The employees here are absolutely useless. I’ve gone to every other exxon/circle k in the area and have never experienced any issues. At this one, apparently they’re “corporate owned” (whatever that means , aren’t all the other ones here to?) and they will force a debit card pin on transactions that don’t need them. & on top of that, there is no way for the system to allow them to bypass it apparently. So I had to pay with a form of payment that I didn’t want to use, like why didn’t I just go to a different freaking gas station then? Hmm…They also constantly have broken pumps that aren’t working or will tell you to go see the cashier for your receipt. Which means, they aren’t refilling outside and aren’t doing their jobs properly. Creates an inconvenience for anyone who doesn’t want to go inside gas stations. Let’s be honest, they’re pretty disgusting. This one has employees that match the store. :)

Nice facility, but washer fluid buckets were all empty, had to drive to other side to find one with water. NO cleaning solution , just water, and the squeegee looked like it had diphtheria.

I spent about 20 minutes outside in 20 degree weather this morning and still was unable to obtain fuel for my vehicle. I was then made to feel like I was the problem and an inconvenience to the manager. Oh and I was promised that I'll get my money back in 3 days. I'll go elsewhere from now on.

Every time I go to get gas here the windshield washer fluid containers are empty or there is no paper towel. Plus I slipped and fell on the un plowed lot this winter.

Five fuel islands with two pumps each means you're likely not going to have to wait to fuel up. They have diesel and non-ethanol gas also. Plenty of parking in the front with easy access from either side. The signature polar pop is available in a wide variety of soda flavors, hot pre-packaged food as well. Very convenient.

Easily becomes a store you feel connected to, unfortunately gas prices being as ever changing, does make the experience a more thought out "grab what you may want later now" trip.

Circle K West Richland is a s@@t show grass and trees are dying, poor Management staff what a shame it’s a new store. Corporate needs to look into this!

Nice new Circle K. Very clean but you need a 4 week drive to navigate the parking lot. VERY BUMPY. Watch your undercarriage.

Poor customer service! They made their customer go back and forth (in and out of the store) too many times IN PURPOSE! Watch out if you choose to pay cash. I don’t know what’s their problem.
