I love this store! My dog has been coming here to get groomed by Elaina since he was 10 weeks old and she does such a great job with him. I also spoke with one of the nutrionalists about my dog throwing up in the mornings almost every day, and she showed me a probiotic that cured the issue within days. I highly recommend their products and their staff!

The “you wash dog “ area is set up perfectly. It’s easy to wash both my large dogs, dry them off and get everything done in one fell swoop. I really appreciate having this area especially in the winter time when they get muddy and stink. It saves my house from being cleaned after I clean the dogs.

Big Shout out to Jazmine!! Within a couple hours of rescuing a kitty she had a bundle of food and treats for her. She was also willing to come pick her up if needed to because I was stuck at work. She truly is a life saver!

I booked an appointment 8+ weeks out, only to have my dog groomed by someone else… super unhappy with the service and the groomer that said she would be taking care of my dog….searching for a new place for my dog…..just be honest, if you didn’t want to do my dogs hair…. Please, she looks terrible!!!

So happy this place is finally open! Such a friendly pet store with a range of natural and healthy products. I took my big boy here and he was so comfortable he laid down and started eating a treat right away! I appreciate how the entire staff is genuinely helpful and HONEST about the products. Cant wait for the grooming and self wash to be open!

The young lady who cut Lady Bug's nails was very nice, but she was not the regular person. I got there at 7:40 am the time I was told to be there and there was no one there. I rang the buzzer twice no answer. Then a man drove up with a little dog and the young woman opened the door for him so I followed him and she asked if I was there to get my cats claws trimmed I said yes she asked me to wait a few minutes until she finished with the little fog, which was fine. She checked the scheduled and I was not anywhere on it. I remember calling bc of the time and she said they do it at that time before the dogs came in. Anyway she went ahead and cut My kitties nails so she should get some kudos. It was Wednesday morning.Thank youKaren Singleton &LadyBug

I take my large Belgian Malinois, Ranger, to get his nails clipped by Kayla. She always does a stellar job. My dog is reactive around other dogs and they are always so understanding, caring, and put the other dogs out of site when mine comes in. Ranger is never anxious with Kayla…she’s so speedy and good with him!

Took my cat to get her nails trimmed this morning. Sometimes my cat cangets nervous around new people so I was kinda scared. However, the groomer was so fast and she made it so quick and easy. I will definitely be taking her to EarthWise again. Definitely recommend!

I was recommended by my Vet to take my pup here to have him groomed. The staff was welcoming and friendly! The groomer talked me through their process on how they work with anxious dogs to make them feel safe and calm. When I picked up my pup, he look great! He was happy and very comfortable being around the staff! I could tell he had a great experience and that’s all I could have asked for! I will definitely be coming back!

This has rapidly become one of my family's favourite go-to spots for pet supplies in town. The crew is consistently friendly and helpful, and the store is reliably stocked with the high-grade pet food I'm looking for. The prices are more on the premium side, as you'd expect for a higher-quality shop, but they only carry "the good stuff", you won't find any questionable foods that are gonna be recalled tomorrow for weird ingredients here! First-class place that I'd highly recommend.

Excellent service. No mask requirement like other places in town. Treated me like a human with a brain that can make my own health choices. Clean and orderly. Mixing the soaps in with the water makes cleaning our dog super simple. Dryer had tons of pressure and power.

This was our first time at Earthwise Pet Supply, but it won’t be our last!! The self wash is absolutely amazing! Shampoos and conditioners come right out with the water, so washing, conditioning and rinsing is so easy, no bottles to k o’clock over or getting too much. Easy access to the self wash, and half doors that close to keep your pet from getting out! Best of all the two girls working were FRIENDLY, knowledgeable and willing to help! They have a true LOVE for animals!! Hero and Hope will be back 🐾🐾🐾🐾

I have taken my dog here for 3 grooms and all 3 services were fantastic. The staff was nice and my dog looked amazing. However today my dog had a appointment and things went differently. The receptionist was very nice. The problem occurred with the groomer who took in my dog. I politely told her what areas to focus on for the haircut etc and I asked for a rough estimate of the time it would take to complete. She gave me vague replies and rude expressions. On previous appointments the groomer and the owner who have worked on my dog had a gentle approach toward my dog and said very nice comments about my dog. I know my dog is very strong and scared easily ,but this was never mentioned as a problem to me in past grooms.When my son picked up my dog ,the groomer with short dark hair told him that they would no longer be able to cut my dogs hair because of her behavior today and in the past. I don’t understand why this was not mentioned to me in past visits if it was a problem. Overall my dog was left with a incomplete haircut.

We love Earthwise! We have been going there ever since they opened, and it’s always such a good experience. Our dog loves it too, and Cassi does a perfect job grooming her every time. The staff is very knowledgeable as well. Mackenzie has helped us find the perfect food for our dog that has a couple issues. Since switching her over to her new food from Earthwise, her issues have improved greatly!

The staff was great. Greeted my dog Slider and I and made us feel wanted and welcomed. Helped us get set up in the self washing area and got us right in for doing Sliders nails. This will be our new spot for baths, grooming and supplies. Would recommend stopping in and checking them out.

Very clean and spacious! It’s nice to have room to browse. They’re very knowledgeable about their products. My dogs itch a lot so I’m trying a new line of recommenced dog food plus adding a small amount of goat’s milk. My dogs are also there for grooming and they’ll be all fancy when I pick them up. EarthWise is a great addition for Wenatchee!

Had my first visit to get my dogs toenails clipped. They were fabulous with him and he did excellent job sitting still for them to get the job done, which he hadn’t before at his last place. The staff was friendly and made me feel like I was a regular customer! I will be coming back for more services!!!

This was our first visit for grooming. I'm very pleased with how Sammi's haircut turned out. Ally listened to how I wanted her clipped and she did a great job! When I came to pick her up, she was sitting on Ally's lap, very contentedly waiting for me. Also, the whole staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Earthwise if you are looking for an excellent grooming experience! 😊
