I wanted to have my prescriptions transferred to this Walgreens because it was closer for me than the place I was going to. The lady I spoke to in person said it wouldn't be a problem and I said thank you. Later on I called Walgreens to get a refill of a very important medication. The Walgreens clerk proceeds to tell me "oh we don't have that because we can't have controlled medications transfered over. So I'm wondering why this vital piece of information wasn't told to me when I ask to have my prescriptions transfered. Why did they fail to tell me. Because of their lack of communication I ended up transferring everything back to the original place and the whole thing just ended up being one big hassle. Communication is everything. Try using it sometimes.

I sent my little sister in to look for small plastic syringes for me as I am 39 weeks pregnant and collecting colostrum for my baby before she arrives. The younger blonde lady working in the pharmacy was very unpleasant to them and rudely questioned why they inquiring about one and after explaining why she continued to still be rude. I get long busy days or simply having an off day but there is no reason to be unpleasant to customers who are simply coming to you as a staff member to get answers or fulfill a request if able which is your due diligence being a staff member. Do better.& be a little more pleasant.

Usually a good place to shop. Today I bought some paper towels which were on sale, 3 for $4. Well I was charged regular price of $6. If something is on sale, get it right. Money is tight for people on Social security.

Today I was refused service because I took my bicycle through the drive thru. My bike is the normal mode of commuting and I have been through the drive through on my bicycle numerous times over the last 3 years. Not only wad I told but the middle aged man wad also snide and offensive in look and manner. Walgreens prefers you sit in a line up of cars with your engines idling instead of a choosing a healthier and environmental alternative. So much for their marketing slogan" More joyful lives through better health" not in Walla Walla

I got my passport photo taken here so I knew it would be done properly. It wasn’t. This delayed my passport significantly and caused me to miss my trip. I have almost $600 in rebooking fees and $160 I paid to have my passport here on time, which it would have been if all was correct. This was a known issue with an employee taking the photos incorrectly. I am beyond frustrated.

I made an appointment to have a travel vaccine done and received a confirmation. Upon arrival, was told that a prescription is needed for a vaccine and was turned away. Why doesn't the website say this? It asks for other qualifying information! Don't make appointments that you cannot service--it is a waste of everyone's time, gas and effort.I then called the same store and the pharmacy rep said that there isn't a prescription required---so I asked why my daughter was turned away and THEN she came back and changed her response. This place is a disorganized mess! Do better!

Just sat here for 20 minutes waiting for one piece of paper that I had ordered to print last night. This is the third time this has happened here. Multiple employees just kept walking right past me. One tried to help but he kept on going back-and-forth between the register. I ended up just walking out of the store and leaving everything else I was going to purchase on the counter. Use Staples instead.

Cashier lied about Walgreens policy. They would not let me use my brother’s employee discount on my purchase. She very rudely told me I was lying and trying to steal money from company. I have always used my brother’s employee discount, considering we live together and are immediate family. Since I worked as a shift lead at Walgreens for years, I knew this policy to be true as well. I asked the cashier to call her manager up and the manager also rudely turned me away and told me the employee had to be present. When I asked when this policy came into effect, he responded “Forever ago”, rudely, and walked off. Unprofessional & False Info

If you make an appointment for a vaccine, be ready to wait 2 hours. To check-in, you must wait behind all the 40 + poor folks waiting for their prescriptions, just to get to the front to say you are/were there on time (an hour+ before). Then you need to wait again.... Why do they have appointments available if they do not intend to even make an effort to have or administrate a schedule??? end of the day; and all that time wasted, I had to cancel as I have a JOB that requires a schedule and appointments! So badly managed and a waste of the day.

Pharmacy takes days to fill post op prescription. Patient suffers in pain. Call waiting is hours, same for lines inside store and drive through. Why not increase staff? I'm currently 12 days surgical repair of left tibia and fibula. I've been without pain medications going on 24 hours and it's not my surgeons fault. I lay in bed and cry. What kind of service is this?

My adult son needed a COVID test done so he could return to work after being out sick. Walgreen's posted COVID test hours are 9am to 5pm every day. We arrived at the drive-up window at 9:35am and there were 2 cars ahead of us.We waited until 10:05am. Neither car had moved, even though we could clearly see the pharmacy employee interacting with the first car through the drive up window.We went inside to see what the hold up was and to ask about a home test (they have none in stock). The woman we spoke to was rude, argumentative, and kept saying that we were lying when we said we had seen the interaction between the employee and the first car in line. Then she claimed that the window doesn't open until 10am. The sign on the window and the hours posted online both say open at 9am - and again, there was clear interaction between the employee and the first car.This woman was incredibly nasty and refused to give her name. Her name tag that she was wearing was turned inward so her name could not be read.

What a miserable experience!!! Came in to get a flu shot and had an appt for it. Arrived on time only to find a long line that moved at a snail's pace. Obviously understaffed. The flies were not understaffed and we were assaulted for our long wait for our shots. The employees were complaining about it as well. Overall it took us almost an hour to get our flu shots.This store is very poorly managed!!!

Very disappointed with the photo center. I ordered 100 photos after calling the store to make sure I’d get them before Christmas. I paid for the photos online and received a confirmation that the photos would be ready by 6:00 PM 12/23. I stood in line for 30 minutes trying to pick them up, but the photos were not ready. The employee tried saying it was my fault…that I probably didn’t click the submit button. I quickly pulled up the email showing the payment and confirmation number. After trying to blame me, she proceeds to tell me the photo machine was actually broken and doesn’t have a clue when it will be fixed. Thanks for the courtesy phone call letting me know the machine was broken! I’ll be transferring my prescriptions and taking my business elsewhere.

All and all, they’ve come through. It’s clear they are understaffed, but those that are there in the trenches have helped. There are a few stand outs that are excellent staff. People need to mitigate bad experiences by doing everything that they can to make it smooth. Insurance companies as well as many medical facilities can make it a rough experience. Unfortunately, it’s the pharmacy staff bearing the brunt of angry patients.

Worst pharmacy ever.Walla Walla’s Walgreen pharmacy has the worst service and terrible employees. Slow, rude and obnoxious. On 1/20/2022 at 7:00pm, I waited behind 2 customers for over 30 min. Then the older bloodshot eyed blonde female, told it’s gonna be 30 more min…I was there 3 hours after Walgreens app told my order would be ready! This Walgreens has extremely deteriorated in the last 3 years. Worst pharmacy ever!

Dealing with Jordan in the pharmacy tonight was a horrible experience from him complaining about the stupid people coming in close to closing was great to hear! Top it off with him refusing to help the line of people in the store, I love waiting 40 minutes for someone to ask me if they can help.

I waited in line at Walgreen's in Walla Walla Washington for 45 minutes. When I at long last was able to ask for two prescriptions, the clerk was nice. However, I find Walgreen's these days stressful. I am so tempted at times, to sound the horn on my car. Might jazz things up if all the cars sitting there joined in.

The manager Rebecca was extremely rude during a return. I returned a $9 sleep aid product that was supposed to be mixed in a drink and it was disgusting. I couldn't find the receipts even though I had bought it 2 days prior. She was rude immediately upon arrival. She kept saying "if you just bought this yesterday then you should have your receipt." That is the most non customer service thing to say to a customer you are servicing. After repeating that statement over and over very loudly in a crowded store she gave me the money back on a store gift card which I had asked for initially because I knew I didn't have my receipt. Because she was so rude I went home searched for the receipt found it went back to the Walgreens and demanded an apology where she kept repeating "I'm not rude I don't know what your talking about." Will never go to the only Walgreens in this city again!

I've been a customer at this Walgreens for the last 10 yrs, and although there used to be several issues, it has drastically improved over the years. The management has been completely revamped and they have taken to hiring employees who actually enjoy their job and care about their customers. In fact I've gotten some of the best customer service in my life at this Walgreens! They also keep up to date with sales and most of the prices are quite good compared to their competitor Rite Aid. The only issue really is the Western Union machine: I don't know if they still have it, but for a long time it was a huge pain in the you-know-what to use that thing. It's not really Walgreens' fault though, the Western Union folks should make more user-friendly machines, haha.

Long, long, phone holds ( 1hr. 40 min. 3 times), 9+ cars in line at the pick-up window, long line inside! Totally messed up the transition from BiMart. Try anyone else. These people are overwhelmed. When that happens, what happens to the accuracy of the prescription?

Tonight I called at 9:40pm when the store closes at 10:00. I needed photos pronto! Rebecca was so wonderful on the phone and told me I could still get them. I was overjoyed. When I went to pick them up Corey was very helpful. I was out of the store with my photos at 9:53! I appreciate all of their help.

Josh you and one other employee are straight up good I mean great employees the other 2 dirtbags hiding the pokemon stuff and hiding the baseball and is the baseball and sports cards for themselves for themselves not letting them actually hit the shelves is sickning. 4 weeks nowShown pokemon cards and baseball cards delivered but cards delivered but they never hit the shelves and they got ahead by a couple employees I'm not gonna embarrass you right now but no you are being investigated and the camera leaves a lot to the imagination is the imagination sickening how pathetic and rude and rude and unjust an unfair a couple employees can represent the whole store

I don't even want to leave one star. I've spent almost 2 hours waiting on medications to treat my pneumonia. The manager almost ran me down the clerks are rude, and it seriously couldn't get any slower. I will be moving all of my prescriptions to Walmart. And still didn't get all my prescriptions because they failed to clarify one when we brought it in and waited until the office was closed. 100% disappointed.

We use the pharmacy after getting frusterated with the long lines at Walmart. Typically, we are in and out within five minutes, sometimes longer. Staff is always friendly and informative. Sometimes the pharmacy does not have the medication we need in stock, typically they have it next day or will call other pharmacies in town to find it for us.

Most of the staff are very passionate and caring BUT I have had trouble with certain pharmacists being rude and overly judgemental. The most recent one goes by the name of Jay. Although my prescription paper said my prescription could be filled today BY MY DOCTOR, he refused. He wouldn’t even agree to fill it on Sunday, which is allowed by law and pharmacies everywhere and refuse to fill until “speaking with my doctor to confirm my “story””.... when I had the prescription paper saying to fill 7/6 AND have never had any issue in the past with this medication or any other for that matter. The pharmacy tech on shift with this particular pharmacist today, Maria, is very caring and understanding. She explained everything perfectly clear to him but he still refused after looking at me and being judgmental a/f as he asked “THIS.. is for you?”.. when this was already established numerous times. It’s too bad a rude, judgmental person such as himself who feels he should have a hand in my medication prescribing or something, is who is in charge of my care until my doctor gets back to her office come MONDAY.. AND PEOPLE WHO HAVE THE CAPACITY TO CARE FOR AND UNDERSTAND OTHERS are not. This pharmacist did not do his job and is interfering with my quality of life for the whole weekend because he decided to be judgmental and accuse me of lieing... FOR NO REASON.

Very disappointed, specifically recommended by express care. Pharmacist unhelpful on medication they did not have. Told me to call and find the medication and then have pharmacy call them. Would send right away to pharmacyHad a pharmacist call them within 15 minutes2 hours ago. Still waiting. Won't use them again

I hate, hate, hate this pharmacy. It takes a MILLION years to get anything from them. I used to use them and forgot to update to a new pharmacy this week and my Doc's office sent a RX here. I was reminded, yet again, how awful they are.

Im very disappointed ,I went to buy allergies pills but they can’t sell it ‘cause they asked me for my driver license and i d provided the copy license they don’t accepting the copy so i will get the medicine until when i get the original, i didn’t know that license copies are not validated. Rude people works at this place and i wasted my time at walgreens pharmacy.
