My favorite store in Wenatchee 👽 The employees make this shop shine! The only cannibus store I go to here. The quality is always great and they have a good selection in there products. One stop shop they carry everything you need and have an atm machine in case you forget it's cash only. Laid back and professional. The employees are very knowledgeable and help you pick what's right for you. I'll always be a loyal customer. They know my name and actually quite alot about me and they help me always and go above and beyond to help with my managing my disability. I will never go anywhere else here!

The back porch is my go to pot shop. I've been a loyal customer since they opened. Yeah the prices can be a little high but I'm never disappointed when I go. The staff is awesome, and occasionally I get novelty gifts like stickers and lanyards. They go the extra mile to make the experience great! I would highly recommend this shop to anyone. The atmosphere is very laid back and enjoyable even if your only in there a short while. They are polite, fast and friendly. And their high prices have dropped, at least for what I'm looking for. I don't usually leave reviews but I gotta say these guys have earned the hell out of it!

I walked in expecting to get service since there was only me and this other guy in there but I had to approach the worker first. I start looking around and then turn around to ask the "dude" a question and I catch him picking his nose. Then I got harassed by another customer while I was trying to use the ATM and the workers didn't tell him to leave or back off, even after I told the guy no (three times) and then to get the hell away from me. He kept pestering me to give him money. I left without even buying anything. Everything I wanted to buy was a lower quality than the other stores but for a higher price. It doesn't make any sense.I really won't be surprised if they go out of business. Remove my review and I'll just post it again and again. How can you hire a guy that picks his nose not only in general but in front of customers? It's incredible how terrible my experience at that store was.

Had been a customer of theirs since they opened, and spend quite a bit there. It's the only place I have gone to for a long time, but today they lost me as a customer. I had a cartridge that i bought 2 hours earlier that i needed to return as it did not work on either of the 2 batteries that they sold me. I had all the packaging and the receipt but they would not return or exchange it. They pulled a new battery from under the counter that is different than the ones I own and it worked. My batteries, one is only 1 month old, that I bought from them work on every other cartridge I own, and all the other brands they sell. They simply told me that if the batteries I have don't work I have to get a new one, which is more expensive than the ones I bought. It's a simple screw on cartridge nothing special. I understand being skeptical of returns in this industry, but to turn away a customer who has spent at least 8 thousand in the store since you opened (who has never attempted to return or exchange a product) over a $40 cartridge is asinine.

A year ago I gave this place 1 star. I'm bumping it up to 2 because the bud was good but the service is still rude. I don't understand how there are so many "great customer service" reviews but they've never been helpful when I go in. If you know what you want this place isn't bad. If you're new to the product do not go here, they are not helpful at all.

The staff working at the back porch are all awesome, informative, and polite. All and all a great store. They have a wide range of products at good prices. My personal favorite is a company called Doc Croc. Their blue raspberry vape cartridges and a bud called "effing incredible" are my favorite products from Doc Croc.

The people here are so nice. I enjoy walking into a business and being called by name. Luke, Lucas, and JJ are always helpful and kind. And, they even know my dog. The only shop I go to.

But I always find myself going to this place, awesome prices and a super helpful staff that you can tell at least wanna try and help you if even if they can't. Best place to pick your bud from is all of Wenatchee. They got it all the dank and they got it for cheap! The guys here Zach Lynn and Lucus are very knowledgeable and the nicest guys in the world there great for a good laugh! Love this place!

Awful service took my 64 year old grandpa in there ( could tell he was way over 21) because he wanted to try something different and he had for got his wallet at home and he was feeling dizzy because he started not feeling well just wanted something and the staff guy who was there was nothing but rude and made him feel unwanted and made us leave wouldn't even let him sit down in the chair or lean on anything . Didn't even ask if he was okay got an attitude with us never Taking him never again .
