I had written a poor review today and decided it was not warranted. At the time I had a bought of Asthma. My asthma is recurring about every ten years on average. Normally I do not need to worry. This trio to Westport I found my self in a Emergency and could not breath well. This happened once before and I found myself asking for the best relief since I had no prescription for albuterol at the time. The pharmacist advised me he could administer emergency medicine and let me purchase the Albuterol. Once breathing I had to give my information and he contacted my doctor. I really could not do it any different. I simply could not breath. I assume a pharmacist is qualified to make these calls in a emergency. asthma is a emergency. primateen mist as I recall was not that helpful. I understand rules but if a person is in danger surely someone can and will help. Sorry for being rude I was just in a panic an did not see how I could make air happen. It was difficult talking at all. Suffocating is not any fun. Thanks for reply. I am breathing again I made it to my nebulizer. I would assume your education qualifies your self to make sone type decisions. This drug is not abused unless I am Mistaken. Perhaps even a few puffs until the prescription can be confirmed. Idk.

I am writing about the bad reviews sent in by the one guy who is angry because they wouldn't give him medication that MUST HAVE A PRESCRIPTION. This is the most unprofessional business i have ever used. the ladies that work here are rude and nasty. i would rather die than to rely on this pharmacy. There are better choices in aberdeen and raymond. i can not believe they are still in business, having run my own business for 35 years. be a cold day when i ever go in here agin.

Went in to buy a clock. 3 of the same size & type clocks had sticker prices on them but rang up $20 more. They would not honor the price that was on the clock! Next day one still had $50 sricker price. Took it to pharm to ring up. The nice lady knocked on a door in back and said to Max "we have another clock"! Max started spouting off about some lady just making things difficult cuz she wanted a certain clock. Then said how brutal she was and she didn't have anything better to do with her time blah blah blah. .. There were 5 people behind me waiting that could hear all of this. When she stopped talking I calmly said "That is my Mom you are talking about"! Max just closed the door on me. The other gal totally apologized more than once. Max is rude, always has been. No personality or brain. She really has nothing going for her but thinks it is ok to be rude & not helpful EVER! Was getting in my car and a guy walks by me and said "That was cringy"! Proves everyone could hear the whole disrespectful words of Max! RIH!

I will never use this pharmacy again. I have tried this pharmacy multiple times to only be met with one of the following: can't fill my prescription after waiting for over 25 minutes or they give me the wrong prescription. Today I went in to pick up a prescription for daughter. It was amoxicillin for her ear infection and everyone knows how dangerous an ear infection can be with out treatment. This prescription was sent in directly from the ER the night prior and after waiting 25 minutes the lady comes out and very coldy says my printer isn't working so I can't help you then tried to jump right to jump to the next person in line. I told her what it was for and she responds, I know what it's for still can't help you. But yet proceeded to fill 5 other people's prescription behind me. Apparently I'm the only one who needed a printer to fill their prescription??? Doesn't sound right to me and even the ER asked if I was serious when I called them to transfer my prescription elsewhere. Between the staff being rude and cold and having a problem EVERY single time I go there, I will never return.

Often incomplete scripts, and misinformation when I call to verify they have what I need before I drive in from 30 minutes away. They don't manage their inventory well.

If I could I would give 0 stars. There is one lady that is down right nasty to not only me but other family members that have used this pharmacy for YEARS. I had back pain and know my doctor called in the prescription for it the day before, went in almost an HOUR AND A HALF later to get it. She said they didn’t have a prescription for me. Called my clinic this morning, said my doctor sent it at 4:13pm on 7/17. Called them back not even twenty minutes ago and the same lady from yesterday answered, didn’t even say anything yet just straight attitude in her voice. Asked if they receive my prescription, she said they received yesterday (then why wasn’t it filled as they weren’t even busy) and that she would call me back when it’s been filled. (I doubt it, I’ve never receive a callback from them when waiting for a prescription.) if you ever have a choice in which pharmacy you can go to, don’t go to this one.

It’s hit or miss. I’ve been in and they were so nice and helpful and other times they’re just rude. They do have nice coastal themed goods but the rudeness ruins the good things they carry. The pharmacy is equally erratic, they don’t fill prescriptions and don’t bother to let you know there’s a delay. If you ask questions again rudeness. If you have the option of going somewhere else you probably should.

Stopped in for our first time, can't believe we had missed this place. They have a lot to see! Gifts, clothing, hats, kitchen linens, cards.... The staff was very nice and everything neat and tidy. Good prices too!!!

Great place to shop gifts and Costco products. Love Jack and Caroline. The Pharmacist Gail is the sweetest. Always have a smile and hello when Im there. As for script s I go to Aberdeen so I can get a huge discount from "Good RX" Saves me hundreds of dollars. Just ask it's free to anyone at bigger Pharmacies. But love our local Drug store.....,

Request refills WEEKS in advance. Call until they confirm it is filled, ready, correct dosage, correct medication. They constantly lose, ignore or “forget” prescriptions and will not notify the patient. Their suppliers are unreliable, so don’t bother going in unless you’ve spoken to a live person who has your filled prescription in their hand.Horrible, but unfortunately the only local option.

Outgoing and caring. Gale and Jack have always gone the extra milefor myself and my family. It is a small pharmacy, unlike a Rite Aid or Walmart. For refills, we call in ahead of time and let them know when we will be in the area. For new scripts, we make sure they have them and askfor a time to pick up. We realize we are not their only patients, and try to act accordingly. This has worked well for all concerned.

This is such a great LOCAL community pharmacy and store. The staff is extremely friendly and I was amazed at how the pharmacist truly goes above and beyond to take care of you. It was also fun to go Christmas shopping here because they have some unique items too! I will definitely be going back.

First of all, every time i go to pick up a prescription that’s been called in with plenty of time to have it ready (sometimes even a week ahead) they NEVER have it ready. i’ve been treated like absolute garbage for no reason at all by the lady. people take medication for a reason. if they’re supposed to have it ready, why not just have it ready. and don’t be rude about it. if i could give them 0 stars i definitely without a doubt would.

A great help to our community. Great people. The pharmacist is amazing and has a huge heart and always goes that extra mile to help and make sure you understand meds your given. Very small community pharmacy that loves and takes care of their people.The rest of the store has many things to offer from food to household to gifts and very fair reasonable prices. They make sure they have things in that the community needs.

I would give zero stars if I could. We had my wife's prescription transferred here since we knew we would be staying in the area. The people at the Pharmacy made us feel like we were really making their life miserable. It was a horrible experience. Next time we'll just go to Walmart in Aberdeen.

The worst customer service. Pharmacist and his wife are apathetic and rude. They don't care if you have your necessary pills or not. It's no skin off if their back. AVOID AVOID AVOID at all costs. Their phone system has been down for a month as well. These people simply don't care about their community at all.

Twin Harbor Drugs has been truly a life saver for myself and several of my friends. Unlike other pharmacies, they have the vaccines for latest flu variant from flu season in Australia.... A life or death issue if you have a compromised immune system.... And they have WHITE CASTLE CHEESE BURGERS

Went here to pick up a family member’s prescription and the lady working in the pharmacy was just down right rude and the man wasn’t any better. They bare there to help you and when you know your doctor called in your prescription you shouldn’t be questioned and treated rudely. Save yourself and just go to Walmart.
