This place was always fun to shop at because you really don't know what you will find. Selection changes frequently. The big drawback for me personally is that they do NOT ACCEPT CHECKS and apparently I forgot this, which is why I had not been there in forever. They also used to have much better prices then your average grocery store, and while there are still some good deals to be had, overall the "compare to" prices seemed inflated. Service was good. Store was clean.

Grocery outlet is always my first stop. I love seeing the wide variety of products. I always find something that I can't find anywhere else. The prices are great too.

They treated my elderly 83-year-old mother like a criminal. The owner accused her of 'intent to steal". He called the cops on her over $2 batteries, that he assumed she was going to take. Shame on you! You do not know how to treat the elderly. Beware of this store.

They accused my grandma of stealing and racially profiled her because she couldn’t understand or speak English. No one at the store spoke Spanish and even called the cops over a pair of batteries. Disappointed and no Spanish speaker should go there unless you want to be discriminated against!!! My grandma is 83 YEARS OLD! Screw the managers and sick employee who yelled at her. How dare you make an old lady cry.

I like their prices and variety. I dislike how they keep rearranging standard items. Takes me longer to shop. I dislike the changing inventory but I understand that is more about availability etc. Great checkers and helpful staff.

I will not be shopping in any grocery outlet stores until this is properly handled.POST COPIED FROM ANNAYD SALAZAR’S FACEBOOK🚨‼️Please take time to read the horrific racism my grandmother experienced at Grocery Outlet‼️🚨I am writing to bring to your attention a deeply troubling incident that occurred at your store recently, involving my 83-year-old grandmother. I believe it is crucial to address this matter to ensure the well-being of your Spanish speaking customers and value fairness and respect.Today 1/9/24 my grandmother visited your store and opened a pair of batteries by accident. Despite her limited proficiency in English, an employee accused her of theft, leading to verbal abuse in English, which she couldn't fully comprehend. Despite her repeated requests for a translator, assistance was NOT provided!The situation escalated further, resulting in the store's decision to involve law enforcement. Law enforcement also wouldn’t allow her to call relatives to help translate. My grandmother was ultimately expelled from the premises, accompanied by harsh remarks, and hate speech. This created a distressing experience for her and came home crying not knowing what she did wrong.I understand the importance of maintaining a secure shopping environment. However, I am deeply concerned about the lack of cultural sensitivity displayed and the failure to accommodate a non-English speaker, particularly an ELDERLY INDIVIDUAL. This incident reflects poorly on the store's commitment to diversity and inclusion.I urge you to conduct a thorough investigation into this matter, addressing the following concerns:1. The lack of provision for a translator when requested.2. The expulsion of an elderly individual without due consideration for her inability to fully comprehend the situation.I believe it is important for your store to take immediate corrective action, including implementing cultural sensitivity training for your staff.

Couple of days ago my mother (83 yrs old) had the worst experience shes ever had. Being a loyal customer since I can remember. She was accused of stealing batteries?!! Which is completely untrue! She was cornered by managers and then the police with intimidation, not even being allowed to defend herself! My mother was terrified! She didnt understand what was going on (spanish speaker). It was awful! She was alone. Defenseless. Wasnt provided a translator and was being accused, how could they do that, to assume?! Without her kids to defend her. She was discriminated against and taken advantage of. SHAME ON YOU GROCERY OUTLET! You are RACISTS!! NEVER GO TO THAT STORE! THE WORST OWNERS! I give them a 0!

You should be ashamed grocery outlet. You allegedly accused my 83yr old mother of attempting to steal $2.00 batteries from your store. You cornered her so she wouldn't leave, then called the cops on her. Im sure you ommited the value was only about $2 otherwise I cannot see the police dept wasting their resources sending 2 officers to your store. The worst part of it all is that my mother doesn't speak English and you Jason, just didn't care and continued with this injustice.My mother has been shopping at your store for over 20 yearsJason, you are heartless.

I was surprised at all the amazing produce. But what I liked the most was all the excellent hard ciders and beers. I chose this cider and love love love it. My husband chose the beer. I tasted it. We both think it is excellent.

I need to make it a point to go there more often sometimes I forget, but I will be sure to make a list just for them!! I went to work after my last trip telling my coworkers about the prices of things that they use so I know that several of them will be visiting!!

It's clean. What's to be expected for this kind of store most of the employees are nice. When line start to get relatively long they start to call people up which is nice. Returns are simple exchanges are simple. I really liked one girl I didn't catch her name but she was extremely nice to my son and gave him stickers and really was about customer service.

Don’t shop here! They’re extremely racist and disrespectful. I came in to purchase an online order and the cashier forgot to bag an item and basically accused us of stealing. SMH, even after checking the receipt and cameras showing her misplace it.

Great experience. Always have the staples you need and often foods you won't find anywhere else, and you can't beat the prices. Locally and family owned and operated, friendly helpful staff. This is the first place to go for groceries in Walla Walla.

Outstanding. Best prices in town by far. I got my Beyond Sausage at 50% less than Safeway today. Don't have the selection of brands like bigger stores but pretty good...and they are always gonna be 40-50 percent less than Andy's and Safeway. Just smart to check these guys out.

I'd never shopped at the Grocery Outlet until coming here, and this place is a trip! You can't count on finding the same things each time, but they often have awesome items at great prices. Always fun to check it out.
