Good store but one of your cashier's is very rude. I've been stuck behind customers checking out twice because she is arguing with customers over returns or discounts.... Very bad customer service.

Central WA, this is your store!Quite smaller compared to others, but they have most variety and stock items you need.Not as busy as other location, more time to roam around to pick and choose.Friendly staff too!

My daughter recently joined 4-H and needed a hat for showmanship. I don't know a thing about 4-H, but Tia in the clothing department was so incredibly patient and helpful. She not only helped me find the right fit for my daughter's hat, but she also volunteered a lot of wonderful tips to help my daughter with doing showmanship. I was so grateful for her time, kindness, and input.

I ordered online they said everything was in store, went to pick up order and not ready. 2 days later I called and talked to management they said 2 items were not in store I asked if he could substitute the dog food he had in store and he said yes. That was the best part of my experience with coastal. I then went to get order and no answer for curbside service, I went in with my oxygen on, they loaded it on cart and said thanks. Nobody offered to load. Poor customer service, was really disappointed. Thank God for the older gentleman that was going to come in the store. He was so upset they were not helping me he just left. He told me that his wife was also on oxygen and could not believe no was loading my order. I have had very good experiences here but I don't know if I will be back.

Wrote a review the other day about how unfriendly their checkers are. I returned a shirt today & did not have the original card with me which meant they could only give me a gift card not cash. Before I went in I looked at their website & it said they can do cash returns. The checker who helped me wanted to argue instead of help! I asked her questions she couldn’t answer. If I pay for something out of pocket I expect my money to be returned to me instead of putting it onto a gift card that I will not end up using. I told her they need to take that off the website & she said they have nothing to do with it it’s corporate that’s in charge. Either way corporate will be informed. Will not get my business EVER again. Over priced, rude, & not helpful:

Everyone there was friendly and helped me to better understand how to use the product I was buying they even carried out the heavy stuff to my car for me. Very happy with service. Prices are a bit high but everything is higher these days.

This is a very clean and well maintained store. The shelves are kept stocked and the cashiers are friendly. The prices are higher on some things here than at their competitors but that's almost anywhere you go anymore.It's conveniently located in the middle of town.The parking lot can be a mess to get in and out of as they share the lot with a few other businesses. The parking lot itself has a giant dip in it, so be cautious when driving through. It'd be nice to see the property owners take care of this.Coastal, itself, is a decent store.

Carl and Bryan, two managers that are stand up guys. Great customer service here. Had some issues with a couple of big purchases and they made it right. A wood splitter in the spring and a chainsaw recently. The issues were not good but they went out of their way to make it right. It's rare to find that these days. Yes I will keep buying here.

I Ordered a protech toolbox and headache rack from the Wenatchee store. I called them after about 2 months of waiting for a response. They told me it was still on order and to be patient.......I then talked to another person about 2 weekslater he told me the same story that he had called protech and they had lost my order and they were going to expedite my order so it would be another 4 weeks before it was gonna be delivered .....so I waited another 4 weeks then called them again same guy said he felt really bad but still nothing. He assured me I was gonna be taken care of after the order showed up. It's been 6 months since I ordered my items from coastal and still have never heard from them. I have Ordered from another dealer and recieved both my custom toolbox and headache rack in 3 weeks!I definitely feel like I was lied to the entire time by a guy named Brian who never ordered the items frankly because he didn't wanna do his job!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Went there tonight for a browse around. We had a lady cashier, she was older. It was around 5pm. She seemed to be friendly to other people Infront of us, but than comes us to check out and she was rude. No proper "hello" or smile. She didn't even look at us. I felt like we were a burden being there by buying stuff in her store. We felt uncomfortable and won't be back. We don't live in Wenatchee anymore and we passed through for work, and decided to stop here real fast. Wish we didn't.

Walked in 40 mins till closing and needed new work boots. The lady working the section was beyond helpful. She showed me close to 10 pairs of boots before finding the perfect pair (at a great price too). She was amazing and the cashier was beyond helpful too. This was by far my best coastal experience to date. THANK YOU!

Always out of stock on the loyal life grain free dog food. They always have excuses for their empty shelves. It's always someone else's fault. Sick of it. I will find my pet supplies elsewhere from now on.

There was a chicken coop that I was looking at. This particular item was on sale and people wanted them. This store had 1 left so I purchased it online. I received a phone call from the store stating the only one they have is the display and it was slightly damaged. The employee said she will give me additional discount on top of the sale price if I wanted it. Since I already paid online she will hold it for me. I drove to this store Saturday to look at it and I was informed that the coop was sold.Todd (manager) quickly made arrangements with another store to get me another coop for the agreed price. This was excellent customer service. I will be doing more shopping at this company.

These people are amazing! Their customer service is extraordinary! Even without power they let folks in and used flashlights to help them get what they needed. I was desperate for a generator. I called 30 minutes before the store opened and they Answered! They had exactly what I needed and had it ready for me when I arrived! Amazing people and owner!!!
