It's a great view of the area and you can walk to the beach from here and walk around downtown. There was a public bathroom nearby as well.

12/03/2021I came here during the last of the King Tides and visited two days later on December 5th when it wasn't raining. There is a nice view of the ocean and town. It's a nice place to have a meal or a snack as there are some picnic tables. Public restrooms are located in the large parking area across the street.

Cool spot to check out the ocean, very family friendly and has a ramp to make it more accessible. Because of high tides there was a lot of signage stating that there was road erosion in some areas and sand washed up onto the bottom of the stairs and ramp to come onto the tower. Other families were very helpful in assisting my Grandpa get up the stairs with his cane to enjoy the ocean and take pictures with us. We all had a very good time and enjoyed the panoramic views the tower offered. Westport is a very beautiful place and we’ll be happy to come back and take in the scenery again sometime. Noticed that families were having quite a bit of fun watching the high waves crash and there was some tide pools to look for washed up marine life as well. Very close location to the Marina and points of interest in Westport.

This was pretty cool. I don't know what I was expecting but it was definitely better than getting up on the rocks and risking getting wet by the waves that crashed up against them.

The best time seeing the king tide waves, it was amazing. A small town with a few shops for souvenirs. Loved getting a better view of the waves from the tower.

Cool place! Especially if the wind is blowing! Picnic area at the base. Nice views if the bay, Ocean Shores, Aberdeen and West Port.On a loop drive of SR 105 IRS a nice e place to stretch your legs.

This is a great place to visit to get a great view of the town and specially the Ocean. There is a ramp to get to the first floor but that is as far you can go after that you have to climb stairs to get to the top.There is a great place to have a picnic and to go for a walk to get to the beach, mind you that there is some rocks you will have to climb down to the sand, but it's worth is!

Free, dog friendly, even kids, & great views of port. This only takes a little time but will provide some of your best shots of the port, boats, & town.You got the free part right?Park, walk around town, look at the boats, eat at Bennett’s Fish Shack, then give it a look

The Westport Tower offers up good views of the ocean as well as the whole town of Westport. The harbor looks amazing with all the boats. On good days there are large ships to view. I would recommend bringing binoculars and a camera to the location. It is a spot to remember.

Westport is an interesting little-big fishing village with some cool things to see & some excellent surf breaks too. The tower is a cool way to look around indeed.

Nice view of the ocean. It was pretty busy when I went. It was the day of the king tides. The tides weren't as impressive as I've seen in Oregon.

It's ok, nice view of the town and to ocean shores. Has 3 picnic tables, 2 of them have fencing to cut the wind down.
