly recommend with no reservations.

Grooming service was fantastic - our dog always comes away smelling amazing for days! Plus, the owner is super kind and helpful - we love coming by to pick up treats for our little Shiba Inu!

Interesting, well stocked, new (to me, at least) little pet supply store. The owner and daughter work there, they're very pleasant, polite, helpful. They have a very nice variety of pet treats, food, toys, etc. I like this little shop a lot!

We’ve been bringing our dog here for grooming for a year or so now and have loved the experience. They have a full package that includes bath, blowout, haircut, nail trim, gland expression, and even tooth brushing for an affordable price! Our dog is half husky and has so much thick hair, it’s really nice to be able to take him somewhere and have all his grooming needs taken care of at once. He also leaves a happy boy after being pampered, so I can tell they treat him well in there. The owner is a wonderful woman, very kind and friendly with all the animals that come in. The person who usually does our grooming quit recently without giving notice, and our appointment that we made over a month prior was cancelled. They are booked out so far now that we aren’t able to wait to reschedule so unfortunately we have to look elsewhere. :( We are hoping they find a new groomer soon so we can go back again!

Their grooming service is excellent! They were able to reduce the length of my dog's nails, easily. Our dog hates when we clip her nails, but the groomers here are very gentle. The owner is super nice as well, and they are well stocked with all the necessities. It makes it an easy one stop shop to pick up cat food and get our dog her trim.

Locally owned, friendly and knowledgable advice with your pet's diet. I gave up the big chain pet store and never looked back because Tessie is not only a wealth if information but a joy to see when I visit. If you want to discuss options, if you want to buy local, if you want a genuinely happy smile, then you'll be glad to came in.

I became a patron at this store before when it was Earthwise and Tessie was an employee. I started to know Tessie then, so when the owner had to sell, I was SO glad Tessie took over.Tessie has always been devoted to making the experience in the store the best it can be for both pet owner and their pet/s. Her attitude reflects also in her employees, Ashley, Tia, including her groomers Leah and Tyra.They all make my Yorkie Louie feel like part of the family.Since A Bird, Cat & Dog Supply Store is no longer part of a chain as before , but totally independent, it takes extra to make this all work. During Covid shutdowns, they were just transitioning from the previous owner and from the chain. I was so glad they made it through!I now choose first to go here rather than a large supplier. It just feels like family there as they always treat us so well. Bottom line: We cannot walk by the store without going in to visit. Thank you!

Great experience to-date until our recent appt was canceled at the last minute due to 2" of snowfall overnight. And no, despite them claiming they had sent out text messages, no messages were ever received. And even if so, please CALL your clients who may be traveling across a few towns, not merely rely on texts that are easily missed in the best of times. All we got for the wasted 1.2hrs round trip is a matter-of-fact apology and not even an offer of a priority slot in the coming days. They simply could not care less whether we ever returned. Appreciate the quality work they had done prior, just not willing to rely purely on luck every time with this unreliable business. Never again.
