Daniel is the best been going there for over 10 years .it's a 45 minute drive for me as I live in woodland but it's well worth the drive. All the girls there are so nice and friendly .

Amazing, caring staff. Took our golden here for about two years for a full groom and he always looked amazing after. We moved to Seattle and so sad we can’t go here anymore. Jeter will very much miss Heather. Highly recommend!!

The place is clean and bright, the people are quick and engage with you, and they trimmed my cat's nails same-day. I know that won't be the experience every time, but I plan on bringing her back for a full grooming session soon!

We've been going here for years and they treat my dogs like family. They are very friendly, qualified and honest. Prices are affordable and the staff are amazing. All of our dogs are rescues and many have medical issues and they manage to get them all cared for with ease.

We moved here a year ago and have struggled to find a groomer for our two big dogs. But I am SO IMPRESSED with Pet Spa! Our vet recommended them and I am so great full. We have had a year of bad groom experiences, and this one has made up for them all! Heather was so kind and did a GREAT job on our golden retriever mix. She was also very quick and gentile with our Great Dane/chickens nails. And everything thing was an incredibly fair price. We have definitely found our new grooming home!!

We just moved to the area and we were looking for someone to trim our dog's nails. Pet Spa was recommended by the locals, and we were extremely happy with their service! They allowed us to come in early since our dog was pretty nervous, and they were so kind and helpful. Thanks to Rebecca for helping us out and getting us in so quickly!

Super rude. I brought my dogs there once and both came back with shaving burns and marks on their skin. The owner is extremely unprofessional in person and on the phone. Always booked out months, and has no concept of manners. Every time you call it sounds like they are annoyed and it’s a chore to take your call. Take your business elsewhere. I recommend Frankos dog grooming in Vancouver. Cheaper, much better quality, more professional, polite, and totally worth the drive!

My corgi absolutely loves getting groomed by Danielle! She does an amazing job. The place is very clean and my dog always comes home handsome and happy. As long as you can plan ahead and schedule your grooming appointments a week or two out there is little to no issues with time slots.

After a bad experience with our Yorkie at a prior groomer I was hesitant about taking her anywhere else. She has high anxiety and doesn’t like to be groomed. I got in with Pet Spa NW within 3 days and when I went to pick her up they were so pleasant and I was so pleased with her grooming! I will be going back! And I will recommended pet spa NW to anyone who has animals to be groomed

We love our groomer (Daniel McKenzie)there, she’s very nice and does a wonderful job at grooming my Lhasa Molly and trims the toe nails of our Mini Pin Latte. I’m sure all the groomers there are just as great, but we’ve always worked with Daniel. She gets Molly groomed fairly quickly and always calls me about 15-20 minutes before Molly is done so I have time to come pick up Molly right after she’s done grooming her. So my dog not sitting in a kennel for very long, Which I greatly appreciate! We’ve built a great relationship with Daniel and really wouldn’t want to take our beloved pets to anyone else!

Very very impressed by this place. Took my Persian kitty to get a lion cut and bath, from the moment I arrived I was greeted by staff who were super friendly. The groomer came out and went over what I would like done. Staff was compassionate, took the time with my kitty and when I came back to pick her up she looked amazing. Cut was perfect and exactly what I wanted. The drive is def worth it and treatment my lil girl got was amazing. Won’t be going anywhere else.

It has been about a year since we visit this Pet Spa. We brought in a malamute puppy that we had just gotten. We were told that our new puppy was very sick and needed medical attention. We went to a vet that they had recommended. To make a long story short -- our puppy Rosie was next to death. We got her home and she went into emergency survey. The vet had to take out 30 inches of her gut. After a long year we finally have a malamute that is over 70lbs. It if were not for those individuals that we meet at the Pet Spa we would have lost my Rosie. Thanks for all you do.

I use to love this place!I took my little dog there for years.We adopted another dog.My son got a puppy, a Mini Ausi.I stood in their shop and cried when they basically told me they didn’t have the patients to continue to groom her.For goodness sakes! She is a puppy! How are they going to learn if you dont start grooming them young?I was forced to go elsewhere.I decided to try them out again with my small dog a few time. I was going in every two weeks so she would have the Perfect cut and stay clean.The third time back the coment by the groomer was.. “her hair must grow to fast!”When I came to pic up my dog she was a chopped up bald mess!!! I was sick!!!!!!!!I will never go back!! It has been three months and my dog is just now getting her hair back.. because they cut it so short it came back in patches.They use to do all breads and love all dogs.Now they are lazy and only do small easy dogs.

I will not be coming back here. The groomers were sweet, but the owner( I am assuming) was really rude to me. I have been taking my dog here for months to get his nails trimmed. My dog needs a muzzle when his nails get trimmed, I got him from a shelter, I do not know his experiences from the past with his nails but he gets scared when his feet are touched. He kept pulling his muzzle off, and instead of the owner coming to assist the groomer she told me "we cant finish his nails because he is destroying our equipment". I get it, animals dont like having a muzzle on their face, it is the price of business, charge more for a muzzle fee? Or a damage fee? The whole reason I bring him to a professional is because I need the help and I dont want to hurt my dog. But the shop just charged me anyways for a job unfinished, I just paid and left.

I usually like taking my pup here to get her nails clipped so I don't have to drive out to Vancouver, but was disappointed this last time. They took her back for a dremel and told me it took 3 people to hold my chihuahua and charged me extra money. I would've appreciated it if they would've stopped and asked me first before charging me more. I'm probably going to go to Franko's instead because it's a lot cheaper ($3) and one person can handle clipping my dogs nails a lot quicker so she stresses for a small period of time.

They just love animals here and it shows in how they build relationships with your pets over time. It was the only place we could take our German Shepherd / Husky because they took the time to listen to us and to treat him how he needed to be cared for. Now that we have two little dogs, they will be the only place we go.
