I really appreciated the staff at Animal Clinic East. My dog very suddenly passed away. I called a number to take him to and was told to bring him here. Once I arrived they were opening the doors, and noticed how hysterical I was. They took me to a room and were so very compassionate through this hard time. I was having him cremated and determining the cause of death. The clinic had called me multiple times to let me know what was going on. They never minded if I called more than I should of just trying to get my baby back home. They have been beyond helpful and I am so grateful they were there.

We don't have a ton of choices around here for veterinary needs, and it seems that the prices reflect this. But they are great with their patients and go the extra mile to send reminders when it's time to schedule an appointment, birthday wishes, and if the unfortunate need arises, condolences. Every patient is valued. And I like that they do morning drop offs for emergency work ins.

Michelle in the grooming center is so fantastic! She is incredibly patient with dogs new to grooming and she's always so kind to owners. My dog made her bleed from scratches the first time he was groomed and within two more sessions he was just wiggling up into her arms for snuggles. 14/10 would recommend.

Dr Cox and the staff were compassionate and supportive during Pipers mysterious illness. Hospitalization and fear she might die were coupled with appropriate treatment and love which brought her back. Thank you for not giving up and doing your research to find some solutions that led her recovery.

I was there and was refused service after my dog was vomiting blood and pooping blood, I have taken my dog there for over 3 years now I was given miss information by one of the vet nurses about vaccinations.. (parvo) thankfully it wasn’t parvo.. once I called and brought her in and confronted one of the nurses in a respectful way about my dogs health she refused my service called me a liar and told me to leave the facility, I never have felt so bad before, I had to drive around looking for a vet too take her in after they would not help me when my dog was shaking and vomiting blood meanwhile as I’m almost crying I felt helpless I pulled my dog out of that clinic for good, lost all my respect for that company. Dogs health are more important then someone’s ego, they should have put away there feelings and helped that is there job. Do not blame me and say it’s my misunderstanding again take your ego out of it.

It has been many years since I have been so impressed with a veterinarian. In this case it was actually 2 different veterinarians on two different days for 2 very different reasons PLUS, the support staff is incredible as well. We found that every single person in the clinic was kind, knowledgeable, compassionate and committed to doing their very best. I would recommend this clinic and it's staff all day, every day.

Susan Fazzari has been our dear friend for years, and our go-to veterinarian for 18 years. I had an emergency situation with our puppy that fell on Susan’s surgery day. I chose to see Dr. Brooke Cox as she had an early opening. I was so impressed by Dr. Cox’s diligence and care for our little girl. She followed up with me several times by email that day to ensure that Ivy was on the mend. Solidified my feeling that Animal Clinic East hires only the best. Shout out to Addy as well—a very caring vet tech. Thanks for being there for us!

We've been using Animal Clinic East since we adopted our cats 7 years ago and have had many great experiences with them over the years. Apparently there was slight miscommunication concerning us bringing both cats in at the same time during our most recent appointment, but you guys rolled with it and I appreciate you all being kind and helping keep our cats (Thomas and Belle) healthy.

They would not answer the phone kept getting groomers when I needed medical help for my three year old kitty who was vomiting and could hold nothing down they finally answered only to tell me to go to Tricities they couldn't see her for a month...they were rude and would not even try to help me...she is better got some advice from Milton water tech...I think the veterinarians in Walla Walla suck...I called every one of them ..finally got the Rose street one to give me an appt for the 22 of this month...

We are traveling and my dog needed a CBC test done for her oncologist in SoCal. ACE was able to schedule an appointment so the test could be done while we are in WW. The young woman at the Receptionist desk - she was new - was friendly, helpful and made it easy to sign in and check out. Katie, the VT, was excellent. Patiently answered all my questions, took care of Maddie and put me at ease.5 Stars for ACE, and these two women!!! Thank You!!

I have found the staff to be friendly, helpful, and good at their jobs. The veterinarians have been knowledgeable and answered my many questions each visit. The vet techs have always done a great job and are thorough when reviewing the results with me. A little more expensive than other local vets, but if the level of service and love for animals remains high, then I am okay with that. The most important thing is that my puppy dog gets the care they need to be happy and healthy in good times and emergencies. So long as that is the case I will remain a loyal client. Appreciate you guys!

From the front desk, to prescription refills, to Dr. Williams, we could not be happier with the Clinic. Found Dr. Williams when we had to put our greyhound to sleep....it was sad. He was compassionate and explained things carefully so we could understand the prognosis. Bad day. Good Dr. Anyway, very happy here.

The only vet clinic in town that treats "exotics," which includes rabbits, my particular favorite species. They are very knowledgeable about bunnies and provide excellent care for them. They kept my elderly bun for almost a week to get her through a serious illness.

I have always taken my animals here. I recently had an emergency with my cat, Brinley, and they got me right in. Their care and support helped relieve my anxiety. Dr. Mattice was amazing. I had to leave Brinley there, and knowing I was worried, the front staff encouraged me to give them a call any time I felt I needed. After the exam and testing (unfortunately Brinley was found to have heart disease) Dr. Mattice took the time to explain thoroughly what tests were done and all of the results. Brinley is a nervous cat but I could see that in their care he was pretty relaxed and he trusted them. That meant a lot to me. Brinley will need to have continued care and I am happy that I have a place to take him where there is compassionate and competent care. Thanks Dr. Mattice and crew!

Today was my first time going there. I accidentally went to the wrong vet and call the clinic to let them know, ended up being 10 minutes late for my appointment. The staff did not make me feel guilty or rushed during my appointment after I was late. They were very patient with my dog who struggles with strong anxiety. Prices were decent, this will become my regular vet.

My two cats and one dog have had two surgeries and a couple of illnesses treated here, as well as their wellness exams and vaccines. This is the best veterinary clinic I have ever used. The staff are so kind, accommodating, and compassionate to humans as well as the animals. I've had poor experiences at other clinics here in Walla Walla, but this one has been absolutely amazing. I will not go anywhere else.

They are kind and gentle with our fur children. We love that they accept Carecredit card, very convenient for us when money is tight.

We recently moved to Walla Walla and needed to establish a new vet in town. ACE was recommended to us and they haven't disappointed. I have taken both of our dogs separately and both times received great care from the doctors, who were very receptive to our pet health concerns. They are pretty busy, which makes it hard to get an appointment urgently, but I have been very satisfied with routine well pet care. They also provide care at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

I have been using animal clinic East for about 20 years. They have been compassionate, friendly, reasonable, and there when I need them. Making an appointment is easy. The doctors are knowledgeable and the staff itself is always courteous. They love their clients. I would highly recommend animal clinic East for all of your veterinary needs. They also have a grooming center, which helps when you're looking for quality care.
