Edit: after working with customer service, my issue was resolved. Replacement was received. Thank you.My order with them was marked as "delivered" but I never received it. When I contacted customer service about they were completely unwilling to help. Worst customer service experience I've had in a long time. Would never order from the again and would absolutely not recommend them to anyone else.
