What an absolutely incredible shop!! The selections for smoking, vaping, and accessories is outstanding! They had great prices on Kratom, CBD, and supplies. I picked up a sorting tray with scrapers for a great deal and was so impressed, I grabbed two more for Christmas presents. The lady who helped me was super great! Super glad I stopped here on my visit to Walla Walla.

My experience is always outstanding when I go into this location, Ethan always has a positive upbeat vibe and definitely makes the store feel a lot more welcoming & authentic.He’s extremely knowledgeable, quick, great manners and answers any questions any customers ever have to the best of his ability, he’s a great asset to this company and this man deserves a RAISE.Good customer service like Ethan provides, is exactly what keeps the customers coming back & feeling welcomed to come back.Very intelligent individual & makes you feel more than just a customer, he makes you feel valued & respected.

When I visited Walla Walla, I stopped here and had one of the best experiences! They were very helpful and were glad to answer any questions! Ethan was awesome and helped me get everything I needed! If I ever come back this will be my go to!

Roomy and good selection. I was pleasantly surprised by all of the items here. I was looking for a specific E juice ( Cosmic Fog milk and honey) and they had it! Lots of items for whatever kind of smoker you are.

Ethan was Great all across the board as far as great and friendly customer service and good resource coming in the shop. He wasnt pushing any sale on me that I didn't want. Instead he engaged in great upbeat conversation asking me how's the day treating me and asked what brought me in. he showed me exactly what I wanted then a few more things he thought I might like, and actually, I loved them!!... The posters are crazy wild and I totally plan to get at least 3 to 4 coming up within the next week or two.I was happy he showed me those.. . I didnt even know to guys offered so much. I came in for a ecig and when I left I left with more then a ecig and wishing I brought my honey with me to buy a couple other little things that will have to wait til next time I suppose. Thank you Ethan for your help I'll see you again ☺️

I'm not going to give this place a single star, I'm going to go ahead and give them the benefit of the doubt BUT... The sales associate - with bushy red hair - was flat out rude the entire time I was in the store. I asked a simple question and got serious attitude back, with the suggestion I "use Google, my dude."The selection appears lackluster at best, especially if you want ejuice. They also only carry 50mg concentration in their nicotine salt selection, FYI

We love this shop! We're there roughly twice a week and don't always buy stuff. It doesn't matter because the owner is always happy to see her repeat customers and takes a genuine interest in your life since she last saw you. She has the best selection of both mods and disposable's. She also always looking for the best product for your buck. We love Suki to peaces!

I'm happy with my experience. I go there mainly for e-juice, but they were helpful when I needed to buy a kit. Prices don't seem too bad for a mom&pop size business.I think the Chinese (or whatever) lady is nice :)

This used to be a good place, she pushes you to buy more than you ask for. Her product isn't that great and she's honestly rude, I went in expecting some nice service (I work in service I know how it is) and honestly I should've just gone somewhere else.

Go to Vape N’ Good’s on Isaacs! Much friendlier staff and a nice selection of decent quality glass, juices and mod’s. I used to go to this particular store myself until the one on Isaacs opened up. Yeah she might crack a joke once in a while and has a decent selection of juices but her costumer service is terrible! I always felt rushed and pressured into buying something. I went in one time just to look around and she did not like that I had came in without spending money! It reminded me of the store owner on the Simpsons “don’t touch the magazine unless you’re going to buy it!!”

I've always heard people say that this lady was mean that owns the store but I have to be 100% honest this is one of the funniest coolest old ladies I have met in a long time besides that she will haggle with you on prices I would give her a 10 star if I could just because of her humor she is funny

Had to get a part for my water pipe and this was the only place in town that sells them. The store clerk was very nice, the place is really big inside, and the part I needed was fairly priced. Overall I was pleasantly surprised and will definitely come back if I need anything similar.

If there was an option of ZERO stars, this place would be at the top of the list to never purchase products from! Not only do they have overpriced products, customer service is absolute garbage and if anything happens to the products you purchase from them.. well might as well flush the money you just spent down the toilet!! Buy at your own risk but don’t say we didn’t warn you!P.S - ALL of the products they carry in store you can order online for lower prices and won’t get treated like you don’t have a brain if something goes sideways!Suggestion- Go to Pandora’s Box in Pendleton, OR. Way better products plus the employees are knowledgeable and know how to treat customers!!

The lady was extremely rude. I went inside and she ignored me for the first 10 minutes when I specifically saw her see me. Then I asked her for a new coil for my vape and she told me that I specifically didn't have it when I could see it on the Shelf. Other customers came in and she went over to them first when she was serving me. I would rate a 1 out of 10 sing as she was extremely rude and their prices are very expensive.

We bought a vape pen here that broke literally 2 hours after we got it, we came back to return it and got a replacement thinking maybe it was just that specific one but then the other one broke the exact same way and was again unusable. Note that this was not user error but the charger that we had to buy separately was stripping the threads. When we took it back the second time we were refused even a replacement and then the owner tried to sell us another pos saying that we bought the cheap one when the one she tried to sell us was even cheaper and looked like it would break as soon as we touched it. Their collection of glass all looks really cheap and their vape flavors are not good at all. I will never spend another penny here. I recommend the vape n goods right down the street if your looking for anything quality.

Best little smoke shop in walla Walla. The owner is almost always there and she is as helpful as can be. Instead of letting me purchase something I didnt need she insisted on looking at my mod setup to make sure it wasnt an easily fixed problem. She took one look. Twisted something and all was right with the world and I didnt even have to pay. This is the place to go. Even for some of your dirtier desires
