SOLD ME FISH WITH ICK!!!! A week ago i bought freshwater fish 2 were guppies and i go back in today for ick treatment only to learn they got rid of the guppies because they had ick!!!! Im so mad i spent $93 on all the fish for them to all get sick because 2 of the ones I bought had ick!!! All of my fish are sick now.

I don't know why these big chain stores feel it's ok to sell animals as pets that they know eat live food, yet won't sell the food. If you sell krickets for lizards you should sell rats for snakes.

Cute little PetSmart business. I really enjoy looking at all the little animals there. Bonus points to this little business because some times a pet store can smell horrible but thankfully this one smells better and cleaner. I always enjoy the little turtles and the arrangement of the different fishes. More likely you’ll find your next pet here!

We love it! We buy the majority of our pet supplies here now - food, treats, toys, the works. (Take a step back, Amazon!)The employees are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Prices are reasonable, and corporate emails volunteer information on upcoming sales. Ordering online for in-store pickup is also a breeze.My only wish is that they would move the guinea pigs to the back of the store. I get lost in childhood memories of "Billy" and must be rudely awakened and dragged from the store by an impatient spouse. Men!

They were not accommodating and did a horrible job each time we took our dog in. They never communicated that our dog was anxious while getting cut and groomed , and put him on the do not service list without even letting us know. Out of all the groomers they have you’re lucky to get the one good one! Horrible communication and no compassion for pets.

We take our terrier poodle mix here for grooming and have seen such a difference in his grooming experience! The groomers do a great job on his coat and are so kind to him. The tail wag when we pull up to the store says it all!

Just another big chain store, be careful when you buy your fish here. Ick outbreak and low attention to detail for fish. They're always out of stock of specific sale items and are having extremely difficult supply chain issues.

Was checking out and something rang up more expensive than it was marked. Returned the item to the shelf and came back to find all my other items that had already been scanned had been put in a cart to the side and they started helping someone else. Left without buying anything because why would I wait in line twice? 🤷🏻‍♂️

Grooming our 65lb doodle. We have been around town to various groomers and we do have an earned perspective of value and quality. Petsmart provides value and quality that keeps us coming back. 4 Thumbs Up!!

I went to pet smart today for the first time ever. Due to how rude the guy was who worked the big and fish section. I will never go back. He was extremely rude to me and back talked the co worker that asked him to help me. He made such a big fuss about having to help me the other co worker ended up giving me a discount on my bugs. But I will never go back. I only went because petco was short staffed and couldn’t open until 10 am today.

They just never ever have what I want every time I go in! So substitutions are hard to find and expensive. I know the price of gas and food is up too. I just think your prices are too much. Thank you for asking.

This particular store is very well kept, all of the associates are really helpful. All of the animals look happy and healthy. The fish department team is particularly knowledgeable and friendly. I love popping in to pick up a toy or treat for my pets.

They did a fairly good job clipping our new puppy(U. S. Toy Shih Tzu) Mollee! Dropped 1 Star because her face trim was uneven! Good service tho and friendly staff!!

I like this chain store s lot better than the other chain store in town. The other one is hit or miss whether or not they have the product my dog has eaten since I've had her. And the product is not an off the wall brand or something like that, it's a major, well known brand and regular flavor.

I was so happy with how well they cut my Shih Tzus hair. And he often times seems upset or nervous after coming home from the groomer but today he was happy. Thank you Petsmart!

My fiancé and I just adopted our first dog together yesterday and PetSmart helped us get amazing deals on food, toys, treats, and more. We have been there about 5 times in the past 24 hrs trying to find things we need and they are super fast and very kind and helpful. Amazing staff! Can be pricey but if you have just adopted and need help I definitely recommend PetSmart.

High score for being in stock on my cat's preferred foods. Low score on Curbside pickup. Even though I use their app to notify that I am present for a pickup. Then after 10 minutes, I have to call and wait another 5 minutes before they bring my order out. Love the store but they need to staff the front end with a flex person for curbsides. Or the managers/supervisors need to get involved!!!

They usually have everything I am looking for. We have adopted twice from here, Cathy is very knowledgeable about specific breeds of cats and can help pair you correctly with a good meower. (We have a very picky cat so we had no luck and have given up trying to pick her up a friend lol)
