Not overly impressed with the crew that came out to put in our chain link fence. Had several issues with the quality in some places and the company finally sent someone out to walk the fence and make a few adjustments to a section that was in need of fixing. When I took a look after they were out, I noticed they fixed some of the fence but apparently find this section (see pictures below) acceptable. Overall a very disappointing experience and high price for just a mediocre fence and mediocre experience.

Great experience with this company. Purchased materials for a chain link fence which I installed. Very quick to get materials. They built the gate great job. Less expensive than lowes and heavier gage line posts and top rail.Very satisfied customer

I ordered a few vinyl fence from eagle fencing the job . The quality of the materials is excellent compared to big box stores. The prices are also reasonable, but customer service from Alex and marvel are A1 . Marvel always greets you at the warehouse with his big smile and his great attitude! Alex the boss should promote this guys or give the man who represent your company a raise lol . This is honest review so if you are reading this give this company a try and you won’t regret it !

From the initial quote to completion of the project, the people of Eagle Fence Store were courteous and professional, and the job was completed on time and at the quoted price. The three installers were clearly very experienced and worked efficiently to install my fence and gates, which are sturdy, straight, true, and level. In 2022 we retained Eagle Fence to install both vinyl and steel fencing at our home in Chelan, WA. One of our vinyl posts shifted slightly, causing us some difficultly with an adjacent gate. I approached one of their crews, working in our neighborhood, and asked them if they could take a look at it before leaving the neighborhood. I had to leave a short time later and when I returned home I found they corrected the post and readjusted the gate. Great staff!!Service: Vinyl fence installation

Took three weeks to provide quote. Ended up with no-quote. Only willing to replace damaged fence with inferior products. Not worth the hassle. Kacey was always out of the office, yet answered the phone all the time. Look elsewhereEdit: I provided a link to the Home depot source for the matching brackets.The rails and pickets can be readily picked up at Lowes.These are not hard parts to come by. They can be sourced locally.I found other reputable fencing companies more than willing to match the fence. Rather than piecemeal inferior parts.

Every single step of the process to have our perfect fence installed was easy! Eagle's price was comparable to two other local companies, but their customer service is what made us choose to use them.The customer service and quality of work provided by the team at Eagle was unparalleled. During the quoting process, Alex answered all of my questions, took detailed notes, and was pleasant. Stanley came out when we started the install process and marked out the locations - he was so nice! The two gentleman that installed the fence were happy and efficient. Their work was exemplary! Eagle Fencing did an awesome job! Alex was responsive, an excellent communicator, and made sure things were done right, down to the smallest details. He was helpful in helping us decide on a design and his crew was fast and efficient. We considered putting in a wood fence but now, with the finished product, we wouldn’t have done it any other way. Our home was destroyed last summer (2020) by a freak camper fire. The fire also destroyed and or melted several of the vinyl panels of our fences on both sides of the house and the RV Gate. Amy was awesome in getting the right fencing, right resources and timely execution to repair and replace the fence when the rebuild of our home was at a stage to do so.
