I will no longer be taking my pets here for grooming. I took my dogs in for a routine nail trimming and when I got them back from the groomer all of their nails hadn't even been cut. I was charged around $25 per dog and ended up having to trim their nails myself when I got home. I've also been shopping in Petco and have overheard groomers through the glass struggling with/yelling at pets they're trying to groom. Petco Grooming is not a great place to take your pets to be groomed.

Tried to make an appointment. They said they were busy. Further, that I should leave a message, and they would get back with me in a "few" hours. Totally unacceptable response to a customer.

Asked for a teddy bear cut for my golden doodle. There was not a mat on my dog. The groomer said she new what that was. She only got the tail right. The rest was cut very short. She made an attempt on the head. If you say you know what a cut looks like I expect my dog to look like that. It will take 6 months for her hair to grow back.

Because I have a Siberian Husky who is very hairy. When I walk in the stylist LOVES her and I get a comfort feeling from that. She takes her time with her and listens to what I want. She comes out perfect every time. We love Alyson ❤️

Kelly is the best groomer! My dogs are excited to see her for their appointments. She is congenial with the parents of her customers and is very knowledgeable in letting us know what to do with our animals.

We've used Petco's grooming services for 15 years. All the groomers are helpful and patient with the dogs. Kelly has been our groomer for many years. She's especially knowledgeable about dog ailments and the needs of senior dogs. (She's also particularly patient and helpful with my mentally handicapped family, and my deaf brother.) Kelly is the best!

Petco groomers(all of them) have been so good to our sweet dog. We have been taking her to Petco for grooming for about ten years now. We took her to another groomer twice and never took her back...she really didn't want to go there. She loves Petco!

Kelly is amazing with our dogs. She is caring and gentle. We have a timid dog and a feisty chihuahua and she doesn't bat an eye. She holds the other groomers to a high standard.

I was hesitant to go back because the previous cut was horrible! But I decided to give it another try... I should have known!!!! I got to my scheduled appointment and they took a walk in before me and made me wait outside. Then, the groomer came outside and asked me if I've ever brought "that dog" in there before, which I said yes and she sighed loudly and proceeded to check us in. She then asked if my pup had her rabies shot which I said yes, she gets them at Eastmont. When she called to confirm, turns out her shot was expired. Which I was unaware of, so I said I'm sorry, I'll take her to get her shots and make an appointment here for another time and she just rolled her eyes, like duuhh. She was so rude, demeaning and unprofessional that my 9 year old asked me why that lady was so mean to us! I will not go back and I will never recommend this location in East Wenatchee!! I am very disappointed not only in the quality of grooming service but their poor customer service.

Kellie takes extra good care of our dog, Dexter. She takes a personal interest in his health and well being as she does in his grooming. We recommend Petco to our friends.

Bella's haircut was great. My regular local groomer is sick and if she comes back I will have to go back to her but if she decides to retire I would be happy to go back to Petco.

The groomer was very quick with grinding the nails on our 2 dogs. She let us come for a last minute appt. Our dogs were happy with the groomer
