I had a plumbing emergency tonight at the house and rushed down there, arrived at 7:55 PM only to be greeted by a locked door and an employee staying there were closed through the glass door despite seeing my distress and being 5 minutes before closing time. Terrible customer service and super disappointed. I go to Ace because it’s close and convenient. However, after tonight’s experience, I’ll drive the distance to Lowe’s or Home Depot, where my business is valued and prices are more reasonable.

I would give less if I could. There was a bait and switch situation here at this store. Avoid it at all costs. They refused to sell me a product at the price listed on the shelf.

Never had a bad experience here. The staff is always friendly. I came in and asked about a product I'd seen online for bird strikes on my picture window. They didn't have it, but the young man was willing to search through the computer to help me. I really appreciate that. They did have another solution, a bird feeder with suction cups, which has worked well. No more birds flying into my windows!

Over priced! Like I understand paying a bit extra for the convenience factor but this store needs to be investigated for price gouging! And even if the have a full line I've never seen them open up all the cashier stations! Never again I drive the extra 3 miles to go to Lowe's or homedepot! You'd do the same if you want to keep your retirement.

We drove 45 minutes and arrived 9 minutes after closing. We showed the manager that their website and Google maps said the store closed at 8 not 7. He said he was closed and they wanted to go home. We told him far we drove and that they are the only place that sells our dog food and we were completely out otherwise we would go somewhere else or come back. We also let him know we had cash. He finally agreed and we were able to get food for our fur kids.

Love this hardware store. It's a nice change of pace from the mega huge hardware stores. Good personal service with a smile. I buy all of my hardware, bbq, yard supplies from here and fill up my propane tank a couple times per month. Always a pleasure!

I was looking for a blowout valve since neither Lowe's nor Home Depot had it. To my surprise this smaller store had it. They actually custom made some to tie into my sprinkler system! Excellent service!

I've found that the customer service is less than adequate - not helpful on many needs in many departments. I went there this morning with a simple home irrigation need. The employee who waited on me knew nothing of what I was talking about - plus he seemed to care less about my need or me. So, I went across the river to a competitor of Ace Hardware-East Wenatchee and they took care of my need in less than 5 minutes. Received excellent service, so in the future I will drive the extra mile or two to get great service and advice.

A great place to go if you need common tools and household repair/improvement products. The employees are generally very friendly and helpful. Irrigation supplies are terribly disorganized so I usually hit Stan's for that stuff.

They still hire people here that know how to talk to other people instead of the younger generation that can barely grunt a greeting. Even the youngsters here are pretty helpful. You can usually get help here although the selection maybe more limited they can usually help you find what you need and you get to talk to a human retail person

There's definitely a small town friendly feel in this store. They generally have what I need for smaller projects and home repairs. Their prices are on par or sometimes even cheaper than the bigger home improvement stores.

This store is pretty typical of an Ace Hardware store. Decent but not extensive selection. Helpful and friendly staff. If you know what you want you can get in and out very quickly.

I have a medical condition that prevents me from wearing a mask. When I walked into the store I was acknowledged by 1 employee named Velma who claimed to be a supervisor who yelled at me and threatened to call the police because I was in the store. Almost as soon as this happened I was surrounded by at least 7 other employees who were jeering and yelling at me to wear a mask or get out without regard to my medical condition. I was scared and about to break down when the supervisor Velma decided to call another supervisor over while I was cornered by the 8 employees unable to to leave the store or move without bumping into one. They were not observing social distancing and preventing me from complying with their demands. I was terrified and will be filing a police report as soon as possible.

Our local Ace Hardware store here in East Wenatchee is like family. You walk in and they know you by your first name even before you buy anything or even if you're just looking. Very friendly professional and if we had the ability to give them a 10 star instead of a 5 I would.

Cashier tawnya was extremely rude. When I brought my purchase to the register she asked me how much they cost. I told her I have no idea. She then told me that there was nothing she could do about it. I was told by tawnya that I would have to go back and write down the prices of my objects and come back. I inquired about a price book that she could look the items up in and she informed there was not one. Eventually, tawnya called another older individual over and he seemed very disturbed that he had to cease the nothing he was doing and assist a customer. Another eventually later he came back with the objects in question and their prices. I checked out and left. This location is close to my house and usually has the things I need. However, the customer service is rarely acceptable. There always seems to be plenty of staff working but none of them in my experience are willing to help you.

Went for propane, employee didn't wear mask and said he cold not fill my tank. He was too lazy to change adapter...my husband went today a different person helpful and filled it.

They had everything I needed. One BAD Thing was the guy working near Paint Department was NO Help at ALL he was doing NOTHING & when I asked a simple question, he just looked at me with the look "Do NOT Bother me"

Not one time that you return unused item that doesn’t cause a scene from this place. Very unfriendly staffs. I will rather drive 4 miles to Home Depot or Lowe’s then.
