I had a water leak in the bathroom, that I could not repair by myself. I contacted their office first thing in the morning and the very helpful office staff were able to get me put in their schedule for the day. By 2 pm, Dexter had fixed the leak and I was a happy camper again. The peace of mind, knowing that there is a company that I can contact when I have a plumbing issue and they do their level best to help the customer, is priceless. TCS installed a new efficient heat pump (3 Ton unit) and now my system works like it should. Produces heat even down to 15 degrees before switching to electric resistance heat. Excellent customer service from Mark at sales to Manny at installation.

Dexter and another plumber came out to fix our clogged kitchen sink. They were timely, very professional, efficient and helpful. Have used Total Comfort Solutions several times in the past for a new heat pump, minisplit and occasional plumbing issues and have always had excellent service. Dexter and his understudy showed up on time, sized up the plumbing situation, and accomplished the desired results in a timely, professional manner. I was completely satisfied with the experience.What I was not satisfied with is the $60+ fee for showing up. This is a TCS policy and is no reflection on the employees. They tried to explain the policy to me, but I just couldn’t understand a fee for a service provider to arrived at a job.

Stan was very friendly and visited twice to make sure the measurements were correct. Regardless, the sink didn’t fit perfectly. The installation team did a poor job with the epoxy as pictured. I had to get them from the van as they were leaving and remind them the work order also included plumbing out the disposal. They seemed disappointed to have to return inside to finish the job and seemed to attempt to place the blame on Stan for not communicating the work order to them. Not very professional, would not recommend as it was the more expensive quote we received.

Eric and Terry came to look at our older hydronic baseboard system and they were very helpful and knowledgeable about the best way to proceed with the work we need done. They were so friendly and were very thorough as they went over our system. I spoke to at least four other companies (both HVAC and plumbing companies) who all were unable to help us because we needed someone who could handle both the HVAC and the plumbing side of things. When the cold snap hit we had an issue with our heating but within a couple of hours they had sent out their technician, Jahir, to investigate the issue. Right away we were offered temporary heaters for the house and he went to work attempting to solve the issue. He was very diligent and made multiple calls to figure out what was going on. He explained every step of what was happening and due to his keen ear he heard a specific noise and was able to report that to his supervisor, aiding in diagnosing the issue. The company sent their installation supervisor in right away and they had the problem fixed that day, allowing our family to be toasty warm in 5 degree temps! Both Jahir and the supervisor were very kind and professional, taking the time to explain everything. I really appreciated the friendly and efficient service!(I’m not tech savvy and I believe I may have accidentally deleted my previous review and wrote this review over one I left from a previous visit where Trent was the service provider. Anyway, I’ve had 2 service encounters, one with Trent and the other with Jahir, and both were super friendly and professional!)
