I had rescued 2 kitty's from the local area. Rolling understood the emergency of having a brother and sister come of age together. We scheduled boy first and the girl 2 weeks later so I could afford to cover both kitties with all the things they needed. There are also ppl in the community that will also help out if u are struggling with an emergency. With all the extra covid stuff going on trying to catch up, I just appreciated they leave a space open for emergencies. Thank you so much. No worries now. Kitties are full of energy and spunk. Love what this vet does for the community at home and across our county. Thank u Dr Lindsay Pollock

They won't let you come in with your beloved pet. They force vaccinations on dying animals. They cannot provide any care that a reasonable person could do themselves. There is no reason for this business to exist. I implore anyone to read the reviews, they will kill your animal. They will waste your time and take your money. They do not care about your family, they only want your money. If you love your animal, avoid this morgue.

Took my cat here, she is healthy and happy! Still doing curbside but other than that very good place to send your animal if they need a checkup, vaccine, or anything of that sort. Friendly staff, understanding and welcoming people. Easy process and conversation. Some family has gone here too. Never had a problem with this place. Highly recommended.

I recently moved to the area and needed a new regular vet for my 3 cats. While this vet does not have the capacity to handle emergency cases, for vaccinations, flee treatments, and long term conditions they do a great job. I know I can be pushy about what might be wrong with my cat, they helped me make a plan on what to do to resolve some long term issues I've had with my cat. I appreciate them listening to me about my concerns and if you need a regular vet for non-emergency work, they will do a great job. You can get same day appointments sometimes too

I rescued a kitten from the middle of highway 12 yesterday. A very very sick kitten. The vet clinics around my area had no openings, even for an emergency visit. So I called these wonderful people and they told me to bring him in. They charged me only $35 for an emergency visit!!! Anywhere else in my area and it would have been $100-150 just to walk in the door! They were so kind and gentle with the poor scared baby. He got dewormed, flea treated, 3 cans of urgent care food, 3 bottles of medicine, and had fluids but in him. And it all cost less than it would have to just walk through the door of other places!

Moved here a year ago needed new vet they were close and in town. They good if your pet only needs shots beside that they know nothing.took are pet to them twice in three days for not eating was told they didn't know what was wrong take her some place else . Finally got her in with different vet vet which was to late cause her kidney were shutting down and lost her. If you have a emergency I would not or never take your oer here if you love them cause they will kill them

Well pleased with this clinic. They were able to get our sick kitten quickly and everyone was so friendly. Excellent customer service as well as communication from the first call to the end of our appointment. Would highly recommend!

They always seem like used car salesmen. Constantly asking about every animal I've ever had so they can "update their records". They constantly pressure me to get shots, meds, and checkups for animals that have died years ago. Constant staff turnover and you frequently have to schedule things weeks or months out. Even though COVID ended a while ago, you still have to mask up and aren't allowed inside. My dog was misdiagnosed 3 separate times over 6 months to the tune several hundred dollars per visit plus the cost of incorrect meds. They finally figured out it was diabetes after doping him up for months and offered to let me pay them more money to put him down. Honestly it seems like their priorities are finding ways to make money from your pet, then your pet's health. We've since found another vet in the area who appears to be more competent.

My kitty had been having soupy diarrhea for almost a week. Was able to get a same day appointment. Got a diagnosis and medicine to correct the condition. Prices seemed a bit high, but most of that was because of the $95 urgent care charge, other places wanted $200. Like everything else prices continue to increase

Very kind and caring while helping care for the end of life for our sweetheart of a fur baby Hank. Staff is very nice and you can tell they care, they also take care of our other pup and he is never stressed coming or going and prices are reasonable .

Honestly I love these guys they are great! They call me every year for my pets annual reminder, they are so fricken great with your pets and not only that but they educate you to. Heck a great staff! A+, and they are really clean, If that makes a difference.

Love this place and more importantly my dog likes the Veterinarians. I can't say enough about this Vet Clinic. My parents take their animals there aswell. Good pricing I think. Rest assured your pet ( my dog is my child) will be taken well care of and also rest easy if your pet has to spend the night.

DOG KILLERWe took our Rottweiler/pit bull mix there. He was ten years old and 20 lbs over weight. They sent out a pregnant vet tech who complained about having to get him out of the car because he couldn’t walk(the reason we took him to the vets). After taking him in and not letting us come in, they told us the reason he was limping was because he was fat and old(arthritis). They gave us anti inflammatory medicine and told us to walk him. A week and a half later he collapses and we take to the Olympia emergency vet and they told us he had a major upper leg fracture and the only way to help was to amputate or have a really expensive surgery. So because of the Rolling Hills Veterinary Hospital we made the hard choice of having to put him down. The Emergency Vet told us if this caught early we could have saved him. Sorry this is so long but I want people to know what their getting into here. We lost our beloved dog and rabbit(another story) to these negligent people.

Dr. Pollock is wonderful. We have been treated so kindly every time we've come here. What stands out to me the most is when we had to have a pet put down, Dr. Pollock was so kind and compassionate. Edit 2021, Dr. Pollock remains lovely, I'm sure, but the lady that answers the phone is so rude, uncompassionate, and unhelpful that I've found elsewhere to go. ☹️

It was hard to find a vet I liked near Centralia, and I ended up having to drive to Winlock. Luckily, I found an excellent vet. They were quick, efficient, polite, and friendly. I felt all of my kitten's needs were taken care of and they seemed to really care. Thank you!

After attempting to come to your office on October 6th and being turned away while my kitty cried, with a cut on his leg that exposed his muscle and tendons. I was ignorantly told to "drive to Vancouver" by your receptionist who couldn't sound more careless. Thankfully this led me to find a more caring vets office in Longview to use in the future. Small town businesses such as your yourself really should care more about your reputation and you can expect "word of mouth" to catch up with you!
