Dutch Bros is always a great experience for my family. The treats are always fresh and so very good! Their drinks are always top notch!Vegetarian options: They have many different milks you can choose from.Dietary restrictions: They have several dietary restriction ootions. For me personally, I have a lot of chronic health issues and they can accommodate them all. They have decaffeinated options (carburetor) for my Hypertention and my stage 3 kidney disease, low fat for my help with health choices, and sugar-free for my Diabetes.Parking: They have 3 or 4 spots at the front of the building for people who want to use the walk-up window. They also have a parking area behind the building.Kid-friendliness: They have a handful of drinks specialized for kids.

I definitely prefer this location vs the one on 9th street! Even though this one is across town and usually a lot more busy. The employees there are worth it! I've had a few bad experiences with one of the employees at the other location(ive heard he is actually the assistant manager i believe). I'd definitely recommend this one if you happen to want to make the trip to this side of town!

Every time I go to this location they always remember my drink and they are always so kind. Today Maddie(who just came back to work at DB after 2 years) remembered my drink !! How awesome is that! ♥️♥️ They are the best

Went to get a drink today, and ended up leaving WITHOUT a drink because ALL of the employees that were working were more worried about holding/petting a puppy from the car in front of me then taking any orders from the cars in line..all the employees saw I was in line as they looked directly at my car but continued holding and petting the dog. Poor customer service and very disappointed..

We spend plenty of money at Dutch Bros on a regular basis but on this particular 100 degree afternoon we just wanted to purchase two ice waters. The very kind barista said that their manager forces them to charge a lot for ice waters, oh boy was she right. $8.00 for two ice waters. We were expecting to pay several dollars and that was no problem but $8.00! Come on Dutch Bros that is RIDICULOUS! We thanked her for her time and left. This is a very poor practice Dutch Bros and is a great way to turn loyal customers into unloyal customers. 😞😞😞

Its a dutch bros! The staff is knowledgeable and super friendly. I may not know the names of the drinks, but if I can describe what one looks like, I get the right one (e.g. I can say "the Rebel that is the color of swamp water" and get the Electric Berry. Or "the Rebel that tastes like a sunrise" and get the Sweet Sunrise (it was a surprise rebel at another DB and i never learned the name!))

I love going to Dutch Bros! They are always fun and engaging even if they are busy. They never act like they deserve their tips. It is always a gift and they appreciate every one they get. The coffee is as good as the service.

I will always be a HUGE fan of Dutch! We are so lucky to have this company around! They are amazing staff members and even better batista's. I love the energy from all of the staff, they all have became good friends, since I'm such a regular! When I passed all my classes last quarter, they all celebrated and toasted with an ice chai with me lol (my regular drink) They truly are amazing people and the drinks are above expectations and the prices can't be beat!

The company keeps changing policies and making things harder for simple requests. I have no real reason to return. I try to help local business with simple requests, but now I'll just save my money and not worry about it. This is the 2nd DB with the same issues. If it goes company wide I guess ill never visit DB again.

Thank you Dutch Bros for putting a face behind your brand in an era of corporate dissonance.⭐⭐⭐ Original Review: Kind of disappointed. My wife and I stopped by the drive-thru for a seasonal hot beverage. It was unremarkable and under flavored. However, the smiles were wide and the staff friendly. I'm inclined to believe that my experience is an anomaly and by no means the norm. But I think I'll stick to my favorite Americano in the future.

Fast service and always nicest staff service but the last 4 times 😢 the flavor for my latte is too weak. Last time I even ordered an extra flavor and could hardly taste it. 4 times.... it's not right.

Great drinks, friendly staff, quick service! I reccomend you bring a small hand towel though, there's usually always coffee dripping off the outside of the cups. Small drive-thru, but effective! Right off of Issacs in Eastgate.

So I visited the one on issacs yesterday normally I go to the other one so they know just how I like my drink but the peeps are always nice enough and my coffee was not terrible just needs that slight extra that my 9th peeps knows what's up🤗 but I shall continue to go to any dutch when I am in need of coffee because I know that it will be better and friendly folks up in there.
