Drive thru is THE BEST!Fast & accurate service is the bestFriendly & Happy employees always enjoy talking & making your visit enjoyable. All of this is done while you are comfortable in your car. Hit or miss. I’m obsessed with their dirty dives and I’m a huge fan of lotus and got super happy that they have it in stock. This is my second one and even with “extra lotus” and it’s still the bare minimum :/ their concentrations off and it’s disappointing!

This coffee stand is great. My fiance and I came here yesterday. I got a layered caramel macchiato and my fiance got a caramel silk. Both were bomb. A little sweet. The only downfall was the wait time. We had waited 30 minutes to get our drinks. From the time we arrived to the time we left because there was only one barista. This place was poppin.

If you're helping a customer on one side, the least you could do is acknowledge the customer on the other side. At least open the window and say, "Hi, I'll be with you in an hour when I'm done." Something. Anything. We sat there for 9 minutes watching her make the order for the other customer. She even looked over at us. No smile, no wave, no "1 minute ☝🏽." Nothing. So unprofessional. I tried to give them a second chance. Nope. They don't care about customer service, is my hunch.

Waited a ridiculous amount of time. My Americano was so hot I couldn’t drink it for over an hour. Even after putting ice in it. Would have been better off going to the gas station across the street

It's a decent enough coffee stand with really nice baristas. The drinks are usually good but every once in a while you get some that aren't mixed well at all. For having a perfect location I'm surprised it doesn't have larger lines. It could be due to the awful paving. I'm always worried for my car when driving through the pothole ridden drive through area.

The girls were very nice and the coffee tasted alright, but it took so long to get out my drinks, they were made and sitting on the counter but for some reason they made me sit for a while before they rang me up and gave them to me. There was a car on the other side but still! It was just odd. Also, what is up with the measuring glass cups to measure everything. Being a barista myself I know exactly what amount of pumps to put in each size cup, and if I forget it is written down in the shop for me to look at. I guess it was alright for a place in Westport. OH! And don’t let me forget, my drink had a huge space at the top, it wasn’t even filled up all the way! They use measuring cups so I feel like they should be able to fill the cup up all the way.

The service here is outstanding! And so is the coffee, the barista obviously knows her stuff and it's clearly a passion not a job. Driving the distance to the ocean is met at the end with a delicious cup of coffee. It's also the way I begin my trip home. When I was here the owners daughter was working, she clearly has her moms service attitude it was inspiring. This stand offers small town charm and goodness all around. You'll be impressed, I was!!! Good coffee!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. I waited at the window for 10+ min and these very rude girls never even made eye contact with me to just take my order. There was only one other car on the opposite side, yet 2 girls working there and they couldn’t be bothered to open the window. I actually ended up leaving!! Headed to captain jacks now where service was prompt and kind. I will never be back here, and neither should you

Stopped by for coffee, but got tempted by the menu item listing "Fresh Lemonade". Should have asked before ordering, but it turned out to be just freshly stirred out of the Country Time lemonade mix canister, and mostly sugar.Also had a muffin top. That turned out to be not from a local bakery, but a Seattle's Favorite vending machine packaged "food" item, with 500 calories, and over 50 ingredients (I stopped counting).Service was great, and if we had stuck to coffee, I expect we would have left more impressed.

The wait was really long. Really really long. To be fair I think there was only one person working and four cars to serve. The coffee was... fine? Balanced in taste. Not too sweet. I'd go back, honestly.
