I moved here from out of state with my lab, Lily, and was so lucky to find Brenda!! Lily is very skittish with people but she immediately warmed up to Brenda and her husband too!! I eventually added a mastiff to the pack and she cares for both dogs as her own. That is such a relief! My dogs are my babies and I wouldn't trust them with anyone else. She listens to your requests, is flexible, cares and very attentive. They always come home happy and beautiful! So happy we found this place!

I can't say enough good stuff about this place! Brenda cares so much a pays close attention to every detail. You can genuinely tell that she loves her job. The prices are great and the job she does is even better. My Pug loves going to have his spa day and I would highly recommend this place!

We've been taking our "little girls" to Brenda for grooming, daycare and boarding since they joined our family 2 years ago, and we wouldn't take them anywhere else! Our puppies are happy and excited to "visit" and always receive loving, professional care. Brenda's the best!

Brenda is an amazing groomer! My pomeranian is a handful and doesn't take well to anyone but me, but Brenda is dog whisperer, and makes my pom feel at ease. I feel so lucky to have her as our groomer, and so does my pom!

Received the referral from a friend. I have a 13 year old schnauzer and she did a great job! The cut is exactly what I asked for and she deals well with my anxious little girl. She was not traumatized by the time, as experienced at other groomers. She was happy and looked beautiful. Thank you so much!

I absolutely love Brenda! She has been grooming and boarding for us for many years. I have a Labradoodle, a Pom-doodle and a Pom. They are always well taken care of and always look great after their grooming.

I asked her to leave ate male yorkie with his main around he's face long and she chopped both yourkies so bad they've got bald spots everywhere and what's not bald is chopped. I wish I could post pictures. I do not recommend her. Very disappoined

The place is located in the basement of an old house... it’s dark, it’s musty, dirty, dogs hair everywhere and it smelled very strongly of dog urine. I almost decided not to leave my dog there, but he was overdue and reviews on google were decent and against my better judgment I left him there. 2 hours later I go to pick him up and a haircut was completely different than what I asked for. He was almost completely shaved. He was shaking and seemed stressed and just freaked out. When we got home he was acting lethargic for 2 days, didn’t want to eat or drink anything. I’ve gone to several groomers in the area and this was by far the worst experience. I still feel guilty for putting my dog through that. I don’t recommend and would never go back.

My pup's first and last time here! The cut is ok: I specifically asked for teddy bear cut (if you are familiar with labradoodles, you know what I'm talking about), but got a puddle face cut instead. The legs are cut uneven, there are few spots with long chunks of fur (he did have a lot of curly fur to cut! ) and under legs shaved on only one side! My main complaint - I found a big dryblood razor cut right behind his ear (and I totally understand that accidents happen, he is young and full of energy but I feel like Brenda should have mentioned that to me :( I overall felt lack of communication - it's not like Brenda was rude, not at all, but I just didn't feel welcomed - she didn't ask me any questions, like no talk at all, we were not offered homemade treats as mentioned on her website with the fool grooming service. While making an appointment over the phone, I was not asked to bring his shots record (which I still brought just to have) but I have been questioning the safety of this place (you may save on the rate, which is low, but may end up with a big vet bill later. Even though it's easy to find and get in, we will NOT be back!

We took her in there to get her nails clipped. I thought they were too long and they were actually just right and she clipped three of her nails and made them bleed to where they still were bleeding when we got home.
