Horrible! Took time off work, drive over an hour and because the "computer system" was acting up they said they had to reschedule! They had 2 groomers that wanted to go home early. Now I have to take time off work again for a dog bath. Ridiculous. Go to PetSmart only! Petco is and has been awful. That's what I get for trying to give them a chance again. The worst business ! I will never be back for grooming or any purchase of any kind

Good selection of supplies and a fair number of pets ( mostly saw fish and reptiles, though I know they also host cats). Prices were about what I expected and staff were helpful while not being either underfoot or non - existant.

I got my husband a bearded dragon for his birthday from the Petco in Wenatchee about a month ago, she seemed fine and good, but I just came home to my husband saying that she had died, petco doesn’t take care of their exotic animals the way they should. And on top of all of that they had crickets and meal worms and horn worms for their lizards and their snakes were dead every container that had the live food for the reptiles were dead. Do not get your reptiles from petco go through a breeder instead at least with that you know that they are being raised and taken better care of. Petco is neglectful of their animals that they have and should no longer be in business it’s sick that the animals there are not being properly taken care of and the fact that all the live food is all dead! Unacceptable! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

Normal Pet Store. I go in every now and then to show Annalie her home and the friends she used to live by. She only sees people, so this is her only interaction with other Reptiles of her own kind.

Great experience at this store!!! I needed help finding a good healthy dog food for my pups and the store manager helped me find one that was amazing! My dogs love it!! She went out of her way to be super friendly and suggested other products that are now working great for us also. When I went to petsmart first I didn't have as positive of an experience with friendliness so I'll only be going to this petco for my animal needs from now on! Love the new crew and managers. Super helpful and nice staff here. 10/10 recommend products!

I'm not a fan. I went to a new groomer yesterday. Honey bear was happy to be there and had no issues. At petco, she snipped and was stressed out. She is a 10 year old rescue, and I don't know her history, but she looks like a different dog in the comparison.The new groomer on the left , her fur is smooth and dark, absolutely beautiful. Petco is on the right. I was so upset when I picked her up I nearly cried, had brushed her daily, and washed frequently. No different than what I did this time. The petco shave down was right before zero degree weather. I won't ever go back to petco for grooming. The first couple of times were ok, but the last one in November , nope. I know you tried, you got me in quickly, and I'm new to honey bear. But come on. Look at the difference. Seriously.

The employees are nice and helpful in East WenatcheeYet... Petco reallyneeds to care about not using birds for profitThe birds needsocialization and love more than just water/food and ignored in cages 20+ hrs everydayIt is backwards to take tropical birds and use them to make money. They belong where they are flying free in thier natural habitat. Humans need to not see birds as something they can use for thier own entertainment Putting them in cages for life is beyond cruel. The birds look unhealthy in Petco even though it is a miracle they are alive with being forced out of what they need in nature to thrive. I saw a bird all ALONE today in a cage, not moving much just simply gnawing on the side of its cage-sad and agitated. They need to be with eachother at least. Overlooked and ignored until someone pays to box them up and put them in a cage in thier home. They deserve BETTER

This Petco was very disappointing and disgusting as far as how they kept their animals… the ferret cage smelled as if it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks poop covered the entire cage with easily 6 ferrets in one cage, the bird cages were also disgusting looked as if they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks birds were also covered in poop. The store was super cluttered, very little room to get around… shelves and pallets were just kinda placed where ever, over loaded with productsJust a very trashy and cluttered Petco would not recommend and it could really use the attention of manager above the store manager clearly.

The store itself was perfectly fine and in good condition. However, there was two conures and I was interested in meeting one and the worker said she didn’t want to take them out because one was bitey (they’re babies, that’s to be expected and I told her I’m okay with being nipped as I have 4 medium birds of my own) and the other was shy. How do you expect to find these birds good homes when you won’t let people handle them? You could tell they wanted out and to be interacted with as they were at the window following us and rolling around. I work at a petco and have for 3 years and tame our conures that come in, even with that she still wouldn’t let me handle them. Very frustrating when you’re wanting to see how an animal is with you.

TOOK MY DOG TO GET HIS HAIR CUT, the women called 10 minutes after he’d been there saying she wasn’t able to cut his hair.Really bad service no one had problems cutting his soft coat ever before.Not too long just a little curly Golden Doodle.Not a mean dog either.

My husband, daughter, and myself came into the store yesterday. We had a great experience there. The employee helped us pick out the right aquatic animals to add to our fish tank. We got a cute little frog and a new fish. We will definitely be returning next time we are in town.

Went to get my puppy a winter coat and we had such a great time looking around at all of the goodies it seems we got lost in there . As we were leaving we were told of some things on sale that we apparently missed , so I went back and found a cute shirt for my pup ! The girl was great ! I joked that my friend was going to hate her because we was leaving and - now I'm staying longer . Lol .

We shop for our cats, including refillable litter, pet food, toys, dishes, collars/harnesses/leashes, beds, towers...even costumes if you desire.Plenty of options for other pets, including scaled, finned, feathered, and shelled varieties. Cat adoption is available now and then, and there is a dog-grooming parlor as well.There's almost never more than one cashier, and they're often also walking the floor, but we never really need to wait to check out our be helped, so they seem to have it covered well enough.

Today I went in and there were no carts for 2 of my children I went to ask and they acted like they didn’t exist in the store. I wanted a fish tank set got no help asked for help and no one came stood around and watched everyone there walk in and out of the back where the registers were asked for help again a different person and they said we’ll get someone there didn’t happen! Worse customer service at the store ever

I’ve been a loyal petco member for over 4yrs. I use their order online and pick up in store service to save a extra 10% as I spend over $100 there per month on my 3 pets. The last month it has increasingly been difficult to pick up my order. I understand the holiday and short staffing issue. However, the woman today was unnecessarily rube! I stood there patiently and quietly for over 15 mins while they recounted the order. Their note even said it was missing 8 items. It was not more convenient, she was completely unapologetic that my order was missing items and took so long and told me not to come back. Her attitude was completely unacceptable, unnecessary and unprofessional.

My opinion is based on how my dog acts when I drop him off & when I pick him up. I think he actually enjoys being fussed over!! He is very attached to me but has no problem being left with the ladies. And they do a GREAT job cleaning my boy up which is never easy!!!!!!!

Male staff member ringing us up smelled heavy of cigarette smoke mixed with body odor. Very friendly, though. Which is why I give any stars at all. Finn was somewhat knowledgeable but extremely friendly and soft spoken. Management yelled at staff because we had been standing there for 5 minutes. I felt that was the wrong way to go about the situation and a friendly tone would have been mentally better for Finn. To embarrass staff in front of customers is just going to lower your staffs confidence and ability to provide the best service possible. Treat the staff better. 👌
