I came in yesterday to get the Black Friday deals and was disappointed in the way these workers get treated here. I saw this worker being rude and yelling at another co worker and didn't seem approachable. I needed help finding an item and didn't feel comfortable asking for help from him. Next time you guys come shopping here don't ask Peter for help he most likely will be rude and yell at you like how he did to that poor worker let alone a customer.

They treat their employees like trash, especially Peter the general manager. If you cannot manage your anger with your female employees, then you’re an incompetent manager. Don’t support this specific Target.

Nice quiet evening. Had most of what I was looking for. A better selection of Christmas cards and decor would be nice although these are seasonal items and I understand the inventory selection or lack there of. Store was clean, help was friendly.

The associate who rang me out was extremely rude telling me that target isn’t a yard sale when I was trying to ask if she could find an associate to check on an item in the back since there were none on the shelf. It’s experiences like this that make target a place I rarely go.

Hard to beat for a wide availability of must haves under one roof. Apparel for all ages, reasonably priced accents, scarves and bags. Good selection on seasonal items to celebrate holidays. Target's home decor area is a fav.

The electronic department is a joke. They can't answer a single question. I asked if an item that was to be released will be available when the store open on the day or if I would have to wait for them to put it out. Guy was clueless and didn't want to give me a straight answer. Some customer service you guys have.

Self check today, was met with the nastiest employee, Rita? She was so rude, zero smile, acted like I was the biggest pain in her a$#. She needs to be away from the public. PERIOD, however, it is the cleanest Target ever and guy in electronics yesterday was very helpful.

For Wenatchee and the surrounding area, this Target feels small. Needs a bigger grocery section, in my opinion. The store is clean, and I like the online pick-up features.What happened to the Quilted Northern??!!!

I did some back to school shopping and I found everything we were looking for. There was an associate at the kids section who was helpful by noticing we were looking for backpacks. She told us where they had the back to school section and showed enthusiasm for my child starting school. It was nice of her and made our shopping easier, especially since we are from out of town.

Terrible place to work, if you are human and don't have perfect health. Management makes everyone feel terrible about being sick after pretending to care through all of covid, then expects sympathy for their own illnesses. Fired for having to wait for doctors to fill out workability paperwork. Only worked there for 8.5 yrs, but the only loyalty they care about is red cards.

Customer service is great. The cleanliness of the store has really improved since the remodel. I love the new nursing rooms as well. I am also impressed by the use of a more diverse variety of models in the clothing advertisements. Today we were helped by Aiden in the electronics department and he really took the time to answer all of my questions and was very helpful.

This is a fairly standard Target. Their food section is a little small, which is understandable as it is close to a grocery store. The people are generally courteous and helpful. What makes this store awesome for us and maybe worrisome for them is that it's almost never busy. I love going here for non-grocery items mostly because I know I can get in and out relatively quickly.

This 5* review goes directly towards the entry greeter, Sharon, who helped us tremendously the other day. I am a caregiver for a wheelchair bound man, and am currently 8.5 months pregnant. When we entered target we noticed that all the electric chairs were being occupied, but Sharon was quick to get us situated in one of their other disability carts. When she saw us checking out she followed us to my car with his wheelchair so I didn't have to go back and forth swapping cart for chair. She went above and beyond any customer service I have ever experienced; not only did she unload our cart into the car, but she also assisted me in transferring my client when he started to lose his footing. This woman is truly a gem and her gentle kindness is what the world is missing these days. Sharon, you ROCK.

Cashiers in electronics were not very helpful after waiting 45 minutes for them to come help us, even after reminding then multiple times. Our cashier up front though, was amazing and did everything to save us money in the end.

Employees are really nice, love that they put a self check out there as well. Can't stand the prices but do like the $1 and up section. I was super stoked they had a deadpool wallet/purse on clearance for $5.08. Oh and I do like going during sales too lol.

Awesome sense the remodel i go there about once a week, maybe twice of i can drag my husband along, they usually have everything pretty stocked up and there are associates there to help.Love the self check out as well!

My online order pick up was fast I had to wait maybe 2 minutes for it at the pick up counter. staff where friendly and helpful. The restrooms here where we'll maintained and clean as well during my visit.

Went to pay at the self checkout for bike tubes labeled 5.99 and they rang up as ten. I went to pay and it wouldn't take my change and an employee with greasy long hair and a mustache very condescendingly canceled the item.Got the same item at shopko just down the street for 3.99. And I avoided the chance of having my identity stolen. :)

Target employees were really rude and eager to leave, so much that they started kicking people out with an attitude. On top of that they closed all registers before we even got a chance to pay for our items and lost our business.
