I highly recommend Armored Knights Locksmith! Bryan saved the day for my family after we locked ourselves out of our house on a holiday weekend. When we called him, he answered and was at our house within 30 minutes. He was fast and friendly! His fee was also very fair and reasonable. I hope we don’t get locked out again in the future, but if we do, we will definitely call him! Thank you Bryan!!

Poorly managed since Mark sold it.Went to get keys made, they didn't have them... Told the guy to order them & came a week later.He STILL didn't order anything, then the other guy ordered the wrong ones. All in all, wasted my time & gas 3 times before FINALLY getting what I needed. No discount, no apologies & rude demeanor from the counter guy.Stick with Bennets Locksmith (if you can get a hold of them)

I called and they were there in 15 min! The guy was beyond wonderful and he had amazing energy! My partner passed away and we needed a new key made for his car and the owner was beyond gentle with the whole process. I called 2 other locksmiths in Walla Walla which both did not answer and they answered by the first ring. 10/10 recommend! Needing a locksmith is usually a stressful situation but not with them! You could also tell he really cared about your things!

Had an absolutely Epic and wonderful experience. These guys are friendly and efficient! Made sure that I had proof of ownership and checked ID before making new chip keys for my truck after my son lost the only one we had. They never answered. I called a few times and it said if no one answers you can text. So I sent a text. No one ever got back to me and I ended up going with another place which also sucked. But at least they answered.

Walmart couldn't copy keys for me (they only have a computer operated machine owned by 3rd party company now, and it only works for house keys, and master locks...) Home Depot were "out of stock" of all 3 style keys I needed copies of..... So looking up locksmith's online and Armoured Knights was the only one open. They were nice, but it seemed funny to me that the guy who (I think owned the place) was behind the counter got very confused when I told him I needed 3 copies of 2 house keys, and 2 copies of 1 car key... We had to go over it several times before the message was clear, anyway other than that my visit was great, they have lots of specialty keys, and items, even a giant safe for sale. Everyone was nice even though they seemed very busy. I would give them more stars but the car keys stick pretty bad in the locks, and I have to jiggle them around to work..

Worst customer service I’d never recommend, these guys used to be on it but seems now they can’t handle anything! I paid 300 for a new key and key fob that was broken instantly from where they put the screw in too tight or whatever the case was, has a hard time turning off and he got angry because I was trying to understand what could be the problem! I asked for a oem key fob which he said it was (that was a lie) and now I’m stuck with this problem that they wanna try and diagnose, well I also bought a new fob case from them to replace the cracked and missing screw from having to turn it so many times to get it out and the key fob case with the same chip from the other case would not let me start the car !! How unprofessional rude (both times I was there) and forgetful this owner is would make me say never get something complicated done here as it seems they can’t handle it!

Bryan was extremely helpful, both over the phone and in person. He was knowledgeable and able to answer many of my questions before I even went to the store. When I did have to go to the store he had everything ready for me by the time I arrived and got me all set up in just a couple minutes. Price was comparable to other places we checked. Very pleasant and professional personality.I was impressed enough to text my husband as soon as I left the store to tell him we needed to call Armored Knight’s for any future locksmith needs. Brian helped to get into my family's safe after the key and code were lost. Not only did he quote me a much lower price, he offered a non-invasive solution. Other competition only wanted to drill, which was more expensive and then costly to replace. After about 20 minutes he was able to get the safe open, with both the contents inside and safe itself in great condition. Plus he was friendly the whole way through. Definitely a great service!

A bit difficult to get accurate info and call backs but when I showed up for my eventually scheduled 1 pm appointment, I was more than satisfied with the work. I wanted to have a spare wireless remote that handled the locks, trunk, alarm, and horn and I'd read on the internet that for my vehicle, a '03 Saturn, it was 1) impossible to do except at a dealer, or 2) could only be done by a PROFESSIONAL locksmith.And that's what I found at Armored Knights, professional service. They had the GM programming equipment needed and had my new and old wireless key remotes reprogrammed to the cars ECM within an hour. I had checked with the local Chevy service dept and they quoted $175! Here at Armored Knights it cost $46 and that included a new spare key and key ring - I brought my own new remote I bought off the internet but it is an exact replacement. They do carry remotes in stock as I saw the display. Everything works perfectly. Highly recommended, very happy with the work and the economical price. Thank you!

I called them to ask if they would help a elderly woman get into her vehicle as she recently lost her home of 8 years and is currently at the Christian Aid Center and has no money as she is on SSI and without hesitation or being rude they promptly asked their boss and were allowed to come let her into her vehicle free of charge with no judgement and this is simply amazing and kind and I would highly recommend them based simply on the fact that they didn’t judge and were not rude in the slightest!!!!!They offered their services free of charge..so kind of you all!!

I lost my uhaul key. Uhaul hooked me up with Armored Knight locksmiths. Their staff is courteous and made sure that I had the correct key by night time in order to return my U-Haul the next morning. Brian is very nice and trustworthy. When I called him he came out right away and then told me that he actually meant to have his phone off, but he still came out in the middle of the night. He also popped my car door frame back into place after he opened it. His rates were also very fair.

I inadvertently locked my car keys in the trunk of my car. Our insurance dispatched a local technician to open our trunk. The technician was able to open our car doors (complete with several series of neighborhood-disturbing honking alarms) but was unable to access the trunk from the back seat of the car.The next day (Sunday), my wife contacted Armored Knights Locksmith. Traditionally, weekends have been a nightmare for those needing professional locksmith services. In less than an hour, however, the business owner, Bryan, arrived at our residence to open our car trunk.A friend and I were impressed with the wonderful combination of Bryan's professional expertise and personable demeanor. He even went the extra mile to remedy damage done to the right front door of the car by the other technician.A final positive point is that Bryan's service fee was fair and competitive. Inquiry regarding the potential manufacturing of a second CHIP key resulted in a surprisingly reasonable price quote.Based on this initial business contact, I have nothing but high praise for Bryan and his Armored Knights Locksmith business.Service: Car lockouts

I'm not from around Walla Walla, and I locked my keys in my trunk right before I was about to drive back home. He showed up really fast to Milton Freewater and helped me get into my car. Brian is also the nicest person I've ever worked with, even if it was only for 10 minutes. 10/10 would recommend.
