Friendly and knowledgeable. While I was waiting for my vacuum, a lady worker was pushy with trying to upsale me on a new vacuum. I politely said, no thanks and that I was not interested in a new vacuum. She continued and was pushy. I had to walk away.Other than the pushyness of upselling, I like going here.

My 8-year-old son took a "beginning kids sewing class" over spring break and he LOVED it. He is a beginner, but Candace was so gentle and loving and patient with him. During this class, they made a pillowcase and a drawstring backpack. My son had so much fun learning and left feeling very uplifted and encouraged. I highly recommend going in and checking it out and or checking the website. They have a few summer classes coming up. 🙂 Thanks, Candace and Sew Creative for helping Cash explore a new way of creativity!

I drive an hour and a half to come here! Hands down the best shop and experience!! So they know I call my old Bernina Artista 730 “Squeakers” and have only met “squeakers” during a class I took here. So after three other shops in two states could not remove squeakers rattle and squeaks, Sew-Creatives techs were the ones who fixed it!! They did it!! It’s been 5 years with a rattle and a squeak. Hence the name given to her. Then I found the sweetest little practice stitch on my machine!! It totally made my day! I’m framing this one ☺️.

My wife and I stopped in just to *look* at Miele vacuums— she had been researching them online and just wanted to see them in person. Dave was quick to greet us, see what he could do for us, and then talk to us all about the differences between Miele and Sebo vacuums. He was so thorough, helpful, and knowledgeable that we thought for sure he must work on commission— turns out he doesn’t! He’s just that knowledgeable and passionate about vacuums! We went home to think it over and came back the next day to buy a Sebo Felix (which we are extremely happy with). Dave was a joy to interact with and even offered to assemble the vacuum right then and there and carry it out to the car for us. Overall, the folks here are fantastic, they know their products, and this will forever be the only place we go to for our vacuum-related needs.

I really had no issue before I’ve bought things from them in the past, so i when I occasionally use their parking lot maybe once a month I didn’t think it would be an issue. Well today it seemed to be and honestly that’s understandable everyone was using it. But I showed no disrespect at all and the gentleman that was standing next to my car (which freaked me out) came at me with nothing but disrespect. I don’t care that you wanted me to move I would’ve kindly done it faster if you guys showed respect.

They have a surprisingly large collection of lovely quilting fabric and supplies. The staff is so nice and helpful. I got lots of advice and they were happy to share additional information about their services. Prices are totally reasonable. I will definitely be returning!

Amazing customer service. Karen and Kathy have become family. We enjoy coming into to talk with them about learn about the new machines. They have no problem calmly and clearly explaining each machine and its functions. Very professional. We purchased 2 victory baby lock machines from them in one week. Can not wait to purchase from them again.

I recently purchased a Riccar vacuum from these guys, and they were absolutely great to work with. Spent lots of time walking my overly-inquisitive self through pretty much their entire selection of vacuums to find just the one I wanted, then made me a very good deal (as in, good by internet standards as well, not just the "salesman" great deal) on the one that we decided was optimal for me. Their staff was exceedingly familiar with their product line, and was able to accurately answer every question I posed. Specific questions I have to admit I asked with previous knowledge of the correct answer, just to see if they were blowing smoke... and they weren't. I've got no hesitation at all to recommend Dave and the crew at Sew Creative if you need a vac, they'll hook you up!

I came in looking at vacuums made in the USA and the staff there actually kept the store open for me (thought they were open till 8, but they actually close at 6). They went through all the models, let me try out a few different ones and helped me find the right heppa bags I needed. I had a limited budget and they helped work with it and I ended up buying one that day, even though I just went in to look! I see why Sew Creative has been in business for over 40 years! I will recommend this business to everyone I meet

I brought my Bissell steam cleaner in as this place was recommended by the Bissell representative I spoke with about my machine. The representative said my machine still has warranty for 2 years and it should not be a problem to get it running properly again. Dropped it off over 2 weeks ago to find out that they will not fix my machine under warranty due to a small piece of plastic (that does not effect the performance at all) broke. They offered to fix it but I would have to pay cash for the repair (over $100). I called Bissell and they said that is uncalled for and sent me the parts at no charge. I asked Dave to look at the upholstery tool as it has never worked properly and he was unwilling to do so, said I should have brought the machine in right away. Dave the repair guy basically said I would be better off renting their commercial carpet cleaning machines when I want to shampoo my area rugs and couches... not thanks. I will never do business with them again. DON'T BRING ANYTHING THERE IN HOPES THAT IT WILL BE REPAIRED UNDER WARRANTY.

The employees fixed my sewing machine and serviced my vaccume cleaner . both are working just like new even now. They helped me pick out my newest hard wood floor vaccume yesterday. Perfect fit for my needs
