Sales department is great but service department is a disaster. If you buy a machine from them, make sure you know of at least one other place to service it.Bought my side by side in January this year. Experience was good. Needed a leak fixed? 3 week wait for an appointment. Oil change and a little tech help to understand maintenance procedure (manual doesn't spell it out well for novice garage mechanics like me), 3 dang weeks for an appointment. The guy that makes the appointments will seriously tell you three times that it's going to be a long time till they can see you. Almost seemingly to talk you out of making the appointment. Very frustrating.

I know the family there went to school with their sons plus my mom knows their dad way longer than i have. But good people reason 4 stars i hardly shop there or buy much etc & then some. So yeah good people plus small local busness.

Great place with very dedicated people. Brought in an old broken brake cable from a Suzuki Quad Runner and parts guy tried to match up a cable best he could, but to no avail. Did a great job searching though.

Summer bike trip from Snohomish to Lake Pend Oreille to see friends.Surprise to find the Goldwing hadNo gages, no running lights… no fun.Pulled into Doghouse Motorsports in Wenatchee and hoped to get some help.Salesperson Sam and the whole crew in the service department were fantastic.They had me on the road within 15 minutes diagnose and fix.Man I can’t say enough about this team and how much they cared.Big thanks

I recently moved from Chelan back to Monroe and Doghouse serviced my older jet skis for 6 years. They did outstanding work and stood behind their workmanship. I felt the costs were in line if not less than what I would pay on the west side. Todd in service was super helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend them for jet ski service. Now I need to find someone just as good on the west side. Thanks guys.

I had bought a bike from these guys and all seemed well until I took it home and heard it running. They were willing to work with me and ended up fixing the issues I had and all is well now. I mostly talked to Taber their sales guy and he's very respectful and will listen to your needs.

Bought a 2020 maverick RR from a different dealer, couple days later and about 6hrs on my machine I wrecked it. Took it in to doghouse service dept. and it needed a frame and the whole 9 yards. Dropped it off a couple days after my accident and left it there, 5 months later they got all the parts in. 7months later they returned my machine with broken parts, service manager claims my machine came with all the broken parts when the machine was brand new(6hrs). I’m a diesel tech myself, they never mentioned the broken parts, so if you don’t know much about mechanical parts they will let you go thinking you have your machine fixed. Got a supplemental review from a different dealer and 3 weeks after dropping it off and thousands of dollars later I finally have my side by side fixed like it should. Moral of story service dept is garbage, and spend a couple bucks extra and drive out to a different authorized can am dealer(2 within a 60 mile radius). Worst of it all this is where we have bought all of our family’s machines from.

Very poor customer service in my opinion. I drove two hours out of my way to get some service work done and when I arrived I initially was treated great but eventually was told that they then couldn't help me. I understand if you don't want the work but I had called 3 days prior and was told to go ahead and bring it in. Feel like they could have been a bit more accommodating. I was also there to buy a new mx bike.

Stopped by to buy a part for my can am commander that I bought from another dealer when we pulled up spotted a trailer that we wanted but the sales staff was so used car like that my wife wouldn't even stay and told me we can go any other place but there. When a sales guy says to you that you need to buy a part for $150.00 and not the 30 dollar part after all you just spent 22,000 on your ride why be cheap. Worth driving to Moses Lake at least there they actually care about being civil and listen to what you want as well as a professional staff.

Bought a 2015 Honda CRF250L from Taber. He made it easy. Signed a few documents and the bike was mine no hassle. Really happy and I will continue to do business with them.Update: I had a small accident that required service on my motorcycle. The guys in the shop (Kyle and Todd) answered all my questions and concerns without making the process seem rushed. They even figured out what was wrong with the bike before my scheduled appointment so they could order the parts in and have it ready on the day of the appointment. They repaired my motorcycle for a fair price. The service end of Doghouse Motorsports is a reflection of their sales department. A fairly seamless process dealing with them. I will once again continue to do business with them.Words to describe their level of service. Honesty, integrity, fair, and kind.

Stopped by for some accessories and also to see if their service dept can work on my bike (not a Honda). Saturday noonish, no one around, so I head to the counter in the rear, where I encounter the parts guy, short white hair, middle-aged angry-lookin' fellow, with a buncha 'attitude' to match. In any case turns out that in-house accessories are apparently kinda limited anyway unless they special order it. So finally just left and didn't even bother asking about the service dept.Gee, don'tcha just love to do business with places that act like they're doing you a favor?! ;-p

Wenatchee Honda has always been helpful to me and if they have what I want I buy it from them even if it costs a little bit more than the internet. I have found their tires to cost less than what they cost on the internet.
