I think of this as a mini- Walmart, but better because it is locally owned and operated. The people are friendlier and the stuff more down home. I especially love the live plants and veggie starts.

Helpful, welcoming, and down to earth staff work here. This Bi-Mart has been in our community for ages, and continues to provide good service and quality products. On my most recent visit, a staff member gladly looked for extra stock and shared when a new shipment might bring in more. The store seemed clean and tidy, and offers a wide range of items to suit most needs.

This store has a little bit of everything (hardware, groc, sporting goods, etc) at reasonable prices. Very helpful staff. Easy to find someone if you have a question.

Love this store. Always find what I am after. Customer service is always great. Most importantly I don't have to go through self check out. As they don't have self check out. That's a huge plus for me.

I shop there at least once a week. BiMart consistently has items i can't find at other stores or can't afford at other stores. It's my go-to for every department.

We are new to Walla Walla and don't want to shop at Walmart. We discovered Bi-Mart and it's a great alternative. A small town store with what we were looking for. I'm glad to know we have local alternatives.

Great place where they seem to have such a wide selection that you can usually find what you want. Similar to a non-grocery Walmart but with a nicer atmosphere, higher quality products and wider selection. Employees are friendly and it has a hometown main street feel.

I love this place. I wish we had anything even close to Bi-Mart in the multi-million inhabitant urban center I live in. Great selection of all the things you need. Great prices. It's kind of what you wish Walmart was like instead of how it is.

The staff are always helpful and friendly, and you don't have to walk out with the shame of being in a WalMart. Somewhat random selection of items, but you can typically find what you need whether that is bedding plants, kitchen products, tools, computer printer ink, fishing licenses, pet food, and much more.

I have never been to Bi-Mart before and for my first experience there were many Pros in a few cons. I was not greeted with uninviting attitude. The woman seemed to irritated that I couldn't get through the door nobody was holding it for me and I was pushing a cart with my toddler in it. That's how it started then when we were wandering around the store and I was doing my shopping I honestly felt followed for a moment it was strange hard to describe. The store has awesome stuff and great sales most prices are better than their competitor. But I couldn't find anybody to help me for like 10 minutes it felt like probably not but still. As I proceeded to check out the cashier was unique. I'm not sure what was the deal but again no kind of inviting attitude short conversation I don't know it was weird the people that work there make it weird everything else about it is good it's clean has sales. Four stars because of the customer service.

Friendly and helpful staff, and if course great prices. Bathroom had an impressive cleanliness sheet where employees sign what they've cleaned every 2 hours and customers can even write comments on the bathroom cleanliness sheet. They are raising the standard and I dig that. 5 stars.

Found what I was looking for when Walmart didn't have what I was looking for. Bi-Mart is clean and the employees are sweet and nice and polite and friendly and respectful and helpful. The parking lot has plenty of spaces for parking. Decent prices on some things.

Excellent variety of goods available from pharmacy to pet supplies to clothing to electronics to tools, plants, kitchen supplies, outdoor furniture, and more. Clean store, friendly staff, small fee for lifelong membership, well worth it. Highly recommended.

Great service! I had a medical episode and my sd had to perform her duties. I sat in their display recliner with her and a staff came by to check on me and made sure I was ok and said to ask for help if I needed it. No concern that we were sitting in a chair with my sd on my lap/chest.

I like that BiMart is employee owned. Prices are pretty good, often lower than Wmart. Staff is friendly and helpful. Selection is pretty good. They sell sporting goods hardware and paint. I love that there is no self check out in this store. I have been a member for 40 years.

Quite impressed by some of the lower prices at bi-mart this week. Cashier's were extremely friendly. Glad to be a member for now than 20 years and updating my telephone number was a breeze right at the door!
