I think it's one of my daughters' new favorite stores. We had fun walking around looking at the wide variety of items. We even tested out a few recliners and a bed. Very affordable pricing. We purchased some Christmas decor and it was less expensive than the price posted!Happy Mama Bear and cub 🐻

Plenty of good deals lots of items on sale! Spent $170 by mistake checked my receipt and noticed a couple mistakes. 30 dollar item was 40% off but rang up full price same thing with a couple other items. Called the store and the young lady said to come in Tomorrow and she can fix it so I'll get like $20-25 refunded when I go in tomorrow. So 5stars for the sales value and selection of items 5stars for customer service. 5stars all around. Must have been understaffed because nobody ever asked my wife or myself if we needed help with anything but it's all good sometimes that can be annoying... Thanks Big Lots! Will be recommending others to do some shopping there...

Big Lots Wenatchee is going to save you BIG money💰 on a variety of items!! I was shopping for a mattress for my son and big lots was by far the cheapest in town. They offer name brands like Sealy and Tempur-Pedic 🛏at a amazing savings price😲. My particular savings was almost $200.00 for a full size sealy mattress, and this was a exact mattress to mattress comparison at other local stores, that's BIG savings. But that's not all that you can save on at BIG Lots Wenatchee, i was in the market for a carpet cleaner and had shopped around and again BIG Lots was by far cheaper, this was a savings of $75.00 on a Hoover Brand heavy duty carpet cleaner with attachments. BIG Lots will save you money on a wide variety of items from household 🏠products to furniture 🛋and more!!Highly recommend this business 👍

Walked around the furniture for 30 min waiting for help even walked around the store to find an employee and there were none besides the front cashier even left the store and came back later.. same thing

Don't recommend the employees don't want to help and time I do get help they act like I'm asking them to move a Boulder I recommend going to any other biglots just any other store they don't follow the procedures or rules of any of the other biglots every other big lots tells me one thing and the wenatchee one tells me the opposite they just operate on there own rules and do not want to help or be there for the costumers

Big Lots in very nice and staff is very polite. The thing I like most is the wide isle so you're not bumping into people or trying to maneuver your cart around to avoid doing so, and its really clean. Prices are to high but the openness and space makes it worth it as a shopper.

Do not deal with Rhonda, she is rude and thinks higher of her self than her company surely does. We came in for furniture, which online showed that they had it in stock, she tried to inform us that she only had the ottoman in the back. When we mentioned that it states that they have some in stock online was when Rhonda’s tone became rude and informed us they sold a lot yesterday and that it probably hasn’t been updated. We decided to look around and decide if we wanted another set, we decided on one that ended up being the exact one we asked for originally... so we asked if we could just but the floor model, as we had at other Big Lots with no issues, and she tried to inform us that no Big Lots let’s sales floor models. We informed her that we’ve done it before and asked for someone who works in the department, to which she rudely stated that she was the store manager. We asked for her boss then, she informed us that he wasn’t in and we asked for his number then. She threw her hands down and rudely said “fine” before going into the back. After about five minutes a wonderful employee came out to see if we needed anything. When we informed him we had asked his manager for her bosses number and haven’t seen her since, he let us know that she was calling their regional managers to see if they could sale the floor model. He was positive and pleasant so we asked if he could handle our sale from there as we did not want to deal with the manager anymore. He took over that sale and was extremely professional and kind. While signing all the paperwork, for the floor model, he had mentioned that the store manager was off that day. We decided not to mention it at the time, but we’re confused as Rhonda informed us SHE was the store manager. So long story short: Rhonda is rude, unhelpful, and lies to customers.

Putting big orange price stickers on items to make them look like they are on sale is ridiculous. Even though it's quieter and less people (which says a lot), I would much rather go to Walmart where I know I'm going to get a better deal. Only fun part was when I was buy the cat food area that shares a wall with the movie theater next door and was wondering what movie was playing because it sounded pretty good :)

Easy IN & OUT access for any type of vehicle Large or small. Located just off the highway at the North end of Wenatchee.Some Great Prices on many items, but average to a bit high on a few....Employees are friendly & willing to help!

My experience was good except that they were again sold out of hand sanitizer!The young man who worked there said that he called HR to see if they could put a limit and HR said no. First come first serve. That is just greedy.The staff were awesome though

Good prices but that lady at check out "WHOA". Seriously. Take and drop off tour attitude at home on your lunch break. Irritated? Sorry but you work in customer service. Maybe you got treated horribly and for that I am sorry. But that kind of attitude does NOT need to be or wanted forwarded.

Even though they were out of what I came in for I still found something I wanted. The staff was friendly and not pushy like many are at closing time. The young man at the counter was able to change a large bill for me even late at night.

My first time there and I was impressed by the selection of items that they had in stock. Bedding, dry grocery items, pet items, furniture, etc., etcStore was nice and organized which surprised me, considering how few employees I saw working.

Stopped in here on our way back home to buy some chains which unfortunately they didn't have but they did have quite a large stock of Christmas items that was different than I had seen around and also some different candies and snacks that my husband really adores so that was a great find I was actually quite surprised I had never been in a Big Lots before they had a lot of nice items would recommend and I would also go there again

They are hardly had any inventory for there items on display and then when we finally found a couch and a bed they told us we could come by tomorrow and get it. we come by tomorrow and then they say Oh wait we don't have a Box Spring in stock so you can't take the bed because you need a Box Spring then they say Oh wait we found another one but its going to cost an extra $120 after they told us the day before that they had the complete set in inventory.

They're okay there was a few things I was really looking for and couldn't find they didn't have some a lot of easter stuff and some of the stuff you can purchase at Walmart a whole lot cheaper
