The entire staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and do not aggressively upsell. I received a gift voucher upon adopting my cat. I was able to get things that I wouldn't have, to find out what he liked. Dry food was a hit and the wet food was a hit. They also had everything I needed to train my cat to go on walks with me. Customer for life.

I LOOOVE this store! They have everything you need and more— you have to stop in even if you’re just driving through like I was! The owners are the nicest people and so are their staff. The self wash was easy to use, and my dog looooves the toy I bought him! I’ll come back every time I’m in Wenatchee 😍

I go to firehouse to get my dog treats. This is the first time I took my dog (Kessler) with me. Usually he doesn't like going into stores, but he loved it. He was greeted by everyone. I think I will have no problem getting him to go next time.

What a great place! We spent the weekend in Wenatchee and our pup got really dirty. Firehouse has a self-service dog wash and it was perfect! The staff here are so friendly and if we are ever in Wenatchee again, we will be sure to visit. Definitely the place the checkout for your pet needs! (Please feel free to use the photos!)

Extremely helpful and friendly! I called in to discuss appropriate cat food for my senior cat with diabetes and they went above and beyond to provide good information and recommendations. When I visited the store they discussed my cat’s needs even further with me and continued to provide excellent service. I could tell they genuinely care and I am so grateful.

I can't say enough good about this wonderful pet store! I have a new kitty from the Humane Society, and this store totally set me up with the best coupons and products. The employees are great and knowledgeable! I see no need to shop online or elsewhere as Firehouse has it all and good prices and discounts.

Looking at their selection and was seriously impressed! I talked with a worker for awhile about resources relating to pets and they gave me so many, and were so friendly.I also learned about their awesome program for people who adopt dogs/cats get an extensive free care package. Love that they’re supporting the community and encouraging people to use pounds. I’ll definitely be back.

Came in here to just get a couple cat toys for our new kitty we adopted. The staff here let us know we would get a welcome home package for the kitty for free. Every single person who helped us in here was very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to give you the correct information. Everyone here really does want to help you and your animals. First time here and would have to say some of the best customer service I have experienced in a good minute. This is a our new stop for our cat needs, there is a reason this place is liked by so many.

Stopped in the store yesterday and the store owner helped me with finding an extra wide doggy gate and collar for my new puppy. She was very helpful and not pushy. In fact she recommended I shop at other big box stores for the gate because it might be cheaper, who does that!!! I felt guilty I didn’t buy anything and she was very polite. Well I did shop around and Firehouse had the only gate wide enough to fit, so I returned and happily made the purchase which was very competitive pricing to the big stores. I am very pleased with my shopping experience at Firehouse Pet Store. Great selection and outstanding customer service! Thank you, I’ll be back and will tell everyone how cool they are at the store….

Staff is great and it’s fun to shop for my animals here. The only complaint I have is that the owner pushes grain-free dog food, which I have been repeatedly warned by veterinary professionals will quickly often result in severe cardiac disease — the professionals who warned me about grain-free dog food were chief of ICU at WSU Vet Hospital and a neurologist at Blue Pearl in Tacoma — medical professionals I trust. So while I DO recommend Firehouse as a pet supply place because it’s awesome, I would urge you to listen to your veterinarians when it comes to what you feed your dogs.

Absolutely love this place. They have the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. The entire staff is very knowledgeable about the products. I appreciate the selection of healthy food made with quality ingredients they have for my cat. And since I adopted my cat from our local shelter they hooked me up with a ton of free stuff. I’m extremely impressed., I won’t shop anywhere else! :)

I had been looking for a specific toy for my cat. And I finally found it here on line..I bought it! Then I got a call. They were out and it got discontinued 😢 But the had a display model BuT the Wand was broke which is part of why toy was discontinued . I ask can I bye it anyway??? ( I really wanted that toy and knew I could rig something) the said yes and discounted it 😁 my saviors!! He's happy I'm happy. Thank thank thank.

Took my tiny new puppy here to find a small enough collar for her and the girls here where. Extremely helpful and pleasant. My dogs love the baked treats and the selection in this little store is better than the big stores. So many choices of food, toys and pet supplies it is the perfect place to get all your pet needs and wants.

Super huge place with a super huge selection of dog and cat stuff. Collers, leashes, treats, food, toys, pet beds, cat trees, pet shampoo, you name it, they have it. They even have a doggy bakery with human grade dog treats, and kits to make your own doggy birthday cake! Downstairs is the dog self-wash baths, which are very easy to use. They have an assortment of shampoos, conditioners, and cologne for your dog, as well as towels and aprons for you to wear while washing them. They even have a riser you can put in the bath if you have a small dog, so you don't have to kill your back to bend over and wash them. They girls there are really nice and helpful, and know their stuff. Definitely worth a visit if you are a total pet parent!

We (my dog and I) love it here! Every staff member I’ve met is beyond helpful and friendly—you can’t NOT feel welcome when you walk in. They have a great selection of toys, food, treats, etc. for both dogs and cats. The staff helped me find a food that works well for our German shepherd who was allergic to the other foods we had tried. The icing on the cake is that it’s a local business, which I’m always happy to support!I will add, after seeing a negative review over their mask policies, that I’m grateful to Firehouse Pet Shop for providing a safe place to shop for our pets during this time by following state guidelines. They make it super easy by having signs posted at the entry as well as masks and hand sanitizer available for everyone. They also offer delivery AND curbside pickup as additional options. Thank you, Firehouse, for keeping your patrons and employees safe!

I am from Southern California and stopped in with my sister in law while shopping downtown with her. I Instantly fell in love! This place is amazing. I even bought a few things to bring home to my pup. (She loves the doggy edible bubbles!!) I wish I had a place like this here at home, I live my local store, but the selection here was unbeatable. Staff was also tip top. So sweet.
