Amazing experience. My little Daisys first time being groomed and I can tell she really trusted The Grooming Guy. She smells and looks so good. He did everything I asked to keep her coat long but trim in certain areas. The cute little bows were the perfect touch. Bringing her sister in soon for her first time too.

Did the "quick lube" for my dogs and loved the experience! He is very kind, passionate and patient. Swooned over both pups and interacted with them in such a caring and professional way. My doodle doesn't love nail trims. He was patient and worked with her to make her comfortable. Has a way with animals, but is also great with humans. Hard to find someone who gets both! We will be back for sure!

We scheduled online with the grooming guy when he was on vacation. For some reason there was a hiccup and we never saw a confirmation. So we called to confirm or reschedule. He texted us that he was busy and not returning calls at that time. No problem! Love the idea he is so dedicated to his furry clients. When he had a moment we were able to touch base and confirm our appointment for the next day! We have an Irish Setter. He is a big boy. Guy listened to our request and gave Baron a nice summer cut. Spent special attention to his ears and tail. He also trimmed his nails. Baron was at ease with guy both at drop off and pick up. Baron looked very handsome. Guy was very welcoming and friendly. You can tell he loves what he does. He did a better job than the previous groomer we took Baron to and he was 1/2 the cost. Winlock has a gem! We already scheduled for Baron’s next appointment.

I've never received worse customer service! He expects everyone to pay attention to his Facebook page. Instead of kindly responding to potential clients. I'm so glad I got a taste of his character before I took my babies to him. Nelly Ark is a way better option! Highly recommend Nelly Ark in Rochester wa!

Wonderful experience from booking to pick up! My dog was happy and not stressed out. They are knowledgeable about pets and the Grooming Guy also looks and bring to your attention any concerns with the animal’s skin, hair, ears, eyes, nails and paws! I feel so blessed to live in a small town with a dog groomer. We have 7 dogs and take their grooming hygiene seriously.We found “The Grooming Guy” well over a year ago now, and couldn’t be more happy with all we have experienced with them. The owners and grooming team are the real deal. They are professional, experienced and most importantly dog lovers that put our K-9’s care & comfort as their priority. My GSD Otto It’s not always excited about getting a bath and toenail trim, but he does well at “The Grooming Guy” (see below)I have referred many people there and I’m excited to see that a bunch of my friends are already taking their dogs there too.

Called to get my dogs toe nail trimmed at 2:45pm says they close at 4. Yes he was nice but they dont close at 4 like advertised. They open and close whenever thry want cause he couldnt do it his last appt cancelled for thr day so he closed up shop and left! Id been thinking long and hard about taking my dog here since I live rt down the street from here. But this experience I wont be bringing my dog here since its they dont cater to the needs of the public.

I have an Aussie/corgi that sheds like crazy about twice a year..and I mean SHEDS!! He also itches so much, he gets neurotic. I gave him benadryl, hormone collar, itch powder...you name it. I had an appt at the vet, but it was 2 months out! I had to do something, so I made an appt with The Grooming Guy. They got me in the next day.My boy went in, and within about an hour or so, he came out a brand new dog.The itching was gone, and the shedding decreased significantly. I was so happy, and my dog was back to normal! (Plus, he loved the attention!)I probably saved $200 when I cancelled the appt with the vet.I highly recommend The Grooming Guy.

Guy was very knowledgeable about my dogs breeds and temperament. I have a blind and deaf Senior dog and he (Harper) is usually pretty cantankerous. He loved Guy, he didn't growl or wine at all. He was perfectly comfortable being handled and groomed by Guy.

These two go above and beyond the care they have showen to my pet, and to me. My husband just had a heart transplant, and we have to stay in Seattle. My pet/ house sitter is not able to take my dog in for grooming. These two picked my dog up, groomed him with love, send me a picture and delivered him back home. They are awesome caring people. Walked in with 2 nail trims, one is usually very difficult to deal with and has been named "The Nipper" in the past. Guy was awesome with him! He knew just how my boy needed to be treated to get the job done. We have found the groomers of our dreams here. We'll be back!!

Golden Retrievers are a difficult breed to groom.. they are big and hairy and it takes a good groomer to know how trim and bath!! They did a great job. Our golden is beautiful!!
