Went to Joann Fabric in Walla Walla yesterday - the start of the Memorial Day sale and my first visit ever to this store (more than an hour away from my home). Store was clean, organized, well stocked - bathroom was clean - and all staff that I dealt with were kind and helpful. I had a lot of small fabric cuts which took a lot of time, and yet the clerk was kind and quite cheerful. She made sure that the fabric was even before cutting every piece. I was in the store a long time so I had chance to observe. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend that you visit this store.

So a friend has this product on their Amazon wish list. And living where l do you would think you could find but town must be to small or its an item that it's in extreme high demand because no one has it. And than l got lucky and found it in the most unlikely place. This totally and completely made my day😁

I used to love visiting this store so much that I originally gave it 5 stars. However, my last few visits have been pretty negative. These are things from the last few visits... I don't know what happened to this store, but I won't be back again.1 - An expensive item had a price very clearly displayed on it. Shelf price was $80 higher than the displayed price. Staff initially argued about honoring the displayed price.2 - Waited more than 10 minutes at the cutting counter with no staff person there, even after requesting assistance. Left the fabric rolls on the counter and walked out.3 - Rang the bell at registers to check out. Heard "Be right there" called out. Waited 8 minutes before setting my things on the counter and walking out.If a store cannot treat customers as though they matter, they do not deserve their customers. I am thankful that Hobby Lobby is here now. Service is always exceptional there.

Some days 3 stars and other days, 5. They have what they have and it's usually enough to get your projects going but you might have to venture online to get everything you wanted. All the seasoned associates are super helpful and they are all polite. Order and pick up in store, there is always something good in the clearance section in the back.

Nice and clean. Beautiful store. Love how they have everything set up. I have to have things simple for me or it gets too Confugeling and they have it clear and easy. I love it! I went in and they had a sale which made everything perfect and even better priced! I am goin to be making jewelry and I now have lots to start it! I am excited!!! Thanks y'all!! Great place to get all my cricut supplies. Clean store and easy to find layout. Fabric selection is superior to other places in town. Their return policy is no questions asked even without a receipt. Customer service was great today and very friendly service.

This store is excellent. Many craft items and fabrics to choose from. Since I do more knitting and crocheting, I have to say the yarn section selections could be much better. The buyer needs to research more of what's trending in fibers.

If you shop online you'll save yourself a lot of money, online something that's $5 will be $10 in the store.That aside I went in to buy something simple & since I'm from Oregon I don't have to pay Washington sales tax.. My husband number is the one set up with the store account and the lady wouldn't let me use it as his name, my husband, didn't match my name.....even though I had my Oregon ID and the same last name..So I had to make my own account with about 5 angry people behind me...Next time I'll shop online.

I've worked in customer service for many years and pride myself in being as helpful and kind as I can be. If I could rate this with less than one star, I would. I can't begin to describe how awful my experience was trying to find help while looking for something in JoAnns in Walla Walla. When I finally found the help I needed the older lady Cathy was very grouchy and rude. She made me feel very uncomfortable in my experience and didn't even point me in the right direction. I decided not to purchase anything from there and found what I needed at Wal-Mart where I received 10x better customer service.

Just purchased fabric and trinkets at this location and had a bad experience. Beth the sales manager was pushy, had aditude and provided a poor sales experience, she allso seized my personal property and searched it without my consent for coupons on my personal email. I work in marketing and customer service and honestly the experience was unacceptable.

Great customer service. The employees are very helpful. It's not a big with all the features of a Jo-Ann's in a larger area so at times the items in Stock can be limited.

A Great Experience! Just before Xmas, I bought yardage at Joann's in Olympia, WA to make dinner napkins out of for gifts. Several of my recipients wanted to know if they could have a couple more. Back at Joann's in OLY they were out and a computer check said that the only place anywhere was joann's walla walla and they only had 6 yards of that pattern! I called Walla Walla and a helpful young woman looked and couldn't find it, But she had an idea! She engaged a co-worker and they both scoured the shelves and voila!!! They found it and called me back. I purchased it and they sent it to me the next day. All my friends and family are so excited. And I am so proud to give Walla Walla Joann's Fabrics a five star rating!! Well Done, Walla Walla

We love Jo-Ann's you can always find quality home decor at reasonable prices. We have a small area to place Christmas, so when we found a lamp with a winter theme we bought it to use throughout the holidays. Thank-you Jo'Ann's Fabric.

Of the two Craft stores in Walla Walla, JoAnn's has the most fabric. Their fabric counter employees are much more pleasant than most of the other JoAnns, which is very refreshing. If they are looking for suggestions on ways to improve their store, I would suggest sweeping on a regular basis, and improving the lighting.

Complete lack of fashion fabrics and what little there is is just polyester, nylon or acetate, which all of are just plastic. Every other month, there is less and less for garment sewing. I shoukdn't have to go on the web for things that must be seen in person. If I order, I'm stck with it, which is a totsl waste of my money.
