The coffee here is awful. Theyre flavored coffee machine is down, so I got regular coffee thinking I cld spice it up w some creamer. They only had Irish cream.. the coffee was cold and old as sin. It smelled and tasted awful. My hunny wouldn't even drink it. That cost me almost 3$. Total rip off. Not impressed

The clerk was slovenly and rude, with no personal hygiene at all. My husband and I were getting gas and I asked to use the bathroom. He hesitated and then told me they didn’t have one. I’m pregnant. He said only restaurants are required to have one. He said that calling the corporate office wouldn’t do any good.

Some of the worst customer service in town. People are banned from the property left and right over things they didn't even do, or misunderstandings. Their drink machines are mislabeled, and the employees are incredibly rude, as well as unwilling to discuss and resolve even a minor miscommunication. That is on top of most things being way overpriced. I will avoid this store as often as I can, and would suggest you do the same.

I come here every morning to get redbulls never once have I been asked to leave my purse unattended at the front so miss Kara who I guess is the assistant manager for 3 weeks Has come up with a rule to leave your purse unattended upfront I set my red bull down then she continued to help the guy behind me if this is an assistant manager this isn't gonna be good because a 100% I will not be back chevrons right down the street. I came because I like the people not because I can't walk down the street. Great start at your new job. I also need to add that the smell has become way to much and needs to be attended to.

Spent an obscene amount on fuel and was looking forward to using the restroom. Was informed that it was not “public” even for paying customers. Dirty and shelves were pretty bare.

Hands down not the greatest for a quick stop store! The last few times I’ve stopped by it seems like nothing is working. Soda machine is always broken, shelves are practically empty, all that remodeling and still not functioning. Management needs a serious overhaul or just staffing in general!

Stopped in after a 10 hour shift to get smokes and I get told they don't accept my coupon even tho I was in here yesterday and used the same kind of coupon. Make sure to trian your employees better

my aunt and uncle went to the place on 2nd st in walla walla. He is 58 and went to buy a pack of cigarettes but had forgotten his ID. so his wife who had her ID went to go buy it for him was told by the cashier that she couldn't sell it to my aunt because she was buying it for her husband. she was very rude and laughed at my aunt as she left the store. if this is the way the store treats customers then we will no long give are business to them. i understand about it being a policy to card for tobacco products. but how they are treating people is unacceptable.

It's a fast pace store ,it has alot of traffic ,the service there is deffinetly as good as the customers are to them . They are nice ppl that work there, they are just very buzzy. The coffee has never been low for me. They have like 2 or 3 coffee pots.

Really cool person working there tonight. I was short a few cents and he covered the rest with his own money. Hella chill. My husband and I go here often, and by far the best employee ( might of been a manager Idk) I've encountered at a convienence store. Very personable and helpful. Thanks man!

Just got back from there bought 2 coffees for 6$ and a 20ounce cherry Pepsi still have my receipt got home and the guy behind the counter with the man bun didn't put both coffees in the bag so to me that's theft as I had already paid for them I've tried calling 3 xs and no answer which is odd as I sit there on the street most nights watching traffic and it's not too busy where they can't answer the phone when the lil old lady who works there store busy as hell can do her job and answer the phone to me the store is great but the employees are not very friendly and need more training only one there with a brain is Dave the manager

Cherrie was by herself on a Sunday afternoon and she had a huge line but she handled it like a boss!!! Way to go Cherrie!! You didnt loose it with all the customers you had you worked that line down like a pro..no panicking , not mad or upset ...Went there tonight and she was so helpful and so polite and I appreciate that espically when I just got done with MY work day !!
