Such a lovely store! I enjoyed meeting their store cats and hearing their stories. I didn't catch the name of the person working (so sorry!) but I sincerely enjoyed our interactions and loved browsing their selection of healthy foods and grooming supplies. Everything was clearly stocked, organized, and easy to find. What a gem of a place!

I’ve been stopping in here for a couple years. I generally just stop at whatever “natural” pet supply store is on my route. I need to make it a habit to only stop here. The staff is ALWAYS so wonderful. I’ve been helped by several different people and they are always more than helpful checking stock, letting you know exactly when something will be restocked, giving suggestions when asked and offering to carry heavy bags to the car. Great store.

Great store. But I'm pretty sure their employee Jayce was sampling the dog food. I saw him try a biscuit, kibble right into his mouth, and I'm pretty sure he was knawing on a bone when I got in! He was very nice, but part of me wonders if he is a dog in a very convincing human suit. Either way, great employee! Great store!

First time at this store. Hannah was the most knowledgeable natural pet health specialist I have ever had the pleasure of meeting! We got what we needed and she had a ton of useful information on how to help or boy with his allergy’s. We will be back to see her next time!! Thank you!!

They are a local business who cares about their community! I absolutely love the quality of the employees they hire. They are knowledgeable, competent and kind. They know the meaning of good customer service!They have reward coupons when you spend a certain amount. They have a senior discount day.They also pass on -buy so many bags of dog food and get one free-to customers. Hannah was so kind and so helpful! Our staffy has skin allergies and Hannah enlightened us about hot/cold proteins and how they can play a role with inflammation. This was really helpful to learn about before we decided about switching his food! Thank you Hannah! 😊

We love coming here. The staff is always super helpful and welcoming. All of the dog food and treats are healthy and safe your for pets. They also helped us get an allergy test kit for our Boston terrior that has a ton of allergies. They were able to help us find the right food for her so she no longer experiences horrible rashes and outbreaks. They also do home deliveries. You guys are amazing. Thank you for being you!

Can't speak highly enough of this store! I've always received great customer service, but they are truly going above and beyond to help their customers during this pandemic and time of uncertainty. The online ordering and delivery was seamless. They are also the only place I get my pup's collars- they always have the cutest colors and designs.

I have followed the owners for many years, when they were doing Farmers Markets and bazaars, love that they have a store front now. They carry the most wide range of dog and cat supplies and if they don't have it on their shelves they will order it for you. Love the personal touch and warm feeling you get from the staff members, they treat you like family!!!!

Great place to shop for your pet without going to a big chain store. Super friendly staff. The store is on the small size but still carries plenty of all kinds of food, canned, frozen, dry. Good selection of treats, and grooming supplies. Some leashes and collars that make you want to buy one, even if you already have plenty of them.

My dog has pretty significant allergies and I went into the store to get some advice on a different protein source for him. Everyone has gone above and beyond to help me. You will not find a store with better customer service! The store carries a great selection of kibble and raw food, and they will even special order items that they don't have in stock. It's a charming family owned store with quality products and caring owners. They also host classes. It's a one stop shop!

Amazing pet store! Huge selection of the best quality food, treats and accessories. The owners are so helpful and nice and clearly have a passion for what they do. Plus, there are always one or two furry friends in the shop to welcome you! We don't even have any pets currently but this is where I go when getting treats for family members pets. I highly recommend Pampered Paws, and your pets with thank you.

I moved into the area early this year and went looking to find a family owned small pet business that can meet my pets needs. Well I found it! They even have free delivery. My Beagle has some specific feeding requirements that the store owner was able to help me with. They did not have my brand (but offered to bring it in for me) but were able to point me to a new and actually better food that what Casie was eating. Simply put, the ingredients in my old food we’re not what I thought. Thanks for all your help - you have a lifelong customer.
