I absolutely love hobby love! The store was very clean and had great sales on all sorts of things! I love the options of picture frames and that the can do some custome frames! They have such beautiful and elegant options!They also have a great selection of candles. Decorative ones, ones to put on candle holders, and very large ones.This place is always fun to walk around and get ideas for home projects and craft projects

Cannot recommend the print shop for hobby lobby in Walla Walla at all. Complete fail in framing a print I brought in. Multiple voicemails explaining why they couldn't do a simple job. 5 weeks later I went to pick up my print without the framing and was told they'd framed it anyway. When I examined their work the frame itself was damaged and they expected me to just take it and pay for it as it was. Avoid for sure. They will not be getting any of my business.

Love the looking at all the different craft ideas. The store is beautifully kept and the employees are helpful. Management seems a bit stressed but it is the holidays so it's to be expected.

Love to walk in and just enjoy everyth they got its fun and if someth i can afford i will bye it .But when some manager is following you all over the store like I'm shoplifting made the visit very unpleasant every time I turned around he was lurking around corners from the minute I walked in to the minute I paid I don't carry a big purse to be stuffing it with anything and I had a backpack on and I did not take it out for anything that'd be the only way I could shoplift if I was to but I had no intentions of it that man needs to back off he's really making customers feel uncomfortable I understand he has a job to do and if he has any suspicion of anybody he has the right to do that but when you see that they're not up to nothing then he needs to back off there's cameras in there too he could go tell the camera man keep an eye on this person that way I don't see him and feel him around the corner or right behind me it was the most uncomfortable situation I've been I don't think I'll be going in there anymore I'll go to Jo-Ann's as much as I love hobby lobby

The store is very clean. They have a wonderful variety of hobbies and crafts and random things to look at. I love the sales. They usually have whatever I need for my artwork and crafting. I really like their fabric selection. Although I am sad that this particular Hobby Lobby got rid of their heavy duty upholstery fabics. This Hobby Lobby is one of my favorite stores to just walk around in.

There are never enough cashiers regardless of which store you patronize. Their merchandise generally has enough stock to fulfill customer requirements. Often, it is difficult to find an associate on the floor to answer questions or give directions. However, the people at the front counters are very good at answering questions or giving directions. Their sales are always in force and a large amount.

This store is always packed in the evenings but that doesn’t stop them from closing at 8:00. I assume this is so that their employees can get home at a decent hour (yay!). What always stops them from getting 5 stars though is how generally annoyed the staff is when you show up at any point after 7:00. Tonight I literally watched a manager usher some people through the store at 7:40 and then stand there behind them while they chose their item only to have him use the phone in their aisle to announce that it was 7:45 and they needed to make their way to the front of the store or come back tomorrow. Stay classy manager man.

If I go in wearing anything rainbow, the staff follows me around the store , it's made me feel really uncomfortable. Have tried to address it with them but management just reassured me it wasn't Homophobia without actually reassuring me of anything or explaining why then they follow me around the store when I wear rainbows.

Beautiful store, friendly cashiers but am sorely disappointed in management. Sign advertising 90% off fall floral. I chose a light colored sprig that was amongst 2 different colored sprigs. Management said that one isn't on sale. I said it's with the others in the 90%off section it's the same thing just a different color. They refused to honor the sale price that was clearly marked 90% off. Had it been a completely different item I would understand. I guess it's worth the 8 or so dollars to have an unhappy customer knowing full well that I was going to submit a review

5 star complaint:So many complaints about this place:1. Every time I go, they fail to provide me with a map - therefore, I am doomed to wander hopelessly.It feels as though I have entered the Maze Runner movie. I wander in the never-ending landscape of project ideas, seasonal candle scents, and ridiculously adorable wall decor - constantly changing every month.2. Memory Loss - Each time I enter the building, I seem to endure some sort of short-term amnesia.Prior to arriving, I set a specific dollar amount I am allowed to utilize for my provisions. However, amongst the constantly and ever-changing landscape, the amnesia sets in, and my $30 shopping list budget for "a few needed supplies" in August quickly becomes $300 in entirely ESSENTIAL Christmas decor purchases for my fireplace mantle and foyer!Clearly, within 15 minutes, the amnesia and Christmas candle scents have set in strongly... because I have neither a mantle OR foyer.3. Hobby Lobby has affected my genetic lineage.. my babies.. my offspring -Even my beloved children have now become enslaved to the aisles of this twisted pleasure maze of modern cars, adorable miniatures, fairytale themed beads, and lockets They have even now created their on theme song they sing on our way to the glowing doorway as we approach, and I fear for what this means for our beautifully decorated and cozy home life moving forward...5 Star terror.. truly.
