We have been taking our dogs to Paws, Claws and Hooves for about 2 years now. We had a rescue dog that was a little difficult to examine etc. and the staff at Paws, Claws and Hooves handled him with compassion and care. When we had to put him down this past Christmas, they were very caring and considerate of how hard it was to make that decision. They made a very difficult decision much easier to face. They truly cared about our little guy. Now we have a new puppy and we are going to be taking him to Paws, Claws, and Hooves. I am the worst at names but I can tell ya that everyone that helped me today and during the appointment making process was helpful, personable and knowledgeable.We just moved and this will be our new close by Vet. My pets aren’t great at commuting and this place is inviting and a bit less expensive! Awesome 🐾UPDATE: they saw my Tabby for illness, did in house blood work up and diagnosed successfully. Tabs is feeling SO MUCH better! They were gentle and listened to my concerns. I will be using them for all my kitties from now on.

Everyone who works at "Paws, Claws, & Hooves" is fantastic! I take all my fur babies here, and whether it's been something as simple as vaccinations, or as serious as surgery & pneumonia, the experience has always been top notch- you can tell they genuinely care about their clients. When I've had pet emergencies they always have been able to fit me in even when they are busy, which I appreciate more than words can say. The clinic is also always clean and they are punctual with appointments. I will always bring my pets here, the care they have received has been consistently better than any other previous vet clinic I've been to.

I have nothing but good things to say about this vet office! Staff has always been incredibly understanding and kind, they seem to really care about my pets when I bring them in. They're genuinely the sweetest people and they're always so patient with me even when I'm fumbling through an explanation or calling worried about something. Even though I moved further away from them, I'm still more than happy to drive the half hour to them.Oh and they have a office cat that roams around and she is very sweet. Always a plus to see her!

My bunny and her kits needed to see a vet as bunbun was having terrible GI stasis issues and her kits just needed an evaluation, this veterinarian was one of the BEST veterinarians I've had the privilege of getting to have my babies evaluated by. They care, go over every single detail for what is wrong or not, how to care for your furbabies better and treat your babies like they are their own furbabies. The vet tech (I can't remember her name) treated bunnun and kits with so much kindness and carried one of them around the whole time and showing the rest of the staff how cute and sweet bunbuns kits were. Not only were they beyond amazing with my furbabies, but they had the best customer service and communication skills I've ever experienced. Most vets around here only care about the money sadly but this vet clinic was genuine and did what vets are suppose to do and that was care more about the animal and animals parents than the bill. They also didn't try to push unnecessary procedures to get more money. Paws, claws, and hooves is AMAZING and anyone who is searching for or needs a new primary vet for their furbabies I 10/10 100% recommend them!! You will not be disappointedThank you paws, claws, and hooves for being such an amazing incredibly informative passionate and caring vet! You will be my go to from now on!P. I walk in and they know that I’ve brought my Penelope goat baby. Almost immediately they take her back to get her all fixed up. They’re also very understanding that I have to bring her brother Harley (bonded babies) as he prances around the office. Thank you for being always kind

My hen is only 2 1/2 yrs old & is my best friend, she's my comfort hen & special little girl. She became very ill & Paws, Claws fit her into their busy schedule and sent her back home with meds. She's doing better, she's eating more and walking around. THANK YOU EVERYONE WHO ATTENDED TO MY HEN! I appreciate you seeing her right away! She's my chicken love 💕

I had to say goodbye to my baby boy who I had for 12 years, I had a bad experience with another vet and am so grateful I chose paws claws and hooves to look at him for quality of life exam. They were absolutely wonderful and were very comforting during the whole process gave me all the time to say goodbye. I wanted to personally thank Kit and Dr. Mackenzie, I cannot thank you enough for being so kind to me on such a hard day!This is now my forever Vet ❤️

I had a sick kitten who the team squeezed in for a quick evaluation, medicine which was so appreciated. After calling 3 other vet offices they really saved the day. My Cappuccino started feeling great the next day after a few doses of the right medicine! Thank you!!

The best place in the state for Sphynx!Ever since we adopted our special boy, it’s been a nightmare to find a specialty vet.The staff at Paws, Claws, and Hooves are so helpful and compassionate, and they have so much more experience with animals than most vets I’ve seen.I feel confident if we have a medical problem, they will be able to answer our questions and find a solution.And for a great price, you can’t beat that!

I was visiting from out of town and my dog needed updated vaccines AND a health certificate to get back to Alaska. Paws, Claws, and Hooves was able to get her 3 vaccines AND her health certificate in both a timely and affordable manner! The service was great and everyone was kind and courteous. Instead of helping my animal in providing a good quality of life for a non-repairable illness, they suggested a "specialist" in Spokane. Turns out, this "specialist" has closed its doors. They then suggested another "specialist " in Seattle. "Receptionists" were untruthful and avoided our questions. In short, their definition of humane treatment is to provide no treatment; they would rather send us to non-existent care then to help.

My fur babies always receive excellent service from this place. All staff and vets are the best. Pups weren’t happy to get vaccinations but this awesome place offers pain meds for that as well. Puppies are happy so momma is happy as well. Highly recommend this place.

We love your entire staff!! The sweet calls we got to keep us updated from his emergency stay over a few days were the best and really helped keep our two kids calm about their best buddy. Thank you so much to Winter who got us in, Dr. Ott who quickly identified the problem and got lifesaving treatment started, and to all the techs who helped and gave our guy all the love he deserves. The people were lovely with my Murphy dog, however, they hit me with $160 total for just a lepto and kennel cough vaccine and well check without even a warning of the cost or a quote for the procedures signed off, and quoted $700 to $965 for neuter.COUGH * GASP * !!**!! EXCUSE ME WHAT??

I had a VERY sick tortoise, when I called they told me that they do see them as well and could get me in right away. Price was very reasonable and the staff were SO SWEET. The Vet was AWESOME! I will definitely continue going there.

I brought my cat here recently for an infected cat scratch and I have nothing but good things to say. Our technician, Mel, was wonderfully gentle and patient with my very grumpy kitty. I appreciated the time and care she, and the doctor, took to make sure my cat was properly taken care of throughout the whole experience. Would 100% recommend coming here.

We have a very anxious dog who becomes fear aggressive. Dr. Weier and Téa were so patient and kind with him and us. They really took extra strides to gain his trust and make the experience a positive one. Every time we’ve visited, with all our dogs, the vets and vet techs have been great! Very kind, compassionate, and just all around good care.

I brought my GSD in for an ear infection. They were quick, nice and understanding. Explained why it happened, the medication he would be sent home with and how to prevent it from happening again. Called me a few days later to make sure he was doing alright, answer any questions and confirm I was using the medication properly. Loved the experience.

The only negative thing is they are a little expensive.💵. But they make it up in the way they treat animals. Everyone there cares about your feelings and the needs for your pet.They call and give updates on your pet while in surgery so you don’t worry all day!They are just a fantastic group of humans !

I highly recommend them, my dog tested positive for parvo, they did everything they could to help him fight this awful disease and he won the battle! thank you guys for everything, for the calls and even when the place was closed i received updates, they went above and beyond! god bless you guys i appreciate everything you guys do for my little Gizmo!🐾

This place is not just a convenient location for those who live in the west richland area..this is a place that I am hoping that you choose for your fur babies connection to living a long and healthy life. They were able to save my baby girl Frejya from the grasp of parvo before she came to me and I am still able no matter what the concerns of this mama that has truly been what some people I know a little bit of a worry wart about the world of being a new dog owner..I am able to call and ask them anything from my concerns about diet, her change in attitude, or as in this past weekend when I found out that she has an allergy to the toys that I have been playing with her since I got her in December..I trust them to be fully supporting and offering the advice to help me be the best mama's for my Lil girl Frejya and I am being blessed with a incredible group of people who are just as much as I am excited to see her become the dog that back in November was a very long haul for her and her daddy..I am forever grateful for this facility and for all that they have done and continue to do for myself but most importantly my Frejya..

I was super Impressed with the care they showed us when we took our Parakeet in to get a beak and nail trim and he passed unexpectedly...he was an older bird and they had warned me that could happen but he needed it done so I went ahead with it hoping for the best.The technician was very kind and didnt charge me and even offered cremation services which we did because we loved him.They were kind enough to give us a print of his feet and a beautiful box to keep him in..I would bring any of my animals back here because they were so kind,did everything right and had such compassion for us which is rare these days!Highly recommend them!

I had three kittens that were very sick. I had never been to paws claws and hooves before but they got me in the day I called. The kittens got on antibiotics and other medicines and they are fine now.
