Edit: in response to the request for follow up, I tried, and the link seems to be broken/flagged as abusive by bitlyHas gone waaaayyy downhill recently unfortunately. Less than half the items are stocked, and the workers repeatedly refuse to make any pizza because they have perpetually "just cleaned the oven".Workers on shift at night that don't seem to know how to run the cash registers. Very dirty.

Great staff, but place is gross. Floor is always sticky, around coffee stand is covered in sugar and spilt coffee. It really just needs some simple cleaning but it's never done. I visit frequantly because it's near my work.

Dirty store. Broken down soda and slurpee machines. No ice. Store needs cleaned up and machines replaced. I definitely wouldn't recommend this 7-11 to anyone.

Great place to buy ice and soda and candy and chips and hot food. The place is always clean inside and outside of the building. The employees are sweet and nice and polite and friendly and very respectful.

Been going to 711 in Walla Walla for 12 years and this is the worst service during daytime. The crew treats everything like it's a hassle but today was flat out rude so now will find new lunch place. Since new ownership they close, run out of everything, and is not a good place to go anymore.

This store dirty. No greeting when entering store or when you leave. Customer service needs to be addressed. Product on floor, needs to be stocked. This store has really gone down.

Store is incredibly dirty, there is constantly boxes in the aisles, workers have terrible attitudes and everything costs 35% more than anywhere else in the area. Garbage store.

Asian lady very rude very rude do not think I will ever go back into that 7-Eleven again while she is working she needs to be taught customer service skills may be the manager or owner if she is needs to self refer for training she was very very rude inpatient and just upset with the world. I felt sorry for the older gentleman that was working with her you can see the frustration on his face so I'm going to assume that she is one of the owners or managers not a nice person at all horrible experience

It’s not the cheapest gas or nicest in town but it’s convenient for where it is. I get ice here a lot and sometimes drinks. 7-Eleven still have the bust slushees around. Overall it was fine. No complaints. It’s a regular store

Prices not clearly marked! Rude customer service. Called corporate to wage a complaint. End result is its the wife and daughter inn the wrong, as I spoke to the husband/owner, I knew at that point nothing I say to this gentleman is going to matter! WATCH THOSE 2 LADIES THE WILL CHARGE YOU MORE IF THEY DON'T LIKE YOUR LOOK OR ADDITUDE AND "DADDY" HAS THERE BACK...VERY BAD VISIT

I love that the coffee is good & affordable. I was a little bummed that the caramel macchiato was out but the french vanilla is my 2nd fav.

Put 15.00 in gas and get charged 115.00? Tried calling to talk to a supervisor. Told me they don’t have one? So does everyone just do whatever ever the hell they want there? Horrible service and sketchy gas pumps avoid this place.

Poor customer service, couldn't get gas from the machine outside and the 2 lady's working counter didn't want to help, called to complain to a higher up after I left and basically was told to go get gas somewhere else and that the lady's do what they want never experienced customer service from here like this in the 20 years of coming, also person on the phone just kept running the questions in circles couldn't explain why I couldn't get gas besides they basically didn't want to serve

would put zero if i could. was paying for a pizza and slurpee and it came out to 8 something, i gave them a 20 and only got a dollar back😐 then they said i gave them a 10.
