Southgate Center Market is a small grocery store with personalized service. All the staff were friendly and helpful! The fruit and produce section was well stocked and eye appealing! The store was clean and nicely organized. Being form Indiana, it was nice to visit this grocery store and enjoy some small town hospitality!

The best cheesecakes tucked into a small mini fridge with a door directly across across from the bakery case. They are individual sizes. Multiple flavors and they sell out quick! I like this grocery store because they have an old school vibe. The produce always looks great. Checkers are always friendly and helpful. I wish they would expand their gluten-free selections in their grocery area though.

Higher end on prices, but you pay for quality, I enjoy all the local products they carry and the quick convenience of a small store. Staff is always friendly, and deli food is way better than the chain stores! Shop local! Great produce!

Ever since I moved into town, I’ve been a regular shopper here. As it is very close to my home. Prices on a lot of groceries and goods here are high but they do have great sales sometimes. Also excellent bakery and deli. The hamburgers are super good and reasonably priced. Never been to a supermarket that makes hamburgers and have to say I’m very impressed with the quality. Great chicken too. And the staff are always friendly and helpful. Eager to smile and chat with you at the checkout. Had nothing but good experiences shopping here. Stop in and try some of their food today!

I like the meat department, they have reasonably portioned packs for one or two people. The bakery has nice house made goodies including mini cheesecakes made once a week. The deli is one of the best in town. Friendly and helpful staff and wide aisles.

This place has a great bakery with unusual but delicious donuts! They also sell an in house jalapeno cheese dip that's really good. They are small town and super friendly.

Always a great place. Absolutely love shopping there. Employees are so nice and make you feel right at home. If your a regular they ask about your family and make sure all is good. Wish I could shop there more like I use to before moving. Always have great meat sales, worth the trip in the opposite direction & side of town.

Just a quick trip in for a few items. Nice smaller grocery store. Good selection of standard American food. Nice produce section. In house butcher shop. Friendly staff. Reasonable prices. Brand name and local generic store brands. Try the Craven graham crackers. In house bakery makes great cakes, cookies, and donuts. Good selection of deli meats, salads, and sandwiches. Worth a visit.

Celiac disease: Deli employee lied (or not aware of allergies) food made me sick and I've been dealing with stomach cramping/pain since lunch time. Please educate your staff on allergies and medical conditions.

I've been to this grocery outlet many times for groceries, deli convenience foods and postal services. I've even bought a few paperback novels and some greeting cards there.The meat and dairy sections are small and sometimes a little pricey. However, their organic and fresh fruit and vegetable section is large and well stocked. Also, the bread and bakery section has a great selection of specialty breads and delicious goodies. And the Customer Service is first rate and the employees are friendly and professional.

Used to be the best fish and chips in town with no doubt. However they changed the portion size of the fish recently and although it is still good quality, I can no longer recommend it for the price. I am very disappointed as this was my go to place for fish in Walla Walla.

Great deli, great bakery with fresh baked pretzels on Thursdays and Fridays. Love their meat department and selections of good tasting cuts of meat and grain fed hamburger. Store clerks are very friendly and personable.

Southgate Market does not have any self check-outs, reasonable prices, and friendly staff with no lines at the check out It's an old school grocery store, and that means quality.

Went there for an item I needed for dinner. The produce isle was well stocked and clean. This store is not in my normal shopping route but has all the items you would expect to find in a grocery store. The item I was looking for happened to be on sale, so that was a plus.

very clean and under new management with a bit of a different store look. Same people which is wonderful because I known a couple of them for many years. My mom loves to shop local as much as possible and she lives right next to this store.
