Tons of selection, helpful staff, great value product lines.HF’s premium in-house lines like Icon and Hercules are without a doubt competitive with top tier name-brand performance, but often less than half the price. This is definitely the spot for any tools you need if you don’t care about the name-brand or platform.

We ordered online for pickup on 1/16/22 and our order stated it was being prepared for nearly an hour. We called as we were almost there to get our food to see what time it would be ready only to be told they had paused our order due to an emergency with their staff. What would normally not be a big deal actually was for us since we have had such a hard day and just needed to eat we went in and spoke with the manager who was kind even though I was clearly upset about my order. I am grateful for this manager and his patience and very sorry for not being able to show concern for the staff member at the time. That is not my character and truly hope the hostess is doing better.

Excellent service from two store employees, one especially named kirk. I was buying a new kind of tool I had no previous experience with, and they were incredibly patient. I explained that severe arthritis in my hands affects my ability to use tools, and they patiently worked with me to find which items were most user friendly for me, even opening boxes so I could get the feel. I found everything on my list, including a few things I'd thought I was going to have to go elsewhere to find, but they had them.I've been treated rudely in some other hardware stores when I've asked for similar help accommodating my needs, so this was a real treat. I actually had fun in the store.I used to tell friends that harbor freights quality wasn't good, but I have a new perspective. I bought a pressure washer there last winter that I use often and it's going great.And, while it is true there are some less durable items, sometimes I just need to get a project done quickly and cheaply and it doesn't matter if some of the smaller hand tools, paint brushes or whatever are ready to quit when I am.And, I'm finding that when I have a new interest, like yesterday when I bought my first air compressor, I can get into everything I need at a price I can afford. Learn how it all works and get a few jobs done, and if I really get into it then I can start upgrading to the more expensive items or accessories. The staff I met yesterday were polite, well informed about their products and happy to help. I'm glad we have a harbor freight.

Went to make a return/exchange. Simple right? Absolutely not. Bald guy with the beard was one of the rudest people I have ever met. He refused to look at the receipt date, only to say that my 5 day old purchase couldn’t be returned because it was “over 90 days”. A return and exchange turned into a 20 minute waste of time that involved the manager who also wasn’t very helpful. Those of y’all reading this- take your business to Home Depot, they actually know what they’re doing.

If you're a tinkerer like me, this place is heaven. Lots of specialty tools that are not available anywhere else in town, and the prices are great. Some of the electric power tools, are probably not quality enough to be used full time every day, but for the hobby guy like me, they work great. I have bought many air tools there and never had issues with any if them.

Love the prices. I recently bought a small mig welder for less than a hundred bucks which is crazy cheap. It’s obviously just for weekend mechanics like myself but has been working well now for about a year after many uses. The staff is always very helpful and polite.

Harbor freight is a great starter store for all kinds of one time projects, or trying new hobbies. When you need a tool and cant afford the major brands these guys are there. They have a great return policy, if it breaks they replace it. The stores are imaculent, and there is plenty of ready to help knowledgeable staff around. I've never had to wait in line or have had to look for an employee for help. The employees are nicely attired and always professional.

Lots of stuff. I.will stick to my snap on tools though. Certain things I wouldn't mind going there for but there's a lot of other things that I wouldn't go there for due to the quality is not as strong or good they do have a 30-day money-back bring in receipt. Everyone was nice as we passed by them fixed or lots of things if you're on a tight budget definitely could be a place you can go to but don't expect the quality is what good for a cheaper price

Very helpful staff, when it was discovered that one of their items was defective we were able to get a note from the manager saying that we could get it at the sale price when they replaced the item. It is harbor freight so it's not the place to get heirloom tools to pass on to your heirs. But you will be able to get good tools for a really low price that will do the job.

A friend and I got to the store about 15 minutes befiore closing and were warned as we walked in that they would be closing soon. Everyone was very friendly and kept asking if they could help us find something. I finally realized when a worker came to the aisle we were on to see if we were ready to checkout yet at 10 minutes till closing that the staff were really just interested in getting us out of the store so they could cliose. I knew the time and didn't appreciate being rushed/pushed.

Ordered a toolbox over a month ago from the Walla Walla store and it still hasn't arrived. They said they didn't know when it would be here but maybe in three more weeks. I got a refund and bought one from the Home Depot instead. Harbor freight's customer service was lousy at best. Not ordering from there again that's for sure. They said a district manager would contact me and that didn't happen either. That didn't surprise me though.

Great place to buy house hold items that you need to repair for your home. Great employee's and great products. Plenty of parking outside the building. Clean store. The employees are friendly and polite and respectful and ready to assist you.

I give this particular harbor freight a -3 stars cashier with the afro was extremely rude and disrespectful! 10 of us in line and when I get up there to set my items down to be rung up he tells me to step back in line aggressive manner looking at me like I was trying to strong arm him. I think it is because I am white and have a mohawk. I didn't care for the rude and disrespectful attitude I was given

The staff wasn’t necessarily very knowledgeable. But that might have just been one employee that I had a run-in with. They couldn’t find a item and said they didn’t have it. I then proceeded to go and find that item. But other than that no complaints.

Bought a sprayer and within 2 weeks the plastic pump came apart. Come in to ask about it and was told I could return it as along as it was empty. I did exactly that the next day and was told by a different cashier with a massive hairdo, that return of the sprayer could not be done at the store and would have call a 800 number.I was so irritated, I just left on the counter and said throw it in the garbage.My product was dysfunctional and so is their staff.
