why is my order being canceled.Order # WM 66223410 my tile was cancelled and returned but my shower door is not in yet. The shower door was a special order, I was waiting tell my shower door was in before picking up my order. I Called the store and they told me they canceled my tile due that it was past the 7 day pickup. Now I have to take time out of my busy day and reorder my tile. where does it say online orders that you have 7 days to pickup your order and special orders you have 30 days. I'm a contractor and I do all my orders online. I don't want to make more trips to the store for pickup. When all product is ready for pickup then I want to make one trip. Not multiple trips...

A BIG thank you to Amber at the Customer Service Desk this morning in Wenatchee. We wanted to buy an artificial Christmas Tree. However, only the display tree was available. She helped us through the process along with getting the flocked tree into the giant bag along with another wonderful employee! Not an easy process! All smiles and happy to help. We did all end up rather “flocked.” Thank you!

So I typically am not a fan of big box stores, but as a General Contractor and a business owner, I want to point out a few people that have brought my faith back to corporate America. After a couple of extremely bad experiences at this Home Depot, and I mean extremely bad, some of the employees have made an incredible effort to go out of their way and above and beyond what I would ever expect of anyone at any large distributor like this. Lori and Liz at customer service do an amazing job, amazing actually doesn't begin to describe how lucky Home Depot is to have them working there. They have consistently and constantly worked incredibly hard to problem solve, create fair solutions, and follow thru on everything related to my pro account. This includes extra hard work on special orders. Particularly when Home Depot has lost them, they have found them. They fight hard to work thru what u can only understand is a difficult computer system to make any issue that arises quick and painless. My time is extremely valuable and I credit them with getting me extra time with my family. They are a resource that should never be overlooked and valued in the most precious way. Sandy at checkout always works hard to make sure my checkout is smooth and organized. She goes to bat for me and for Home Depot finding fair compromises when I've purchased display or damaged items. I leave feeling happy and not willing to shop anywhere else. She keeps a calm head and knows her job very well. Forgive me for not remembering his name, but I do always remember his mustache, he works in tools and I do know his name I just can't remember it while I'm writing this but he is always a rockstar when I'm trying to find some thing. He knows the products that he is selling and he has helped me on multiple occasions to find solutions to problems that I have which again is him going above and beyondthe call of duty for a large box store. Emily and cabinets and appliances always does an amazing job of helping me out and giving my clients the best information and best options available and on a sidenote I always appreciate Evan and the other gentleman with the goatee at check out that are always quick with anything they can do to help, and always happy to go the extra mile themselves. The bottom line is the people that I've mentioned in this review are important people for Home Depot to keep an eye on. These are the people that make this kind of business work, I used to frequent other Home Depot, stores and other big box stores, and I will not go back to those because I've been treated terribly with people that don't have a clue how to do their job, Wenatchee is a unique location with unique people, and they should be recognized by the highest levels of management at Home Depot as not only doing their job at the highest levels, but caring about their job and truly caring about the customers that come in there and rely on Home Depot to make their living and support their families please learn from these people and hire more like them. Have these people train the next generation of workers coming in because these are the people making the difference and keeping the business successful. These are the people you want these are the people you need and these are the people that truly make a difference at the smallest all the way up to the highest levels.

On 9/16/22 There was an older guy who helped me find a coupler. He noticed I didn't seem too sure about the diameter and had the professionalism to ask what I was using it for (u can usually guess and get close enough). Told him it was for my car where the air intake meets the throttle body. In the picture I half fixed it with some adhesive from a tire repair kit but that wasn't working and I was half way through a 400 mile drive on a Sunday with every autoparts store closed. We brainstormed ideas (including duct tape) and he went and got me some flex seal and then showed me a really useful LLFA silicon compression tape. Super helpful since I would of had to reschedule patients if I didn't make it back that night. I had assumed all the super helpful, hard working, and most importantly knowledgeable people had stopped working at hardware stores a decade or two ago. Going to keep this tape stuff in my cars from now on... few years ago it would have saved me 4 hours on the side of the road in the dark burning my fingers trying to fix a radiator hose with surgical gloves, bandages, and paracord lol. (side note silicon vapors are bad for MAF/O2 sensors long term, who knew)

So I don’t really like this location. I tried returning an item that I bought in some other state a few weeks prior. If you don’t have the receipt or find proof of it. You aren’t allowed to return the item here 👎 I don’t understand that at all. This store also has super high theft issues apparently. EVERYTHING you see is behind a cage and has to get a store associate to unlock the cage for you. Really dumb idea and it’s just going to frustrate people like me that have very little time to wait on an employee! That’s life though 🤷♂️🙄 they have just about everything I need though! I’ll give them that. Oh and go Milwaukee 🤘

They need to train more in depth, I was charged for 223 boards when I only bought 23, had to go back to return to straighten it out. Not to mention the quality of lumber is terrible it took me 25 minutes to find 23 straight 1×3s, then when I got to my destination I cut the nylon straps holding my 2×2s and when they released half warped beyond use.......ahhh

Horrible customer service. Ordered product and told will arrive in 7-10 days. Nearly a month later no calls, no follow up, no product. They REFUSED to refund or exchange for product that wasn’t arriving until AFTER it arrived. Went and purchased what was needed to continue with product elsewhere. Had to call daily & found out after the fact product arrive but no call, no follow up. Was ASSURED I could come in & get gift card vs waiting for refund to process to debit card due to delays and issues. Went into store and spent 30 min for gal to process refund then advise they don’t do exchanges or store credit, can only refund the same way purchased (debit card). So they took $500 for nearly a month for product I never received them refused to refund or even exchange when product didn’t arrive timely, and wouldn’t exchange once product finally arrived. I will NEVER trust this store with my business again. Worst customer service I have encountered in ages. Would give negative stars if option available.

Ordered 3 thousand dollars worth of floors. Paid for it, and day before the order is meant to be delivered, you call to say you dont have them anymore in stock and even though we ordered and paid you gave away our order. What kind of service is this? You have no idea how frustrating this is. Poor service.

Everyone is so helpful. They actually volunteered to help me find what I was looking for. This is one of the best home depot's I've been in. All I can say is thank you to all of the associates!I'm in the garden department this trip. The plants are beautiful and well cared for. I know they are packed full of people on a Sunday, but the staff was helpful and kind to everyone who came through. I love this store!

Cashier didn't know where the tomato cages were and told me to go find someone to help me. I found them but they were so stuck together I couldn't pull them apart. I was going to grab a couple plants but by that time my time allowance was spent and I left empty handed. I don't go to Wenatchee often...But I'll be back. Usually it's abetter experience.

My husband and I just left Home Depot.We are looking at doing a remodel.We were looking at flooring, sinks and counter tops. We are looking at spending $30-50k.We were passed by 10 or so employees and not once did even one approach us to see if we needed help. We also passed 6 to eight employees who were in smaller groups of 2 that were chatting with each other and all acted as if they didn't see us.I guess I just imagined I was there.Will I go back? I highly doubt it.

I went to the home Depot for an of paint and what should have been a 10 minute ordeal became a close to hour long wait session for said paint. I made my order with the man at the counter he said okay give me 5 to 10 minutes those past and I came back no paint I was then asked by the same person what I would like to order. When I told him I had already ordered a gallon of paint he said oh let me check that for you and then proceeded to never fill me in on why my paint wasn't there. I continued to wait and other people who would come after me were able to get their paints before I could even though the color I was asking was not a hard color to find it was off-white. After waiting they figured out that they were indeed making my paint twice but the color on the lid was not the color name that I had ordered. I wish they would have actually looked at the paint that they were pretty nobody else was getting it instead of basing it off of the name they were looking for. I probably won't be using home depot's paint section again, I'd rather just make the drive down to Lowe's.

My husband and I were looking to update our fireplace. We needed to get some countertops ordered for our cabinets and hearth. He was so patient and helpful. I am not the most decisive person. He was very informative without being pushy. After we finally decided on our product he rang us up quickly. We then decided to buy cabinets, he walked is over, helped us get the cabinets down (which included a forklift) it was such a pleasant experience.
