The minute you step inside the air freshener is overwhelming and not in a good way. I had planned eating in, but after the attack of the scent. I needed to use the restroom, my sinuses could not handle the overwhelming amount of scent. They were kind enough to give me the bathroom code prior to ordering. Once I came out I got some food and left. Unless desperate, will not be going in to this location, just because of the smells.

First I ordered chicken strip and misty float. Then she asks me about the meal and then proceeds to give me a drink without the food....then she rings me up for the $7 3 piece meal (what I originally ordered). Then gives me a bag with just chicken strips and forgets the fries when I'm pretty certain the meal comes with them. Not the best service I've experienced. Last time I'll be supporting our local dairy queen :)

I've never left a review before but this last visit was too much. The person who took my order was less than friendly which I always try to look past because maybe it's just an off day. But this guy has had the same attitude every time he's been at the window. Even that I could have looked past but i went there to pick up lunch for my niece who's at work. The order came out fast which would seem like a good thing but they usually make your food fresh which makes it worth the usual long waits. He served me like I was an inconvenience which is his usual manner. On my drive to her workplace I stole a fry like any good aunt would do and it was totally cold! The kind of cold fry that there's no saving, when it's Styrofoam like and hard to swallow. The chicken strips were also cold. I shouldn't be surprised because if he was treating his job like a hassle why would he care if he handed out old food. The girls who work there seem to care, unfortunate for us we always show up at this guy's shift. I've told family and friends and we're not going back. Would rather drive to the next town for McDonald's.

New Owners are doing a great job! Thumbs up people! Give this place a chance, you won't be disappointed as before from past owners service. I was shocked an pleased by the taste of the $6 buck lunch cheeseburger! I will be returning and frequent customer. Keep up the good work DQ!

Horrible service! We were the only ones in the drive thru and nobody would answer. We pulled up to the window and the guy just looked at us. He never came to the window just kept looking at us. Finally a girl who was helping another customer inside came to ask us why we pulled up. Horrible freaking service. They literally have kids working and don’t care about service.

I ordered 6 cheeseburgers from the drive thru, I received only 5, I had to double check the receipt before I called because I did sound confused/ uncertain when I ordered but I did pay for 6, I called and immediately the girl who answered gave attitude and said she bagged and counted them herself, told me to have a nice day then hung up on me, they need to hire real workers instead of just friends/ fam that have no work ethic or customer service skills, only 1 star is even to much this day

I seriously don’t know how they are still open I waited at the speaker for what felt like 10 minutes maybe less but all she kept saying was just a minute and then when she took my order she wasn’t even letting me finish what I wanted to say and to top it off my food was wrong and the 2 girls that were there were dancing around and telling or something because you could hear them from outside , just the worst service and food. Better off driving else where .

So I was hungry one night went thru the drive thru and waited and waited and waited until finally someone got on the intercom and said the only thing they were serving was ice cream! I'm sorry but it was only 7 and it said they were open till 9 so u would think they wld have been a little bit more prepared or something.either way I was not happy I'm on my way there now its 730 and if it's the same situation I will no longer want dairy queen!

It doesn't matter what time of day you go to get food at this location, the service is always extremely slow. Employees can not handle more than one order at a time. You will be lucky if they get your order right. The employees would rather stand around and visit while the food is getting cold and eventually get around to the customer. The inside of the restaurant is outdated and filthy. Senior management needs to open their eyes and rethink what they are doing with this location. It is embarrassing.

Just wanted a shake and the open sign was lit up sp I turned around and went back. The door was locked and apparently me yanking.on. oniothe door reminded them to turn off the open sign. Unfortunately they did so without even Looking in my direction. Pretty poor Doesn't make.me ewant to come back that's for sure.

I have been there a total of 4 times on my visits and only one time has been satisfactory. One time when I went in with a friend IT took them forever to get us our food. As IT had been ready to get out but was just there. And IT wasnt even busy. And then I went twice through drive thru at 9:00 pm to get food and was told they had already closes the girls so I couldnt order. Never again.

Worst service anywhere. Not one customer in the restaurant. I waited at the drive through speaker for 15 minutes. No help so I drove to the window to see a huge mess inside and two kids that were clearly untrained and unsupervised. If you want a ice cream treat just drive to Toppenish. It will save you time.

We only ordered 3 things and i said no cheese on my chicken sandwich....they put cheese. Same with my Mom's salad.Then after we eat our food we ordered our ice cream. again only 3 things simple and they forgot to enter the dilly bar...so hard to get someone to serve you. Had to yell to back to get someone to come up front....never going back to that Dairy Queen!

This Dairy queen was a lot faster than the one in my home town, which surprised me! They also accepted gift cards which the one in Toppenish does not.The food didn't taste any different, and the server was nice. It was overall just a good experience.

Terrible service! Young kid's running the store with no management on hand. Waited 45 minutes for a small order. Flower lady across the street waited more them 20 minutes just for a blizzard. No air conditioning was on and it was In the 90's outside. I'm new to Wapato and I hope to see improvements!

Google says open at 11, Facebook says open at 11, doors say open at 11, drive through window says open at 11.... today at 1145am an employee is walking around inside (not trying to hide at all) but refusing to take an order or even say sorry we aren't open yet.We've tried to go in the past and same issue, except they had an excuse that time and it was "our cook is late"

Went through drive through, and was given terrible customer service. The employees were staring at me with the nastiest looks for no reason. I was presented my blizzard without the employee holding it upside down as is customary so I asked for my money back or a voucher for a free one next time I come in. They didn't know about that rule. Attempted calling store to speak with manager numerous times, and got no answer.

This was by far the worst place , the employee had no manners, professionalism or sense of time. Plus she kept saying to give her time , to check the order when at the window she was speaking to other customers and took off to talk to other people and handed everything thru the window at 94 degree weather ice cream first.

I thought that a couple employees were trying there best but definitely needs improvement. I feel they need better management and proper training. There was a few that seemed like they weren't working at all just watching others do all the work. Timing definitely needs improvement .

Very sad place. Always slow, rude kids serving you...laughing .playing around..the resteraunt closes way earlier then it should..you would think, being the only fast food in wapato they would meet or have high standards..but they are slow and always have something wrong with my order.....They need mature management...and better employees who actually take their job serious...i will not go to this restaurant anymore because it always dissapoints ..i am done having high hopes every time i go...it keeps getting worst and worst..i will travel farther distances if i ever need to have DQ AGAIN....

By far the worst DQ experience I have ever had. We went to get ice cream for the family around 7pm when my dad ordered $40 worth of ice cream. He started on his dipped cone when half way through he pulled out a long strand of hair that was in the middle of it. He went to the front to tell the girl about it and she was so careless and rude about it. Said She didn't care because she wasn't the one to make it. On top of that they gave them what was supposed to be a reeses blizzard ended up only being a cup with just vanilla ice cream. so again we told the worker and they continued to give attitude. We asked for a manager and they wouldn't give us a name or a number then have the nerve to aske us to leave the store.

The place is nice but the service isn't great. There only 3-4 employees working without supervision. My cousin quit two days ago and said she burned herself. The workers are almost the same everyday. No manager. The owner needs to STOP being cheap and hire more workers so actual high school workers can get money!!

I have been to this location several times. The food is great and the service is I guess you can say 'alright'. But boy is it sloooooooow literally waiting in the drive thru for like 20 minutes. Seems to be a common theme here mediocre service and a very long wait time.

I went on drive thru to order food and the lady attended me left me on hold forevers before she took my order. I had to repeat my order several times and apperantly i wasent screaming into the mic enough cause she kept saying she didnt know what i wanted. Got irritated and just ended up leaving. The lady on the intercom was constantly reasking orders. The line was very slow. When we got to the window, the lady forgot a burger, sundaes, and drinks. We had to wait at the drive-thru for about 15 mins, and then they finally got everything right.

Went today to get some lunch got there around 11, waited in the drive through for 10 minutes before going to the window. I didn’t see anyone so I called because they are suppose to be open since 10am nobody answered. They need to put out a sign if they are not going to open there was other people also waiting behind me all for nothing smh

Worst place to come eat or to make a order girls are rude and i am sure they dont clean very often. There attitudes are crazy rude and dont know how they are mannaging ro ruin the franchise brand name of dq. I asked to speak to a manager and they said dont worry about it we dont care. The girls are dressed very disgusting and no gloves or hairnets. Everyone please stay clear of this filth place marked with a dq label.
