We recently stayed in the Cottage, and felt like we were in a home away from home. This is an older place but very clean and well stocked in bathrooms and full sized kitchen. Beds were comfortable as well. The staff was incredibly accommodating, kind and helpful.The wifi was great. We will be back!!!

I've had the pleasure of working with the manager Jim and can say the professionalism he has toward his guests and team members is as good as it gets. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a great seaside vacation on the west coast of Washington

The room was nothing like the picture shown. The beds were broken down. Curtains didn't cover the windows and sagging. The coffee maker didn't work and the stove wouldn't get hot enough to boil water. The bathroom floor was filthy. Enough towels for 2 people and we reserved for 4 people. We had ants crawling around on the kitchen counter. Very poorly kept up and maintained. Some kitchen pans that were used to death. We will never stay here again. Plan to leave early because can't do it another night and doubt we get a refund.

I would give this zero stars if I had the option! If you are looking for a over priced dive motel then this is the place for you. Rooms are not clean (found broken glass and someone else's under garments under the bed), staff is unfriendly, was over charged for my room, when brought the mistake to the managers attention was told I would receive a refund. Instead of a refund I received more charges after we checked out. My 2 night stay in a dirty room with very little supplies ( we had to ask for toilet paper as the room didn't have any) cost me a total of $514.03. Save your money there are much nicer rooms in the area!

I wanted to give this place 5 stars but the room we had was below another room (I believe it was the only room with anyone above them) but the people in that room were soooo LOUD randomly day and night! Sounded like they were constantly rearranging the room up there. That being said the staff was really friendly!! They even brought hula hoops over for my girls to play with when we were having a lower key day. The room was very spacious and clean. The fridge took a bit to get things cold but it worked out. Over all I would stay here again but maybe in a different room!

Service was good, rooms were clean, staff was very nice, and the rooms were fully stocked with the usual supplies. There were a few issues though. We found a very large beetle in our room, our room was not cleaned between nights, the lamp in our room didn't work, and the room was not as advertised (no stovetop and no tub in the bathroom. All of these issues aside, it was an enjoyable experience for a reasonable price.

Breakfast not included, from what I can see I think maybe only basic cable bit I didn't come to watch TV. The room is spacious and my grandsons each had their own twin size beds, the staff are very friendly, there was no hair dryer in the room and the manager very kindly found one and brought it to my sister. It's not a 4 star hotel but it's cozy and friendly with coffee pots, refrigerators, and microwaves in rooms.

Stayed here with my husband for a 3 day weekend. No complaints! We stayed in room 8 it was better than I expected. Loved having the kitchenette in the room! Bed was nice and firm with clean linens. Awesome location, there are restaurants and stores very close by. We will definitely stay again next time we come to town.

Definitely a mom and pop rental place but there isn't any main stream hotels through a small town like this. A bit of a mix up with our unit not having a kitchen to make breakfast for the kids. Wasn't terrible may try this place or another in the area on our next visit.

Amazing managers! They even let my children annoy and spend time with them. Clean big and comfortable rooms. We had 6 people in our party 3 of which were children and didn't feel cramped. Having a full kitchen is nice

The owners of this place were angels. Not only were we able to get a room the same night we got into town, but they were both hilarious and so kind. The room had 2 bedrooms, THREE bathrooms, and a living room. We lived like kings that night. Within walking distance to a great dive bar and probably more in the light of day. Would highly recommend, will definitely return.

We were very impressed with this qaint little motel. Reasonable rates, and the rooms are very clean. They have an on site Razor clam cleaning station, along with a small fire pit, and standing BBQ grill (bring your own briquettes). We will most definitely be staying here again in the future. Thank you, Ocean Avenue Inn!

I've stayed at the Ocean Ave Inn several times over the years, to fish the waters off Westport. Anna is super friendly and easygoing, and amazingly remembers my name. The rooms are clean and functional, but no frills, which suits me and my fishing partner perfectly. We like the fridge and microwave in the room we stay in, and we have used the BBQ and fire pit many times. Parking my truck and 19ft boat in the lot is tight but completely doable There are a couple bars and restaurants that you can walk to, and the supermarket is just down the street, also within walking distance. Just called and made a reservation for next week, and Anne said she was expecting me, and I could have my favorite room... Nice!

Great people that run this place. TV sucks I don't sleep well at night so decided to watch some TV and not many channels to choose from. Room #10 is a great room, it's upstairs. Yes they have a upstairs....lol. No hot water in the morning on the day we checked out. Not happy about that

I was very disappointed honestly. The room was not anywhere close to the beach nor did it have a view. As advertised I expected to have free WiFi, but again I was disappointed.The bathroom had no toiletries (just a regular soap dispenser, toilet brushes or outlets. So no way to use a hairdryer or any other electrical device.Also the kitchen was just nasty ! I opened a drawer to find a fork and was so disgusted at what I saw.The utensils had some kind of black crusty stuff on them, I had no intention on further investigating.We could hear pretty much every word spoken by our neighbors due to the walls being paper thin.The only positive thing I can say is that the Staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Positives: Awesome service, friendly staff, clean rooms, close to the city center, and it's very affordable for what you receive. Negatives: the room was not as advertised. No oven, no bathtub, the t.v was extremely small. Other than these things listed, expectations were met or exceded. I would definitely stay here again.

The room I stayed in has mold. It isn't visible so might be in walls. One night and I was miserable a few hours in. If you need super basic, like a bed and a shower and won't stay in the room long, this night work for you

Very nice owners and the room was more like an apartment than your typical motel room- very clean and comfortable for my little family and the beautiful ocean beaches were not very far away. We very much enjoyed our stay here!

Ok we'll start with the positives: For us parking was 5 feet from the door, we didn't hear our neighbors or cars outside, the room stayed at a comfortable temperature. The town shuts down early so on a Friday night all that was open was a bar about 2 blocks away. The bar at night was limited on what you could buy after 10pm. Deep fried foods. It was too loud to talk to each other. Fish & chips were good. Now the negatives about the room. Says kitchen in every room. Ours had a tiny refrigerator, small microwave, and some silverware. No plates, no stove, no pots & pans. Bring your own bottle opener. The toilet paper was nearly gone with no extra roll in cupboard. The TV is about a 14 inch old tube style. No closet just a board with pegs and a few hangers. Add said bath & shower but only had shower built for one and if you want hot water you have to run it for 2 minutes. Very old & very tiny place overall. Our bedside lamp switch was broken so we had to untwist bulb to turn off. Bring pillows if you are use to more than one each. You get what you pay for and we paid under $170 for Friday & Saturday. I've learned these websites post photos of things not available in each room and post lies of what amenities are really available. Next time we're calling to ask the manager what the rooms really have.

The bed was honestly the most uncomfortable I've ever slept in BUT for the value it's extremely clean and pretty spacious. The walls are thin so bring some earplugs, but if you're just there for a weekend getaway at the beach, go for it!
