Is the mmiddle-age blonde woman the owner (who sets the culture?) or is she just a poorly trained employee? One can visit a place like this and have a perfectly good experience. Or, like me, they can approach the edge and discover the underbelly.I went in today to give my Shar Pei a bath and buy supplies for her and my new pup. I also have a bird. I was told that the baths were closed. Oh really I said. When do they close. An hour before closing she replied. What time is it? 4 she said. It wasn't 4 yet. It was 5 til. It wasn't even 4 when I got to my car... and I use the atomic clock.What difference would it have made if she let me in even if it was already 4 PM, compared to 3:55 - which it actually was. (Her last job must have been at a bar where they set the clocks forward for last call.) She wasn't doing anything in her empty store. I don't think this town is big enough to blow off willing buyers. I objected; said the attitude was unfathomable. Sh turned and replied smugly, I'm sorry you feel that way. It was obvious that she wasn't. She acted like she'd just scored a goal by defeating my desire to give her money.Note: empty store. The culture of relationship, hospitality and service does not extend beyond this person's perception of her own convenience. If this is an employee, fire her. If this is the owner, don't worry, the problem will take care of itself.

The W2W staff is helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable on pet nutrition. Despite having a small retail space (in square footage), there is quite a variety in dog and cat foods, and they've recently revamped their self-serve dog wash area. The treat and toy sections have the basics, but that is where the selections are limited by space; however, the staff are great about special orders. Also, I've found that when I've wanted to know the info behind the label, these ladies really know pet nutrition.

A Very pared down specialty store. Has a boutique-y atmosphere and high end dog and cat supplies but not what I would call a pet shop. No pet supplies other than for dogs and cats.

I was very pleased with the knowledgeable help I received when choosing a new dog food for my old dog. I was able to get a small sample bag to see if my dog would eat the food. After finding the best food for my dog’s needs and likes larger bags were available on the shelf ready to purchase. Wags to Whiskers includes a large selection of pet care items at reasonable prices. Nothing but the best for our companion pets.

Have what I want. Has a good selection of great dog and cat food. They have dog food and cat food that is actually good for your pet. No Science diet. They're very knowledgeable about their Foods and have great suggestions about what you could feed animals with food issues. That healthier dog treats. They also carry frozen raw food.

I went here with my dog after she had rolled in something smelly and they had $20 baths where they provided the tubs , water, shampoo, towels, the full 9 yards. It was really awesome and she really liked it!
