I needed to return/exchange dog food. Kimberly was extremely knowledgeable with the pet food ingredients and helped me above and beyond...her customer service is to be commended and rewarded. Also helpful was Uriel in finding my transaction that I had misplaced. They both need HUGE Kudos for their customer service. I was impressed and greatly appreciative. In this day when so many people just don't care, these guys did!!! Kudos to the Walla Walla branch!!!

Very friendly, kind staff and very knowledgeable. They have great prices on all there products. Very knowledgeable staff. We adopted a BMHS kitten (Blue)that was at Petco and they were so helpful and nice. Highly recommend Petco. Pictures below of our new family member! His name is now White Shadow. He plays with the kids, kneads your neck at night when he's tired, he watches out the window as you leave, tries to figure out where the monster is in the drain of the bathtub when it gurgles while your in it, he's fell in a few times.. and loves his dog and cat sister's. He's goofy, lovable, clumsy, funny, loving, playful, good hunter and the baby of the family. We're so glad he's apart of our family. He's brought us much happiness.

Wish I could give (this) PetCo 0 stars (or negative stars).They are VERY rude.I had dropped our small dog off one morning for a grooming appt and planned to pick her up after work as I'd always done before; that day, they called to let me know that she was already done so I informed them that I was at work and would pick her up afterwards as I'd planned. They got upset and said that their new policy was that she had to be picked up within 30 minutes of being done. I couldn't just leave work ... the girl was really rude.Over a year has passed, so I thought that I'd give PetCo some grace and book another appointment; so, I booked an appt online and then got a call from the store that they were canceling due to our (very friendly small) 🐶 dog having been left there longer than allowed that one time back in late 2021.⚠️ Wow! I just won't be shopping at PetCo now EVER AGAIN. 😠ℹ️ PetSmart is now in our town and will receive ALL of our business and referrals from now on. 👍🏼

Personally a HUGE fan of the grooming department. We take our old dog there and he loves everyone! They take such good care of my boy when he has his spa days. They are incredibly loving with all their clients, they are professional, and always follow protocol when it comes to the safety of their staff and pets. :)

Good variety and hard workers here at this store. Weird location and the driveway to get to this store is a bit hidden. I wanted to turn at the light, not the hidden road right after. All in all a good store.

The Petco location in Walla Walla, Washington is tucked away in what seems, to me, like an odd place. The store is clean and the shelves are well stocked. It was not busy at all.

This place smelled so bad, as a wheelchair user having to avoid pee spots with wet floor signs was.. fun.. the poor fish tanks were green the first day we went in. We came back only because the website said that location had the dog food I needed (they didn't, they didn't have any solid gold on display I could find)Some lady brought her dog in big whoop it's a pet store, my grip was that it was wearing a service vest and it was obviously so bad behaved, nobody did or said anything. Again it's a pet store, people bring their animals in oh well. Whatever.This petco specifically I hated. We have one here I love. Maybe this location is super severely understaffed, but that doesn't excuse the poor experience I had at this location. I left feeling like a used potty pad..

Great store. But they always seem to be out of the thick paper pellet bedding I need for my ferrets litter box, unfortunately. Or they usually only have the smaller bags in stock. Which makes me end up having to drive down the road to Pet Smart to get the large bag I need. Other than that, great store and awesome employees!

Went in with a new dog I just picked up from the shelter and the cashier was very helpful. They asked of my dog could have a treat, which was fine with me, but apparently he was too stressed about all the new things just an hour after leaving the shelter, so she gave me a treat to give him later. She got me signed up for the loyalty program and hooked me up with a bunch of useful coupons right away.Everything I needed was easy to find. The selection of dog food was huge. Staff were all around knowledgeable and helpful, too.
