The employee named Victor, who is in charge of the fryer/frying chicken, was very professional and courteous.We placed an order for 32 pieces the day prior, and Victor was already on it when we arrived early.He informed us that there'd would be a slight delay in our chicken, which we didn't mind at all, since we were early.When the chicken was done, Victor brought it to us and apologized for the slight delay. Very professional interactions with Victor.The chicken was cooked thoroughly and was spot on. Super delicious.Thank you Victor.

Drive carefully. The parking lot has potholes that are getting dangerous and in hard to avoid locations, I couldnt miss one without hitting another car tonight and popped my tire. I tried to speak with a manager to make sure they are aware there is now two in one area and got hung up on twice.

The butcher was not at all accomplished with his work and gave me not what I asked for. Also, based on being placed in my freezer I'm not a receipt hoarder so they will not accommodate my life it took to earn and make a wage.

Shopping trip from hell! E Wenatchee. So every time we go we're over charged for something or other. The manager many many years ago said they'd honour the digital coupons because my 79 yr old mom does not have a phone. All coupons should be the same whether it's digital or not. So we're going through the line. We separate out the digital items and let the clerk know. She's badgering me that I need to download the app. I told her my mom does not have a phone. Do she snips at me I need to download the app. Um I don't carry a phone either. I reminded her the manager said they would honour the coupons and she replied yes we're happy to honour them but we encourage you to download the app. I said if you're 'happy' to honour them than don't badger me about the damn app. Than we had a mismarked steak a manager snipped at us like we had purposely tried to get it for an ad price, nos'am we didn't read the label assuming it was correct because it was in the sale bin. Excuse us for thinking it was on sale. Customer service has a lot to be desired there lately.

I love coming to this place the deals are great & the staff are always inviting! Sadly, yesterday we had a the worst encounter with one of the employees which left us in disbelief! An employee named Kortney in the apparel section literally ignored us and left us waiting at the counter for about 10 minutes, we gave her time to see if she was busy but she made eye contact with us several times and just kept touching clothes & avoiding the counter even after I yelled out are you working this area? It wasn’t until I yelled even louder excuse me can you ring us up that she walked up to the register and rolled her eyes didn’t even tell us the total i had to ask if she was ready for me to swipe my card , didn’t greet us, she didn’t say a word just had an attitude the entire time. Sad that she’s at the entrance of the store definitely didn’t make us feel welcome.

I am even lying by giving them a one star. Their pharmacy department sucks and their employees talk to customers like they hate their job. I called to check on my son‘s prescription that he needs to do daily tasks and function they told me it would be ready in two hours so I drove an hour to go pick it up then when I got there I still waited in line for 15 minutes just for them to tell me that it wouldn’t be ready until tomorrow afternoon when I told them I spoke to someone on the phone they told me there’s nothing they can do and gave me so much attitude even though I talk to someone on the phone and they guaranteed me it would be ready in two hours. And I couldn’t even get a sorry from the employee. Miserable people shouldn’t be working in customer services!

Hard to beat one stop shopping! Nice food, meat and produce. Lots of selection too. Home items, sports stuff, toys, hardware, pet stuff, pharmacy, nice clothing (mostly =) and shoes, garden dept/seasonal etc. Prices are good, especially sales and on senior day! Oh, and this FM has a FM jewelry store as well as a Starbucks. Nice employees with ample parking. About half the time I order groceries on line and schedule a pick up. That makes it really easy peasy when you don't have time or energy to browse.

Was the standard visit. Got what I needed. Found out that their pharmacy is currently the only one in the wenatchee Valley that doesn't accept Premera insurance. So there's that.

I recently was comparing prices between Fred, Meyer, and Safeway and East Wenatchee. And found that Safeway prices on several items was double of what Fred Meyer was offering! I will never shop Safeway ever again especially when grocery prices have gotten ridiculously expensive. Obviously Safeway does not care about how badly their job and their customers!

Went in today and bought the ten of the 10 for 10 ice drinks and four boxes of gum that were on special. I thought i did but tried my phone number and I didn't have a discount card with them. Instead of asking if I wanted one Macario went ahead and charged me full price. I didn't notice until I got out to the car. This lack of customer service cost me an additional $6.46 for those items.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Got stalked all through the store by multiple workers that profiled me and my SO as shoplifters. I've never stolen anything in my life and used to work at the Issaquah Fred Meyer. Unless they're Loss Prevention, they aren't allowed to do this. Their attempts to scare us away from our cart was driven by greed. Whomever recovers a cart from a shoplifter gets 10% of the monetary value of what's in the cart. So congrats, you upset an actual paying customer and made yourselves look stupid. I'm going to contact the union if this happens again.

I have never in my 60+ years given a poor review but trying to resolve a delivery order the wasn't delivered today was unbelievable! I spent 3 hours on the phone with people that couldn't figure it out and I believe her name was Sherry a manager at Fred Meyer was zero help ! Said not her problem!I've never come across anybody as rude and unwilling to help ! This was on the delivery boost program through Fred Meyer
